I am not really what sure is wrong with my neck. I am 29 and fairly in shape I have come to really dislike my profile. Is there anything that can be done?
Aesthetically speaking the chin appears weak and there's excess fatty tissue in the neck. The aesthetically ideal profile has the chin approximnating an imaginmary vertical line drwan down from the lower lip. IMHO, men should approach that imaginary line, while woman should be about 1/4 inch behind the line. Your chin is quite far back behind that ideal line.
The chin is best augmented using a silastic, anatomical shaped chin implant placed through an incision iunder the chin. This allows the muscles, to be elevated and not disrupted (as occurs with an incision insdie the mouth) which may result in chin ptosis years later. Liposuction., of the neck can be performed at the same time and the procedures should take about 30 - 40 minutes.
IMHO, there are set ideal aesthetic principles that dicate beauty. When these are understood and followed by the plastic and cosmetic surgeon, naturally beauty can and is created in a relaible and consistent manner.
Here are my morphs done by a plastic surgeon
Questions: 1. Do I need a neck lipo or neck lift or face lift? 2. Do I have mouth protrusion(bi-max protrusion)? Is it severe needed to be corrected? 3. Do you agree with the implants? I am 32 male.
Because of your youth I would recommend neck liposuction and a chin implant. With that approach we would be relying on contraction of the skin after reducing the neck volume. If you are not satisfied with the result a neck lift may be necessary. In your morphs it also looks like fillers or fat were placed in the grooves at the lower eyelid margin adjacent to your nose.

Aesthetically, IMHO, your cheek area appears very flat and while you have skin laxity, at 32 as a man I would not do a Face Lift or a Neck Lift at the outset. I'd consider Cheek Implants and Rdaiesse injections to the Mandibular angle along with a Chin Implant, submental skin ellispe and neck micro-lipo. The nose I'd leave for another time as well.
The most important factor, in selecting your plastic and cosmetic surgeon is their ability tio understand and follow the proper aesthetics of facial beauty for the creation of a naturally, more attractive face. I've outlined what IMO are the most aesthetically important areas, of your face to improve. Once those are done, you could always do a face and or Neck Lift in say 7 - 10 years.
