Okay so all my life i've wondered why I look good in some photos and really bad in others, until just in this past year I finally clued in that my eyebrows are significantly assymetrical which has really been effected my self-confidence. Anyways, the problem is that my "good side" is the side with the lower eyebrow, and I would do anything to get my other eyebrow to rest the same way. I'm looking for a permanent solution. I've heard about a reverse brow lift but I don't know much about it or how
Usually, the problem you have is due to too much muscle activity on one side (the high side), or to an orbital dystopia accompanied by changes in the surrounding bone.
Looking at your pictures, however, this may not be the case.
If after getting Botox into the frontalis muscle above that brow there is not improvement, you may indeed benefit from a reverse browlift on one side. The chances of improvement (not perfection) with such a procedure are good.
I've had two and have not seen significant difference, despite using a fantastic plastic surgeon who is very skilled with great credentials. Is it possible that some people's faces are not improved with surgery because of certain types skin/muscles?
Depends on the type of Brow Lift IMHO. Endoscopic Brow Lifts, IMO are unreliable and two might still not have lifted the brows significantly or reliably. A Coronal Brow Lift, IMO, remains the gold standard of Brow Lift procedures. Be sure the plastic and cosmetic surgeon, you choose, understands and follows the proper aesthetics of facial beauty for the creation of a naturally, more attractive face.

Anything is "possible" but this is unlikely. You would really have to compare your pre and post operative photos to comment on whether there is no difference or just minimal difference that does not make you pleased with the results. What does your surgeon say? Ultimately, you could get a second opinion. Bring your operative reports and whatever photos you have to the consult so the second opinion surgeon can give you his best assessment.
