I had a really positive experience having septoplasty/rhinoplasty. Excellent natural results, felt very safe, no complications available for any queries after surgery too.

I had a breast reduction with Mark in September and it has changed my life. From the moment I met Mark, I knew he was the surgeon for me. He listened to what I wanted and was honest with what could be achieved. He also advised me to talk to other consultants which I did but I was so impressed with Mark that I knew I want to go ahead with the surgery.

I must also add that Mark’s PA Christine was amazing from start to finish. She always got back to me with any questions and believe me I had a lot and she sent me loads of useful information.

The results from my surgery have been amazing. I have gone from a 36 K possibly more to a 36 D but I still have swelling so I could be smaller. My scars are barely visible. I am beyond happy with my results . I was putting my breast augmentation for a while due to people’s opinion about recovery. I was really scared but really wanted it done. I was shocked how easy and straightforward everything was. Mark and Christine were extremely helpful and welcoming. Helped me from the start choosing the right size and answered any questions I’ve had before and after op. Recovery was extremely fast and I was able to do most of things by myself just few days after my surgery. I was able to ride my horse after 5 weeks. Scars are barely noticeable and pain was minimal. Dr. Mark Solomos is an outstanding surgeon. Mark was highly recommended through a friend and also having done my own research I knew I would be in a safe pair of hands. I underwent breast reduction surgery in April 2024. Being tall (5"11) I had large breasts and bad posture which in turn led to back pain. The consultation process, pre-op preparation and post-op care was seamless! The consultations were held in Highgate and the surgery carried out at The Battersea 'Real' clinic. Dr. Solomos took the time to listen to my concerns, explain the procedure, and address any fears I had. The results are fantastic - I feel lighter (friends have asked me if I have lost weight?!), my back pain has completely gone! and I'm standing taller, shoulders back and proud to show off my new pert boobs! Christine Blake (PA and Patient Care Manager) was also incredibly supportive. I was very nervous the evening before my surgery but Christine sent me a reassuring message which made me feel at ease. The results and recovery exceeded my expectations. I stopped taking painkillers after day 3 as felt I could manage fine without them. Implant Removal, Breast Uplift, Abdomiplasty & Liposuction
I wanted to give a big shout out to Mr Mark Solomos, Christine Blake and the rest of the team for the wonderful care I received from them. After developing severe en capsulation of my right implant as a result of radiotherapy for breast cancer I was advised by several doctors the only option was to have the implants removed. Mark was the only surgeon prepared to remove them and offer an uplift. All other doctors said an uplift would be too risky and could lead to severe complications. Mark was honest about the risks but was confident he could manage the risks and deal with any eventuality’s. I had the operation to remove the implants, lift the breasts, fix a hernia, a tummy tuck and liposuction at the end of January at the Highgate Hospital. The operation went well and I spent just one night in hospital. I felt very safe in Marks hands and he and his patient care manager explained everything to me along the the way and during my recovery. The results of the operation exceeded all my expectations. I was able to return to work after two weeks and five weeks later I was able to go skiing and felt fitter and more body confident than I have in years. Less than three months later the scarring is virtually invisible. If you are considering surgery I would highly recommend Mark Solomos. Not only is he a brilliant surgeon but both he & Christine are so approachable and nothing is too much trouble. Thank you both so much
