Dr. Pound did my breast reduction surgery 6 months ago. I can not express how life changing, for the better, this has been! Dr. Pound is a excellent surgeon!!! He even called to check on me the night of my surgery. My breasts not only feel great, but look great too!!! The scars are almost completely unnoticeable!!! Dr. Pound's staff was very helpful in working with my insurance to pay for my surgery, frustrating process and very appreciated. It took time, but so worth it!!! I highly recommend Dr. Pound for breast surgery.

This dr is EXCELLENT!!!!!! He listens to u and explains everything to u. The best thing about him is he goes slow. As in when u get Botox or fillers he does some then has u come back for more if needed. That way u don’t look like plastic and over done. U walk away looking natural and refreshed. Him and his staff are friendly and have a great bedside manners. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!!!!!!!!! U want to look naturally pretty not fake go to him!!!!!!!! Lips also done. NO DUCK LIPS, just beautiful, full natural looking lips. Brought my mom for work done and she is just as happy as I am.

Dr. Pound is amazing!!! I did a lot of research and Dr. Pound is world famous for his TUBA breast augmentation in Atlanta. I couldn't be happier with my results!!! They look soooo Natural and I have NO SCARS ON MY BREAST!!!! No one will ever know I have implants!!! He makes a tiny cut inside the belly button to place the implants!!!! Dr. Pound was very friendly and I felt very comfortable with him. His staff is SOOOO great!!!

Four years before, I had gastric bypass. My abdominal skin was heavy and I frequently got "chub rub" in that area which was painful. So I had liposuction, which I can't tell much difference in size before and after, and a tummy tuck. Maybe I expected too much with liposuction. In any case, the tummy tuck is great (it was more like an abdominoplasty.) I can say that Dr. Pound and his office staff are very friendly, proficient, and conscientious. I would use them again. I am 69 years old and am considering a derma peel or maybe even a face lift. I will see Dr. Pound again if I decide to do another procedure.

I am so happy that I was recommended to Dr. Pound! This was my first experience with plastic surgery and Dr. Pound made me feel very comfortable with my decision and explained everything in a way I could understand. His staff was fantastic and communicated with me throughout the entire process. He obviously is very experienced and is a second generation plastic surgeon. After my experience, I see why he was highly recommended and I recommend him as well

I had a TUBA procedure done 19 yrs ago. Still looked nice in bra but was showing rippling. Decided to fly from Illinois to Atlanta to have Dr. Pound do surgery since he did perfect job last time. Had him do upper blepharoplasty and mini face lift after removal of saline implants and replace with silicone and do donut lift. A lot to do but figured it was now or never since I'm so busy. He decided to go up 200 ccs since going under the muscle. I'm 5'8" tall and 140lbs. I have pretty broad shoulders and I left it up to him and his assistant to use what they thought would look the best. A lot of trust but he is really great. Most ps are clueless how to do a tuba and say it's not a good procedure but Dr. Pound is amazing and I trust his judgement. The tuba was saline filled to 500 over the muscle. Only hurt a few days and were excellent. But after 16 years of being in the sun and gaining and losing weight, I started to see more rippling. I saw a doc in Indianapolis and he advised me to get a lollipop lift and I wanted Dr. Pounds opinion. Seemed worth the flight there and to stay q bit to recover. Everything went well except I had no idea what to expect on pain., way more painful than before. I'm just now starting to feel comfort at 12 days out. I did go back to work on day 8. That prob wasn't a good idea.

I was hesitant to put my business on here but I have to say that my breasts are exactly what I wanted. Dr. Edwin Pound from Atlanta is the best. 17 yrs ago, I was very flat chested, breast fed one child, and always felt self conscious. Dr. Pound did the TUBA procedure and they were beautiful. Saline implants and were mentor 400 and 425. I was 5'8" tall and about 130 lbs. they were plenty big and I was very happy.

When I turned 54 I was still looking nice in clothes but gravity made them sag and I could see dimpling and even feel the edge of the implant! My skin was thinner! So I saw a few plastic surgeons close to me but was not wanting the lollipop scars for a lift and the prices were crazy high. Also, I wasn't impressed with their before and after pics. So I decided to fly to Atlanta once again and put my trust in Dr. Pound. He was more reasonable and he was already the best in my eyes! He did a lift, and since my skin was already stretched from the old implants, that were over the muscle, we opted for silicone under the muscle me 650 to 700cc. I'm pretty broad so he felt long with his assistant, that I would be happy with that size.
I ended up with 700cc HP silicone mentor and couldn't be happier!
Yes it hurt! My chest muscles were larger than he expected and I had one nerve pain for a while like 2-3 months because I went pretty large and my muscles were Stretched and I had a little fluid that had to be reabsorbed in one breast but I'm almost a year out in one more month and I think they are beautiful. Dr. Pound definately knows what he's doing! Pictures to come!

At the young age of 22, I suffered a staph infection in my right breast as a result of nipple piercing gone wrong. For years I was treated was no success. At age 26 I had a mastectomy on my right breast, removing 75% of my breast tissue. I found myself with a C cup on my left, and at best a small B cup on my right. For Two long years of bra stuffing and other tricks I suffered with low self confidence and embarrassment. Then at age 28 I found Dr. Pound (thru many word of mouth referrals), I quickly hopped a plane and began the reconstructive process. I was happy for near 11 years, before a capsular contraction developed and signs of infection returned in my right breast. After price shopping several surgeons in my home town Milwaukee, I still felt more comfortable with Dr. Pound despite the greater expense in surgery fees plus a travel expense. I do not regret my decision. Dr. Pound & Jennifer Hogan did a great job a great job fixing me up & made me feel comfortable again. These should be my Grandma pair (at the old age of 40 now) I don't see myself having to replace again, but if I do they'll be the first people I call.

Revision seems to be healing up nicely! They got a much better fit this time. Since they were both different sizes they are harder to match, but second time around they are very close. I am pleased.

Inquired about Mommy makeover in July and had surgery 3 days ago...yes that quick! I'm already satisfied with my results. I did not look like a 39 year old naked. I nursed all my children until they were almost 2 years old so of course the girls sagged a lot! I had a major tire ring that wouldn't go away. I was very self conscious about my body. It's been years since I've been in a bathing suit. As a matter of fact, I don't even own one (I plan on buying one now). I have very thin lips but of course they are majorly swelled after the fat to lip transfer. Over all I'm satisfied already after only 3 days post op.

Met Dr. Pound in the emergency room where he stitched me back together from a serious car wreck and gave me excellent follow up treatment. Went back a few years later with my sister to have eye surgery on upper and lower lids and bag reduction under the eyes. Wish I had done a tiny more work as he suggested as I have to look at booking another surgery to have that little bit of work done now. He is so nice and conservative that I always felt like I was in good hands and would trust him with my family if there was ever an emergency or need for plastic surgery. He is also very giving with his time, traveling abroad to do cleft palate surgery for children in need every year. Best plastic surgeon in Georgia. Dr. Pound and his staff were great to work with. I had old breast implants removed and new gel implants put in. I was much more pleased this time around with the procedure and outcome. Dr. Pound and his staff worked with me to make sure I had the outcome I wanted but also keeping my safety as first priority.
