Which Tummy Tuck Do I Need? (photo)
ok, as you can see I have a particularly beastly stomach. I had 2 c sections, one of which was an emergency. Believe it or not I do work out regularly but genuinely can't shift any weight. The over hang is really bad and so is the scarring. My corset muscle did split really badly, but I managed to bring it almost completely back together. So I'm wondering if I need a full or partial tummy tuck.
A: Which Tummy Tuck do I need? You would benefit from a full abdominoplasty. The stretch marks below the belly button will be removed but the ones above the belly button will remain, although they will be pulled down. The main thing is that it will recontour your abdomen and tighten the skin. Jonathan Staiano
What Options do I Have for a Breast Lift after Breast Feeding? (photo)
I am 135lb, age 28, 5'3". I am considering a breast lift. I am Currently a 34D, and with a bra on...the girls look great. Nude, not so much. I feel gross. I had my son 10 years ago, and nursed him. I will not be having any more children. I am in the process of losing the last of the weight to get to a more healthy place...but my breasts have suffered tremendously. I do not want them any bigger, or smaller. They are the perfect size for my body shape (wide hips and curvy posterior). Any thoughts or opinions?
A: Breast lift with or without implants.I would recommend a breast lift without implants. Implants carry additional potential complications, which are not insignificant. It sounds like your main concern is with the shape of your breasts rather than the volume. I think you will have a great result with a mastopexy. Good luck. Jonathan Staiano
Do I Have Tuberous Breasts? (photo)
I have noticed a few women on here asking about their breasts, and I have recently become very insecure about mine and I was wondering if you could tell me if I have tuberous breasts. I'm 23 and I've never been pregnant. My breasts sit high on my chest and are very far apart and not very full in the center.
A: tuberous breast deformityDear LolaDores,
Sometimes it can be unhelpful to label people with a certain deformity as it may make them feel abnormal. Tuberous breast deformity covers a wide range of breast shapes and you have some features, but I would hesitate to label you as having a deformity.
It doesn't matter whether someone says you have a tuberous breast or not, the main question is 'are you happy with you breasts?'. If the answer is 'yes', then don't worry what anyone says - you look great. If you are unhappy with them, then it may be possible to change them depending on what you would like to be different - regardless of whether or not you have this label of 'tuberous breast deformity'.
