I adore Dr Majmundar! I see him for all my aesthetic needs. I think what I appreciate most is his bedside manner, how he explains everything so patiently and answers all my questions. He takes his time, he’s thoughtful and kind. There’s no one else I would trust with my face.
I’m a 49 year old woman. Last year in September 2022 I had facial rejuvenation performed by Dr Majmundar. I had a deep plane mini-facelift, neck lift and neck liposuction, upper hooded eye bags and under eye bags removed, smallest silicone lip implants, lip lift, eye brow lift and fat transfer from my belly into my face instead of yearly fillers. I am so happy w my results. Updated on 15 Sep 2023: Photos of me right before surgery and after photos are throughout 1st year post op. Some photos show me mid 30’s compared to me 48 post op. My friends thought I had a nose job but I didn’t. The lip lift I had done w smallest lip implants gave me back the nose I had when I was 16-mid 30’s. My pre op photos were taken 2 months prior to surgery. My double chin had nothing to do with weight. I have a reverse curve in my neck that keeps my head forward & that w age gave me a double chin. My entire procedure was done at once during a 6 hour surgery. I got a deep plane mini face lift, neck lift w neck liposuction, eyebrow lift, lower eye bag removal, upper hooded eye lid removal, smallest lip implants, and lip lift. I also had the fat from my eye bags & from my belly as fat transfer as a filler. It came out cheaper to have fat transfer to my face vs yearly injection fillers, and the smallest lip implants to restore youthful lips vs yearly lip injection filler. Due to my eye brow lift & in order to support the muscles that join area lifted, I get a little Botox every 6 months in small areas on forehead just to make sure muscles secure to keep my eyebrow lift from drooping downwards. My entire procedure cost $32,000. I am naturally dark complexion mostly Caucasian w trace of Portuguese & I keloid when I scar. My scars behind my ear are keloid and raised a bit but cannot be seen even w a ponytail. If you are ethic, make sure to tell Dr prior to surgery. The first 2 weeks post op I looked like a demon monster w some bruises & swelling. I cried & felt regret. Dr told me that’s normal and it will go away after swelling & healing goes away. He was so right! By 3rd week post op I was looking great and natural. I looked different but still look myself. It took a 2 months to get used to my new face. Dr. Majmundar did an excellent job! He does amazing neck lifts on his patients & his facelifts are geared towards a natural look and nothing extreme. The only thing left for me is to have my dark age spots removed & glowing skin. Since I have dark complexion I cannot have laser skin resurfacing on my face instead I need chemical peels. The maintenance is minimal and not a lot of upkeep. A little Botox on forehead every 6 months is pretty much how to maintain face. Oh, and an entire skin care regime I purchased from Dr. I am one happy woman!! Updated on 24 Sep 2023: Dr. Majmundar exceeded my expectations. He also has a good personality and doesn’t seem like anything could cause him to lose his temper. It’s been one year since my facelift and other facial work (neck lift, neck liposuction, upper hooded eye bag and lower eye bag removal, fat grafting from my stomach, and recycling the fat from eye bags to fill hollow areas in my face, lip lift, smallest lip implants, eye and brow lift). I had my post-op appointment the day after surgery. He was right when he told me that within 2 weeks, my swelling and bruising would diminish, and I’d begin seeing results. Below is a picture of me 3 weeks post-surgery. I looked like a demon-possessed monster after surgery, and I was worried I made a mistake. You’ll look swollen and may be concerned, but it’s so true that within 2-3 weeks, you’ll see a beautiful face and want to hug him for the great work he did for you. Here’s a picture of me 3 weeks after surgery Updated on 24 Sep 2023: Left photo taken 4 months post op wearing makeup and photo on right 1 year post op without wearing makeup. My next procedure will be deep chemical peels to remove dark spots and restore skin on face. I did not have a forehead lift instead I got eye brow lifts. In order to support muscles on forehead that connect with muscles in upper forehead I get a little bit of Botox every 6-9 months to keep my eyebrow lifted. If I don’t get the Botox in the middle of forehead those muscles will not be strong enough to support the brow lift. The Botox is not much as it is only between both brows. Updated on 28 Sep 2023: This is a photo of me taken this morning where I am wearing no make up. The only thing left for me to have done to enhance my facelift is to have chemical peels. Dr Majmundar recommended that I have chemical peels versus laser skin treatments due to having dark skin. I trust my doctor and I will soon have chemical pills. I’m not sure how many are going to be required, but I will start with one treatment and see where to go next. As soon as I have chemical pills completed or through stages, I will post update. Updated on 29 Sep 2023: My before photos are me from 2016-2022 as my aging progressed. From 42-48 years old. The first before photo is me one month prior to facelift September 2022. The after photos are me throughout first year post op Updated on 6 Nov 2023: I got a deep plane mini facelift, upper hooded eyelid removal, eye bag removal, eyebrow lift, lip implants (smallest available) lip lift, neck lift and fat transfer to fill in hollow areas and plump skin. I paid $38,000 for the entire procedure. I chose lip implants and fat transfer since it is cheaper in the long run vs juvederm face/lip fillers yearly. This is a photo of me the day after surgery. I had surgery October 2022. The Dr had to put my hair in tiny ponytails for the procedure hence why I look like a demonic voodoo doll. Photo 1 & 2 day 1 post op - photo 3 two day post op, 4-7 day 3 or 4 post op
I first went to Dr. Mike because I’ve tried many laser treatments for my acne scars, Fraxel, profractional laser , Halo , micro needling . I read up on Bellafill and decided to try it for my cheek scars! I was and I’m still pleased with my results . I only wish I could afford more for volume in my cheeks . I inquired about a cheaper route for the volume and he suggested restalyn . It’s been about a week and I love love my results ! I’m due to go back in a few more weeks for the areas around my mouth ! It’s costly too , so couldn’t afford all at once ! Dr M is honest , will give you guidance and recommendations on how to get the most long lasting results for your money . I look forward to many more visits with dr M

Dr M is the consummate professional. He is personable, knowledgable, and applies his craft deftly. The office is a comfortable, almost luxurious locale. I have benefited from his acumen through the years and heartily recommend him.
I have been going to Dr. Majmundar for almost a decade for various services, I have stayed with him regardless of where I have moved for many reasons. Primarily, he’s just a great guy as well as a doctor. He’s always down to earth and friendly, informative, caring, and excellent at what he does. I decided to bite the bullet and get a mini facelift, necklift, lower eyelid surgery, and fat grafting. Such a huge plunge from my previous treatments. I could not be happier with my doctor, and treatments. In the decade I have seen him, I have never been disappointed, I have never had a bad experience. His caring and professionalism translates through his team as well. This is a great Dr. Who runs a great practice, and I would highly recommend him to anyone considering facial services from injectables to surgery, he’s a first class physician,.
I would highly recommend Dr. Majmundar for any facial cosmetic procedures. He is the best!!! I always receive the results I was hoping for. I have told many friends about him and they have all had great experiences.
It's difficult to tell from the zoomed in photos but, in general, using a caudal septal extension graft or even a shield graft can provide some counter rotation. The tip can be reduced further and the nose can be narrowed. The most important part of this is the consultation with a rhinoplasty specialist in your area who can show you a 3D image of the final result based on what he/she can achieve with your nose.
Thanks for the question. You do have a bulbous tip with thick skin and a tip that's overprojected. Anything can be done to a nose but what's important is what you want. I think deprojecting the tip, and then reducing the dorsum to match your tip while narrowing the tip at the same time would result in a nice result. Of course, this is oversimplified; having a consultation with a rhinoplasty specialist in your area who also performs 3D imaging would be very helpful.
Your nose is overrotated. First, allow the nose a complete year to heal (the longer the better). I would see a rhinoplasty specialist to see if lengthening your nose can be accomplished without a graft though adding a graft would most likely be needed. I wouldn't be depressed...it's a change that can definitely be made!
For a columellar tuck or rim grafts, you should expect some mild swelling at the columella and along the nasal rim but after 2 weeks this will be difficult for your co-workers or even your family to tell. Alar rim grafts, depending on size, can swell a bit more than a columellar tuck. In either case, healing occurs over a full year.
Good question. During the first several months, many different changes take place in the nose. It's difficult to tell from your pictures, but rasping at 6 months is safe IF your surgeon is absolutely sure it's a bony issue and not swelling. This is hard to tell sometimes so it's in your best interest to wait a full year and then see what it looks like.
