I am absolutely satisfied with my experience with Dr. Sultan Hassan. I chose to have a lip lift after doing a lot of research and receiving several recommendations, and the results truly exceeded my expectations. The doctor was extremely professional, kind, and made me feel safe from the very first moment. He explained the entire procedure thoroughly, answered all my questions patiently and honestly.

The result is natural, symmetrical, and very flattering to my face. I highly recommend him to anyone considering this procedure. He is detail-oriented and committed to achieving the best possible outcome.

I had the most incredible experience from start to finish with Mr Hassan, Simon Williams and the rest of the Elite Surgical team.

I'm 22 and had asymmetrical breasts. Not only was it extremely noticeable, it hugely impacted my mental health and the freedom to wear most clothing items without the correct garments underneath.



After searching through different surgeons and companies, as soon as I got in touch with Elite Surgical and Mr Hassan, I knew it was the perfect place to get this surgery completed.



The customer service and procedure I had done was absolutely incredible. I couldn't be more pleased with the results.

A few weeks after my surgery I had a slight wobble, within the hour Mr Hassan FaceTimed me and reassured me of any worries I had, this was absolutely incredible service and showed how much care was involved.

Words cannot describe how life changing and amazing this surgery and experience with Mr Hassan was. I was a complicated case needing a graft to allow me to breathe correctly on one side, straightening of my nose as well as removing the hump, Mr Hassan listed to all my concerns, answered my questions and his knowledge is second to none. I was hoping to regain my breathing and alter my nose for aesthetic reasons as it had been broken a couple of times, my results are amazing and beyond anything I could have dreamed of. The surgery has been life changing, I can breathe better than I ever have, my confidence has increased so much. My only regret is I didn’t have the surgery sooner! Mr Hassan is the best and I knew from the moment I had my consultation that I had made the right decision.

My results speak for themselves in terms of Mr Hassan’s talent and
experience which has left me beyond happy! My only regret is that I
didn’t do it sooner. Not only can I breathe again thanks to his skill
at placing a graft to open up my airways but I have a beautiful nose
that is something I could have only dreamed of. Mr Hassan was kind,

I am 9 months post a neck lift and fat transfer. I am not used to having major surgery but I can honestly say I was completely relaxed with Dr Hassan and what a result. after a number of consultations without success i was advised to talk to elite surgical. i was so happy to have finally found a consultant in sultan hassan that was so professional ,and friendly i felt at perfect ease ,and finally was going to get the treatment i was looking for ,really good to talk to felt confident in myself that things were going to go well.

I cannot praise Mr Hassan and his team at Elite Surgical highly enough, from all the stages at the beginning, emails, calls and consultations through to the surgery itself and the best result I could have asked for and the most wonderful aftercare

I had a rhinoseptoplasty and chin implant in April 2024 and the results exceeded my wildest expectations. Mr Hassan explained the objectives and potential limitations of the surgery to me very clearly and I did not feel any pressure to undergo the procedures. Apart from the usual pre-op nerves, I felt very reassured by Mr Hassan, the thoroughness of the preparations and the detailed information supplied.
I did not experience any pain afterwards and as soon as the dressings were removed I was astounded by the results. Whilst I appreciate that the shape of my nose will continue to change over time, this was exactly the outcome I wanted to achieve. My facial proportions are so much better, I have a far stronger profile and I no longer feel remotely self-conscious about having my photograph taken. This really is the best decision I have ever made. Mr Hassan was a pleasure to deal with, warm witty and down to earth while taking his job very seriously. The aftercare provided by Simon and the rest of the team at Elite Surgical was exemplary and I would have no hesitation in recommending Mr Hassan and the team.

I had a bullhorn lip lift with Mr Sultan Hassan at the beginning of April. We had discussed what I hoped to achieve and I was informed of how the procedure is done what to expect during surgery and recovery.
The facility is excellent and the staff are warm and friendly. The surgery was quick and Mr Hassan made sure I knew what was happening and that I was doing well. The stitches were fantastic, small and immaculately neat.
The recovery has been excellent with very little pain. After my stitches were out the redness subsided immediately and I’ve not used make up to cover the scar at all as it’s barely visible. I have full range of motion with my lip, there is a little tingling but at only three months out I’m not at all concerned.
I’m in love with my new lip (I actually have one now) I excited to have further procedures at Elite, Mr Hassan listens to what you want and gives an honest opinion on if it is achievable.

Sultan Hassan is a genius in this field. I lost all confidence in myself after having two babies in quick succession. If you need this sort of surgery I can’t recommend Sultan Hassan highly enough. Should I need any other procedures (on other areas of my anatomy) Elite Surgical’s door is where I will be knocking. Thank you. Forever grateful. X

After two children within 2 years my breasts became very heavy and large. Once baby weight was lost I lost confidence in my appearance. Dr Hassan is the best of the best in this field as before and after pictures clearly show.

I had a slower recovery in the in first stages due to my allergic reaction to the surgical tapes that caused

Itching and inflammation around the wounds. Once these were removed my recovery progressed well. Very happy with results

I had a breast augmentation done by Mr Hassan last year and I could not be happier with the result.
Mr Hassan is incredible at what he does and made every step of the process; pre-surgery, surgery itself and aftercare as easy as possible.
I had two consultations with Mr Hassan in which he covered everything in fine detail and explained my options. I was so indecisive when it came to choosing the size of my implants as I wanted the results to be as natural as possible. Mr Hassan gave me his recommendation based on my personal measurements, lifestyle and overall goal and I am so glad I went with his suggestion, they are exactly what I wanted!

Surgery day was a breeze, I was so comfortable and well looked after. All of the staff were so professional and great at what they do, including Mr Hassan. He visited me a couple of hours after surgery to let me know how everything went and instructed me on what to do/not to do for the coming days/weelks. I was given pain meds but only used them for 2 days before switching to paracetamol which did the trick - I didn't have much pain at all during recovery.
It is important to have someone to help you during the initial post surgery days as you want to take care not to do too much while you heal but with help, I found the recovery super easy.

I'm now 4 months post op and couldn't be happier. I feel so much more confident and am delighted I went through with it.
