Very happy with my results. Six days out, and I feel great. The staff, nurses, Dr. Karam, and everyone else have been wonderful. I was very nervous about getting my sutures removed, and Ishani helped immensely feel very relaxed and took away a lot of that anxiety. Very very professional staff and practice.

Dr. Karam and his staff are exceptional. They addressed my concerns and made the entire experience non-stressful. Antonio was such a pleasure to work with from the very beginning and prompt with his responses. Nurse Stacy is hilarious and really helped me understand the healing process, which alleviate my anxiety. Both Ishani and Casey were so helpful each day I met with them and were very gentle with cleaning and my stitch removal. They are both very nice and helpful.

Dr. Karam and his team were nothing short of amazing! I felt like I was working with the dream team from start to finish. I’m only 7 days post op but I can tell the final results are going to be spectacular. I’m very confident in Dr. Karam’s ability to make people look exactly like themselves but just about 20 years younger. I’m excited to send in my pictures after the healing process. I’ve really enjoyed getting to know some of Dr. Karam’s team. I plan on staying in touch and referring my friends and family to Dr. Karam.

It was a truly incredible experience. The entire team, beginning with my scheduler, Antonio, the nurses, Joanna and Stacie, even their medical assistant, and finally Dr. Karam, were so kind, simply amazing with follow up, answering all of my questions, etc,

Overall experience is top notch. Results at day 7 look good, and excited to see them without swelling. Dr. Karam and staff are the crme de la crme. Referrals for the Residence Inn and Melodee the VIP nurse were so good. I could not have asked for a better experience.

Dr. Karam and his staff have been incredible. They have made what could have been such a difficult experience, a not nearly as bad experience because of the excellent care that i received from all of the staff. They are so warm and friendly. They made me feel at ease at each of my follow up appointments.

I am very impressed by how personable and professional the staff is. They seem very hard working, yet have a relaxed attitude, making everybody easy to talk to. Dr. Karam is heads above other surgeons out there. I feel fortunate that my tv broke, and I started watching his You Tube videos, wondering if I could actually get a 'Vertical Restore'. Am I glad I did it! Thank you all for your great work.

Staff as helpful and pleasant. Antonio knocked it out of the park in terms of making me feel like my concerns about planning my trip to San Diego were things he cared about. He really made a difference for me in terms of my comfort level. I felt that Dr. Karam cared about the experience and the outcome and felt confident making this choice based upon his excellent presentation online, both about his patients and his clearly happy family life. Both of those things mattered when I chose a doctor.

Simply, it’s a World Class Experience from the first moment of contact with the clinical staff by telephone to the completion of the last follow up after surgery. It’s an experience just as seen via social media, all is truth, everything from clinic to people look as real as you’re watching them on social media, since that is how I navigated learning about Vertical Restore, physician creditionals, proven results, procedures, helpful suggestions of do’s and don’t of less invasive procedures, after care and real life experiences of Dr Karam’s patients. Over the two years I spent getting ready for having a vertical restore, I became to trust Dr Karam, clinical staff, results and the process. I came with complete trust and that never changed. I took a lot of suggestions from Dr Karam’s patients and his wife Neda and incorporated them into my real life after care in a hotel. I had a nurse with me (Keshia) for the first 48 hours, so I could sleep knowing someone was watching over me and set up a daily regime, including a medication schedule, so I could follow it while recovering. I walked to my follow up appointments - 5 minute walk. Everything went as I expected, the process unfolded just as all the videos, literature, you tube and social media posts portrayed it. It’s a honor to have Dr Karam perform my surgery, his Skill is a Gift. Trust the Process.

I am on day 6 so it's early to know results, but the clinical staff has been wonderful , and informed me very accurately so far. I also loved my nurse Diana Canty. Both her and the staff made the process a lot easier . I am trusting that it will look better from today on and i have felt in great hands and trusting Dr Karam sand his staff 100 percent.
