I can with great confidence recommend this clinic and especially Mr Georgios Orfaniotis if you are looking for safe, professional and comfortable exprience that offer great results. The absolute care and time that is given to you is phenomenal, and the nurses are so lovely! Mr Orfaniotis excels at his work and is honest and straight-forward with you, which gives immense amount of reassurance. He is also very kind and listens to what you want yet explains clearly what he can safely and realistically do for you. I encourage to listen to his expertice and recommendations as he truly does know what is for the patients best interest. I personally had no issues and overall have nothing but great things to say regarding my experience!

From the first appointment to the last, Dr Orfaniotis and his wonderful team made me feel fully informed, reassured and completely looked after. They are on hand at all times throughout the process, for any queries or concerns and always easy to reach. As for the results, I was blown away and everything exceeded my expectations (deep plane face lift) from the lifting and rejuvenating effect to the incredibly neat and tidy stitching that is totally unnoticeable now, I was even able to be out and about after x2 weeks (with a hood :). To then have the amazing aftercare completed the fantastic package. Best decision ever, so happy I decided to do it and feel very blessed to have found Dr and his team !! First of all - Georgios Orfaniotis is down to earth, tells you the good, bad and ugly, what you are going to feel, how you are going to heal, doesnt leave any stone unturned, so much so he answered my questions before I could ask. During surgery I felt relaxed, calm and at ease, that I was semi asleep.
The nurses during the surgery were attentive and caring, I highly recommend him, (already have to a friend of mine). I'm so glad I had the surgery, I have been following this doctor since around 2019, listened to many podcast and interviews, with a few others surgeons I had in mind. I paid for a consultant with one other surgeon, but did not feel confident that he had my vision.
I would say surgery with Georgios Orfaniotis will not disappoint, I also like his website, all prices are set out with the procedure which is important to us as a patient. Georgios is warm, friendly, attentive, meticulous and professional, . His nurses are awesome and so is Alex who removed my stitches.

I am nearly 6 months post op. I had deep plane face and neck lift, also some fat transfer and a brow lift. I would highly recommend Georgios and his team to anyone. From start to finish everything was second to none. I had seen his work first hand before I went ahead and he came highly recommended. For this reason, after my first visit to see him, I knew he was the one and I would be in safe hands. For these reasons, I did not see any other surgeon for a consultation. I am more than happy with my very natural results. His attention to detail and finishing touches were second to none too. I would say that you can't even see any scarring. George was recommended to me by another surgeon, whose view was that he was one of the best in the UK for deep plane surgery. Following further research, I booked a consultation and on meeting George I felt confident that this is the case. I found George to be calm, patient, intelligent and self-aware. All my questions were answered fully, on the numerous occasions provided for this. The amount of information given and the preoperative advice is extensive, with extremely detailed guidance and preparation. The whole process is very well organised.
I believe that George has phenomenal knowledge of facial anatomy and fine, detailed skills that allow natural looking amazing results. His suturing skills are incredible and leave no scars at all, at least in my case, which is extraordinary.
The results from George’s cases speak for themselves. Although not for the faint hearted, I do not think that anyone would regret having embarked on this journey once they see their results. There were also a couple of additional benefits from my surgery that were unexpected in that my lips looked fuller and lifted and my eyes looked much wider, with an improved shape that is probably better than they have ever looked. I am very happy with the results of my surgery and feel that I am no longer invisible, am noticed and included more, even by other women and as a bonus have had more compliments, some that I have never previously received, than in the rest of my life. I have no hesitation in recommending George and his team.

After many consultations with doctors in the UK and abroad, a friend recommended George Orfaniotis. I had three consultations before deciding and came armed with questions, which he answered in depth and with great patience. This is a doctor who listens and deeply cares for his patients.
I had a deep plane face, neck and brow lift. The doctor and his team are extremely pleasant and hands-on from the first consultation onwards. The results are natural, and the stitches, my biggest fear, are undetectable.

I had an amazing experience with Georgios Orfaniotis from start to finish, being on the younger end of the scale for facelift (39) I worried about picking the right surgeon who could make me look natural and not pulled and who could see my vision. I knew from our first meeting he was the one, his professionalism and knowledge gave me so much confidence I just knew I was in safe hands and my gut told me it was him! I had to reschedule our first date and Georgios was so understanding and patient with me. On the day of surgery he came to see me, I had no nerves whatsoever and we just laughed and it was so calm and chilled, and I was excited to finally go ahead with my surgery. I’m younger but I did have jowls and loose neck skin and it was really upsetting me- they are gone now and now I look in my late 20s! It’s so funny when people try to guess my age who don’t know me, no one ever guesses above 32!
Georgios has given me back my confidence and a new lease of life, I no longer hide in video calls or have to retake pictures to get the right angle, not to sound vain but I love myself again and it’s the best feeling in the world!! If you are thinking about it and are considering him don’t think- just do it you won’t regret it, he is the best! My experience was amazing from start to finish, his staff are all caring and nothing is too much trouble. What I thought was going to be a scary experience turned out to be one of the most exhilarating and exciting experiences of my life! Happy 40th birthday present to me! I am 8 week post op face and neck lift. I am so happy with the results. I looked very natural but the difference is unbelievable. I felt the whole experience was 5 stars, the aftercare has been amazing which I think is really important. All questions answered very quickly by the team. I felt in safe hands the whole time. You have to trust the process, big changes happen in 2 weeks and things improve every day. Scars are minimal. You will be in great hands if you choose George as your surgeon.

I'm beyond delighted with my lip lift by Dr Orfaniotis. He is incredibly professional, highly skilled and a true pleasure to deal with from the beginning to the end, same goes for his fantastic staff.
