Procedures I'm known for

Post-Pregnancy Procedures
How low Dr. Rahban's tummy tuck scars are (look at the distance between the belly button and the underwear line in Dr. Rahban's after photos verse other surgeons)/ The way Dr. Rahban does his belly buttons (there are a LOT of scary looking belly buttons out there)./ He does NOT use mesh, ever, even in extreme Diastasis Recti (abdominal wall muscle seperation) cases/ Dr. Rahban's multi layer level closing (suturing) technique, he lots of sutures which puts less pressure and tension on each individual suture, which then creates less tension and pressure on the incision overall to allow it to heal as optimally as possible (given your genetics, how you scar)/ He has an actual tummy tuck scar gallery on his websites/ Dr. Rahban rarely does lipo in mommy makeovers. (only 20% of his mommy makeovers & tummy tucks have had liposuction). The contour of the hips is determined by the strength of the surgeon's muscle plication (not lipo).
Breast Surgery
What sets Dr. Rahban apart: How he does his sizing. Dr. Rahban does not take the easy way out and let you pick your sizing (as that way gets the doctor off the hook if you are unhappy with the size you chose)/ Dr. Rahban has the entire consigment of sizers at our surgery center (every shape, size, style if implant they make), and for each set of implants, he has a sterile sizer (copy). During surgery, Dr. Rahban puts a different sizers in you, sitting you up, looking at your "desired look photos" and your body frame, etc. and repeating this until he finds the perfect size and shape for you. / Dr. Rahban allots 2 hours in the operating room (compared to most surgeons who allot 30 minutes-1 hour).
Rhinoplasty and Nose Shaping
What sets Dr. Rahban apart: Member of The Rhinoplasty society, the most elite global society there is in plastic surgery. Unlike other societies, you cannot just apply, you have to actually be invited into the society. / Dr. Rahban ALWAYS performs both cosmetic & functional portions (rhinoplasty + septoplasty)/ Dr. Rahban takes 4-5 hours for a primary rhino, using the structural & functional rhinoplasty techniques, rather than most surgeons who perform reductive rhinoplasty only, and take 1-2 hours in the operating room./ Dr. Rahban has experience in ALL types of rhinoplasty: male, female, primary, revision, ethnic rhino (african american, asian, hispanic, middle eastern)./ Dr. Rahban does not do the same nose on everyone, takes into account your ethnicity, facial features./ He often combines rhinoplasty with chin augmentation as the chin and nose are the two features of the face that create the most facial balance and harmony for each person./ Follow ups until year 10 post surgery

Total years in practice: 18

In addition to educating my patients on unspoken do's and don'ts of cosmetic surgery, I am on a mission to save as many patients as possible from being victims of plastic surgery and instead, being representations of how positive and life changing plastic surgery really can be.
