Today a Clump of Blood and Crust Came Out (pulled Out). Will I Be Ok ?

I had my surgery on Feb 2nd today (2/7) I had stitches removed yet nurse said crust was protecting my nose so she couldn't remove. She did say I can put cream to soften the crust. I was doing so and had little bits of crust following for the rest of the day. I just out a little more with a q-tip and a huge clump of blood and crust came out. I'm worried now that the inside won't heal properly.

It should not be any problem for blood and crusts to be present and fall out 1 week after a rhinoplasty. Call the surgeon who did your work for his advice.

What Procedure Accomplishes This Kind of Upward Diagonal Correction? (photo)

I have read extensively about the MFLs and FLs but doctors and I do not think I'd really benefit from the "standard" techniques. I'm 32 but have extra skin in the mouth area that form "pouches" or folds. There is no fat to remove. If I pinch my skin up by my sideburn, this alleviates the problem entirely. So I wonder if a skin-only lift could be done, with the scar in this region (see image). I don't think I need subperiosteal dissection - and doubt I'd benefit from standard MFL techniques.

Incisions that you have drawn will not improve the excess skin adjacent to your mouth and will result in an unfavorable scar in front of your sideburns. A limited facelift with muscle elevation would help, but I would need to have a serious talk with you before doing this in a young man.

Conservative Surgeon Didn't Do What I Asked, What Can I Do Now 1 Year Later?

Rhinoplasty 14mos.ago...Conservative surgeon only filed down dorsal hump when I requested him to narrow nose & refine tip as well..Nose still too wide & bulbous (even wider after filing)& all who see me agree - Surgeon stalled for a year making me wait for "final result" & now he refuses any revision saying "It is what it is"..I feel betrayed & saddened by this treatment...Do I have any recourse?

I'm sorry that your surgeon will not work with you at this time. It does not sound like you have any choice but to get a second opinion. Make sure you consult with surgeons who are experienced in revision rhinoplasty - look at their websites before scheduling appointments.
