I had my fat removed from my abdomen(upper and lower abs, flanks and waist) .. my waist is curvier, although i feel as if the entire back should have been included (bra rolls) for the price. There is absolutely some pain and swelling. It is not painless. I am 9 days post op and i still feel sore at times. Motrin did not work for me. I started on tylenol and i feel better. Ok so i have never had hips, i lost my butt after having kids, and been big chested all my life so sort of boxed shaped. Now i have hips more butt and a defined shape. Still swollen but i can see the difference. My butt went down though. Not sure if it was the swelling or fat cells dying bc they tell you about 60% of the fat survives THE DAY OF TREATMENT. Or it could be both. But hopefully the new fat keeps it fluffy and plump. My butt is stiff but hopefully it will get better by the 6 month mark. I really did not take any pictures but i will update soon. I have my before photos and some after photos with the faja on.

Exceeded my expectations! The staff was so professional and sweet. They were so calm that it made me not so nervous. The whole process was quick and easy. Almost too easy, I can’t believe it! I walked out, no pain. Instant results and they get better every day. I am on day 9 and they look amazing with a barely visible bruising. Totally worth it. I will be back for other areas! Updated on 1 May 2021: Not sure if the swelling is just going down in certain places or if it’s forming lumps but I’m massaging them like crazy to smooth it out. I can really see a difference now. And now I am completely back to normal as far as not being scared to work out, stretch, etc. I probably could have done that already but I am being super cautious. Updated on 21 May 2021: I will post more pictures but the swelling has gone down and there’s only a few areas that seem like they need smoothing out. I go for a drainage massage next week. It’s either swelling still or needs smoothing but either way it was still worth it! They say give it 6 months so we shall see!

Excellent bedside manner, immaculate office, great care before and post op. Excellent staff and amazing results. I began seeing my post op results immediately, despite the swelling. I could notice the contour even though I was larger with swelling. Now I’m two weeks out and swelling is almost completely gone and the results are amazing. I did bra fat and flanks and my waist is nicely contoured, and bra fat is gone. Highly recommend!

I had bra rolls, back fat, love handles and large arms which I wanted to improve. Pros: I felt I had the full care and attention of my medical team ( Dr. D and two nurses), they were thorough in explaining what I could expect. Cons: -When I walked in no one was out front to greet us and I sat waiting in the lobby for 15 minutes. The receptionist was not vey personable. -The rest room needed some deep cleaning, (had to go in to provide a urine sample) the toilet had some crud dried on the front and the had rail was also dirty. Then the plants were dusty. The should fire the cleaners and start over, I expect a medical facility to be spotless. Updated on 20 Dec 2020: Before pic , will upload an after in few weeks Updated on 23 Dec 2020: I got a lymphatic massage today which really helped relieve some of the tension and swelling. I am starting to see the results. I am 4dpo Updated on 23 Dec 2020: Added pics Updated on 4 Jan 2021: The swelling is going down and I’m seeing some changes. My arms went from 19” to 16” and my waist went from 39” to 36” so far.

If I could give it less than one star, I would. Results were nowhere near what was promised. The procedure was EXTREMELY painful to have endured for ZERO results. Down time was lengthier than what I was told & still 5 months out, I have sharp pains & soreness. When I went for my 3 month post-op, I was seen by an assistant, they took photos and even the assistant noticed the lack of results-literally no difference in photos from before to after. I am HIGHLY disappointed & very upset that I fell for the hype and paid so much to have NOTHING to show for it. The Doctor is the professional & if they don’t believe you to be a good candidate then they should give the proper advice i.e. “ you’re a great candidate for this, but not so much for that”. I’m clearly not alone here. What they’ve done is not ethical. I will definitely be seeking legal advice soon-if others feel the same, you’re welcome to contact me.

I had schedule my appointment for May 12, I arrive to the facility just to find out the surgeon wasn’t there that was at the hospital that has a family emergency to re schedule for the next day, the next day I come and I found out the surgeon had been at the hospital the day before for kidney stone pain, and the surgeon herself stated she was feeling dehydrated the day of my procedure. They offer to do an additional small area for the inconvenience but At this point I am getting a little nervous I didn’t know if she was able to perform my surgery at her 100%, anyway I went through with it, well the anesthesia didn’t work I felt every stab in my body it was the most painful thing I have ever felt and I was very drugged up, even the laughing gases wasn’t working she probably didn’t do the anesthesia right! Well she finish the procedure I went home I was in the most horrible pain I have felt, I threw up all afternoon. Now I am 2 weeks post op, I don’t think the surgeon did her job correctly I see no difference in my body, I paid tons of money for nothing, I got a bbl fat transfer and is as flat as it was before absolutely no difference since the day after surgery I noticed nothing, they said to wait 6 months, so I’ll see what happens, I just hope i get my desired body that I paid a lot of money for, if not I might have to seek legal advice because the surgeon shouldn’t have been performing surgery right after getting out of the hospital the day before! Overall not worth the money Maybe I just had a bad experience given the circumstances but I don’t recommend it, you can spend less money on a traditional lipo and get way better results.

This was the worst experience of my life! My body is now more disfigured. My bra rolls look disgusting, I have only one hip and my belly Looks the same for a total of $18,000 I should have way better results. The doctors here do not care at all. This experience has caused me great depression , I hope that you consider spending your hard earned money elsewhere! I would Post Pictures but I am too embarrassed.

I am 59, 5'7" @ 155 lbs with good attitude and normal expectations. I have good bones but big belly and back rolls/fat that won't go away. Pros for Airsculpt lipo in Atlanta are its quick with no stitches only dots of scar. Cons are it is VERY pricey and not as easy as advertised. Worst Con of all is the after care from Doctor & Staff and customer service is ZERO. Mostly about sales and the money.
