Dr. Larsen did a spectacular job on my breast implant exchange. I went from saline dual plane to silicone gummy above the muscle. We went up half a size too.

My 15 year old saline implants looked good before, though you could tell they were fake. Mainly I didn’t want to worry about them ever popping/deflating. Now they look and feel so much more natural! I couldn’t be happier.

Dr. Larsen set realistic expectations and delivered on his promises, such as evening out my tatas in a way other surgeons said could not be done!

Dr. Larsen’s staff are all wonderful, and his office and the surgery center are beautiful facilities. This may be weird, but the atmosphere of his office was actually a minor selling point for me because I could see his sense of aesthetics matched mine. Beautiful decor, lots of plants and a gorgeous fish tank wall.

Also, I enjoy Dr. Larsen’s quirky personality, he really won me over in the consult.

Dr. Larsen is amazing! He is kind yet straightforward with his recommendations! He even owns the surgery center that he did my procedure in…so convenient and I felt much safer than going to a large hospital! Top notch treatment from his employees. They are so sweet and made me very comfortable.

Currently 5 days post-op. I originally had my consultation with Dr. Larsen back in 2020. He did my sister’s breast augmentation and she had a great experience so I decided to test the waters and see what they would recommend for me. I have had loose skin on my stomach since my first child (now 14y/o) so I definitely wanted that addressed, and my breasts were deflated from nursing. I wasn’t sure if I needed a lift, or just implants to get them back to the fullness that I had before. They suggested abdominoplasty (tummy tuck), breast augmentation (implants only, no lift), and lipo to the flanks to make everything smooth/even with the tummy tuck. I was so excited to do this for myself, but life happened and I did not get approved for as much as I needed through Care Credit. I did pay a deposit and planned on paying a little at a time over time until the balance was paid and I could move forward. Long story short, I didn’t make any additional payments, joined the army, then decided to revisit this surgery 3 years later. The staff at Buckhead Plastic Surgery was excellent, they welcomed me back with open arms and honored the deposit I had paid previously. I was able to pay a good chunk of the fees out of pocket and was approved for the balance through Care Credit, had my procedure scheduled and everything moved forward flawlessly. They accommodated my busy schedule and gave me a Saturday appt, the nurses at the recovery house were very helpful and attentive. Overall 10/10 would recommend for anyone considering having a procedure done with Dr. Larsen, I have had an excellent experience so far.

Dr. Larsen said everything is looking great. They removed my drain and tape on my abdomen but replaced some of the tape. The area right in the middle needs to breathe so it’s left untaped. LOVING my results so far. The walking hunched over is difficult, but 100% worth it. Excited to keep seeing my progress!

Look no further than Dr Larsen! He's the best for a reason. He's funny, witty, and compassionate. He cares about his craft so much and puts every effort into making you feel good.

I'm on day 4 of recovery from breast lift with implants and a mini tummy tuck with some Lipo to my flanks.

Today i get to shower! Yahoo!!! Will add more pics when I can stand up straight!

I am feeling more like myself! Less pain meds and can move around without help. Sleeping in recliner is still not my fave, but I cannot wait to see how I look once the swelling goes down. It’s hard waiting since I want to see results so badly. I feel bigger in my midsection than I was so hopefully I’ll see swelling go down. I DO love the Lipo contouring. I like seeing a curve so that is definitely a plus!

I feel like myself! I have hardly any pain! I still am taking pain meds but way backed off. Trying not to do too much bc I want to! I will post more pictures today!!

Pain is way better, honestly incisions are a 3 pot of 10'pain scale. It the Lipo. Whew buddy! It makes you feel like you got hit by a car or beat up! But so worth it!!! Here is week 1 result. I still see a lot of swelling so trying to not get discouraged

I love seeing results! That motivates me. I’m able to move around more. It’s hard not to be able to do more than I can. Lipo needs lymphatic drainage! Had my first massage yesterday and felt improvement today.
Have another scheduled Sunday. Definitely plan on scheduling these if you do Lipo because swelling is wild.

I am turning a corner with swelling. Definitely feeling some progress and getting better each day. I still see a lot of swelling on my sides, but I am encouraged that I see the swelling getting better.

This is 5 months out B&A

I am 30. 5’6” and roughly 140lbs. I had ‘tuberous breasts’ and went to Dr. Larsen for treatment. He is incredibly talented and a very skilled plastic surgeon. My breasts was severely tuberous and he told me he could correct them in one surgery - as opposed to two. He did just that. I have 520cc on the side that was smaller and 450cc on the side that was larger. Silicone Natrelle implants.

The healing process has been a pain in the a** but it’s been absolutely worth it. My BIGGEST and ONLY complaint about the experience was his STAFF. They are slow. Inefficient. Disorganized at times. My follow up appointments were never correct. They haven’t reached out to me - and I’m now 6 months post op and haven’t been seen since I was about 2 months - and that was virtual. I only physically saw him for a follow up one time and that was the morning after surgery.

Such a shame - you’d think he’d want to see how great of a job he did. I’m happy with him, but his staff could be enhancing his practice so much more if they were truly ‘in it’ for the success of the business as well as helping other women out there find the right fit for their needs. But, then again, maybe he has so much work he doesn’t need to market to other women out there with Tuberous breasts.

I just think more women out there with this issue need to know IT IS POSSIBLE to correct it in one surgery with the right surgeon and the right method. Do your research ladies. When writing this review I wasn’t even able to select my treatment options as “Tuberous breast correction” even though that is what I had done. I did not have ‘breast augmentation’ alone. I had ‘tuberous breast correction with implants.’

I had my procedure on September 14 and I didn’t want to leave a review by the way until everything is healed. I must say Dr. Brackup is excellent! I am so happy with my results. Great staff great office! I will definitely recommend anyone who is looking to get their upper and lower lid surgery.

Amazing, he is very charming and has great energy. Made me feel comfortable and is just a real professional. I got a breast implants and they came out amazing! His staff and nurses are amazing I could text them whenever with questions and they always responded quickly.

Dr. Larsen and the staff at Buckhead plastic surgery are fantastic. I can't say enough good things about my experience. Dr. Larsen listened to my goals for a rhinoplasty and breast augmentation, which I did at the same time, rhinoplasty is a complex procedure and I was very nervous because this procedure has a high revision rate, and it's important to pick a doctor that is highly skilled. He delivered exactly what I wanted. 

My results are fantastic. I couldn't be happier with both my breasts and nose. It was an exceptional experience from start to finish. Dr, Larsen has a great bedside manner and he made me feel comfortable immediately. His staff is amazing too! Very accommodating, beautiful facility. All around, super pleased. Highly recommend.

Dr.Larsen and his staff are extremely professional, experienced, and up to date on their medical practices. I couldn’t have asked for better care, more pleasant, fun people to work with, or better results.

I had a great experience with Dr. Larsen and his team. I had a mastopexy with augmentation, and although I only expected to do an implant, he educated me and walked me through what was best to achieve the look I wanted. When I thought anything was wrong, they welcomed me to come in as soon as possible. The nurses and receptionist were always prompt and professional. I am 3 years post-op and satisfied.
