I've gotten Botox once or twice a year for the past four years It has definitely been worth it. It usually costs me $300 per treatment. I get a bit in the globella are to erase "11" lines and a little bit to cover a vertical line across my forehead. I do not erase crows feet, because they look happy. Dr. Clemente Qaqish in Escondido, CA does such a neat perfect job. His treatments are... more
"Bye Bye Angry face!!". This was the first time getting Botox and Juvederm and I'm really happy. I got great response on both treatments. The results look very natural and have enough movement left over that and I think it would be hard for someone to recognize that I received treatments to the areas. My eyes appear more rested and the brow more youthful. There is significant softening of the... more
I was offered a free Botox treatment with the breast augmentation I received one year ago (the fabulous one done by Dr. Laverson, by the way). I finally decided to go for it! It was a great decision. I was so afraid of a "frozen" look or just not looking like myself. Dr. Laverson uses a method where he will not inject too much (like many doctors do); he injects JUST what is needed for... more
I am 46, and I was getting tired of my forehead wrinkles and cows feet. I had never really considered any teatments, until a friend told me about Botox injections. When I visited the dermatologist that was recommended to me, she suggested trying Dysport as a less expensive alternative. I have done some research, and I am not able to come up with a significant difference between the two. The... more

I was impressed with Dr Carlos Castaneda's work, I've had botox with other doctors and my face didn't feel as smooth and flawless before, my forehead and under my eyes look perfect, he is very thorough, the procedure was fast and There was no bruising and very mild swelling, the front desk was nice and fast, thank you Dr Castaneda :) more
Previously, I have had botox for the glabella/forehead area before. But I also was bothered by the "golf ball chin" and my wider jaw. I actually found him from the realself website where he wrote a response about botox being used for the jaw/chin. I decided to try it and he did a great job! Everyone is different but for my case, I needed about 15 units of botox for each side of my jaw and... more
After seeing Dr. Kolstad for lip augmentation I became interested in trying Botox to soften forehead lines. Since this was my first experience with Botox I felt nervous as I have seen many people who have had Botox performed by other doctors and you know where they had it all injected (not the look I wanted) After talking with Dr. Kolstad I again felt confident to go ahead and have it done. ... more
Dr. Sabrina Fabi is an expert in the field of botox application and fillers(Restalyne). I feel that she is honest and sensitive when discussing my facial appearance and has my best interests at heart. I have been totally happy under her supervision and appreciate her expertise. Today I had botox with very little pain - more like a pinch. The last time she used botox it lasted almost a year... more
I went to Dr. Pousti for several times for Botox because I had deep lines between my brows. The injections were effective and I looked much better without those lines. The cost would vary depending on how much I needed and how many areas were treated. Eventually I decided I wanted him to give me a forehead lift so I don't need to get Botox any more, but it was a good way to see how I looked... more
I had botox on my forehead 3 weeks ago and the result was perfect and amazing but then the doctor decided to have a free season around my eyes and now a week later my left eye look smaller and weird an very frustrated cuz I'm a teller for a popular bank ...I read it take 4 weeks to hill it's that true ...? I feel devastated and I'm in very bad mood since then specially cuz my eyes are what I... more
I'm still in my 20s but had 2 deep creases across my forehead from apparently spending a lot of time thinking too hard lol. I had 10 units in my forehead and 20 in between my eyebrows and was amazed how happy I was just to have those 2 lines gone. Next time I think I'll go down on the eyebrow units since I don't have wrinkles there, but will definitely do again! more
I'm in my late 20s and wanted to take some action in preventing the development of the wrinkles around my eyes. I have a tendency to get pronounced more than 1 inch long crows feet when I smile even though I fpractice a very healthy life style and follow my skin care regimen religiously. It started to change my apparence and shake my confidence. I started to avoid smiling as much as I could... more
Experience pretty good, injected near jaw line
Day of injection- no pain during injection- KEY IS TO ICE WHILE IN LOBBY, WHILE IN EXAM ROOM, immediately after injection, and exiting doc office! (My face was ice cold for radiesse injections!- didnt feel the prick of the needle)
2nd day- some mild soreness like returning from dental office after novacain injection
Waiting for end... more
This was my first Botox experience and I'm beyond thrilled with the results. I'm in my early 30s and was just starting to notice my first frown lines. What bothered me more then the lines themselves however was the lumpy appearance that had developed between my eyes that made me appear tense even at rest. It took about two days for me to see the results and now I have no visible lines or lumps... more
I could never spend money on wrinkle creams knowing Botox exists. For wrinkles, there is nothing more effective out there, and if well done, results can be natural and last months. It is skill-dependent, so be very careful who you allow to inject you. I wish I started using Botox in my 30's because it has the added advantage of preventing deeper creases. It's a fantastic discovery in the world... more
I've had both previously. Never had any issues with either. my first juverderm injections were about 4 years ago and have only had botox regularly since. Until this past Tuesday I had both. I do recall mild botox headaches in the past. This time I experienced some severe neck pain two days after both botox and juvederm injections. That is how I came across this website. I wondered if the botox... more
I had Botox three times with great results, but the fourth time - nothing. It simply stopped working. My dermatologist - board certified, very reputable - invited me into his private office and called Allergan's representative on his speakerphone with me present, and Allergan's rep said about 10% of all cosmetic patients eventually become immune to it and it will never work again. The... more
Pros: Hmmmm... none.
Cons: I wasted $2000 between Botox and Juviderm ... result is = I look OLDER! More wrinkly, just awful!! In the mornings it is like a nightmare! My eyes are so puffy! unbelievable! I hate botox. Never again.
I just turned 40 so I wanted to look refreshed and better, boy was I wrong!
I am $2000 down the drain, $550 per injection of Botox (2) and the Juviderm... more
I have been going to Dr. H for over 5years now. He performs my Botox injections, and I have always been extremely happy with my results. He listens to the concerns that I have without pressuring to perform surgeries. He has a fantastic bedside manner and as a nurse I regard this highly.
Recently, I tried Juvederm and I loved the results. He is extremely skilled because all he specializes... more
