(Did you see that Dr. Lee is also an accomplished concert pianist? That right there speaks volumes about her precision and about the high standard that she sets for herself in accomplishing greatness.) For me, as a 64-year-old male, my neck was really in need of some attention, and I am *thrilled* with the result that Dr. Lee achieved. She turned back the clock with a completely natural result that I now love looking at in the mirror each day. In addition, not only is Dr. Lee an absolute delight to be around (I totally adore her), but she patiently answered every single question that I had — and I had a lot! So I felt safe and supported all throughout the process — including being able to come into the office and meet with her numerous times both before and after the procedure in order to plan the approach and to assess the outcome. All along the way, therefore, I confidently knew that I was in the very best hands, and that is extremely comforting and reassuring when you do something like this. On top of all of that, Dr. Lee has selected the most amazing people to be her staff. Surgery coordinator Jessica is an absolute godsend (thank you, Jessica!), and Lexi, Paige, Simone, and Courtney are always so incredibly helpful and friendly — they make me smile every time I come in. … In short, I did a lot of research before making this important selection, and I know without a doubt that I made the right decision. You will, too, by choosing Dr. Lee — because she’s simply THE BEST. So don’t hesitate. Do it. And like me, you’ll be *so* glad that you did!

I highly recommend Dr. Lee and her team/staff/family!! Everyone is so friendly, supportive, genuine and professional. Do not hesitate to not only make an appointment but even as important as choosing a surgeon, I hands down would only go with Dr. Lee. I would never even think about anyone else because she is and was so incredibly professional and attentive and really listened to my every concern. If you want a surgeon that is not only going to really listen and understand your concerns, but also be very professional, careful and patient about getting the exact result that is right for you, Dr. Lee is her! She is an expert and exceeded my expectations! I had a breast augmentation and could not be happier with the results! I was very hesitant to do it in the first place but Dr. Lee and her entire staff made me so comfortable throughout the whole process and the end result is sooooooo perfect!! I like to joke that I became a patient of Dr. Michelle Lee on purpose, and a plastic surgery patient by accident, on purpose. Last winter I had a consult with my third dermatologist on removing a cyst from my back. All three doctors told me I would receive a scar that spread and looked ugly, so I should just steel myself by having it drained every so often. Are you kidding me??? Two of these dermatologists are successful Beverly Hills doctors. It was at one of the BH doctor's offices that, while fuming in her waiting room at the rude treatment I received from her staff - seriously, the DMV a few days earlier had been nicer than this doctor's staff - I found myself flipping through a magazine and came across a lovely article written about Dr. Michelle Lee.  Dr. Lee's whole ethos is positivity, caring and patients first. I am here to tell you this is true. I immediately made an appointment with Dr. Lee and, to be honest, her staff sealed the deal (special shout out to the lovely Lexi!). The warmth, caring and kindness I received upon my first phone call reinforced my feeling this was the doctor to remove my cyst and leave me with a slight scar. I am happy to report my feeling was correct. Dr. Lee's caring of me post-surgery is what amazes me. In her eyes, her job is not done until my scar is the best it can be. And nine months later, I am here to tell you that I wear backless dresses with confidence now. But as for other treatments... as a woman in her mid-fifties, who has taken excellent care of her skin (I worship at the altar of sunblock and take an obsessive amount of supplements and tonics) I have never had Botox, fillers, or any plastic surgery procedure. This said... in my very critical eye, I at last started seeing 'things' in the mirror that I wasn't pleased about. Nothing major, but I was used to looking a certain way, from my thirties on, that suddenly, at 53 was fading. Enter Courtney Coons, Dr. Lee's Board Certified Nurse Practitioner. Courtney is AMAZING. She took me through a Sofwave treatment and it was like hanging out with a girlfriend, she is so kind, funny and knowledgeable. (Courtney was an ER nurse in New York during the pandemic. Great respect for this beautiful woman.) Both Dr. Lee and Courtney are naturally beautiful women. Take your cues for how they view cosmetic procedures and surgery based on how gorgeous and natural they look. The result of my Sofwave? "You don't age" was what one friend I hadn't seen in years recently said to me. Others who see me all the time, have commented how great my skin looks, and "I want what you have." Oh my gosh, I'll never run out of good things to say about Dr. Lee and her amazing staff (shoutout to Courtney, Lexi and Simone). I had a mole incision in a tricky spot and it was also my first time visiting a plastic surgeon, so I was quite anxious. Dr. Lee put me instantly at ease, performed the procedure in-office quickly and with no pain, and kindly fielded my many calls and texts during the recovery period - holding my hand every step of the way. She also suggested and let me be patient zero for their fantastic new BBL Hero machine which faded my scar to nothing in 3-ish months. I'm a fan for life, and won't ever even *look* at another plastic surgeon's office.

After considerable face and neck lift research, the one thing I quickly realized was just how important it is to choose the right Plastic Surgeon. Dr. Michelle Lee certainly did not disappoint! She not only has the educational credentials, she is a truly gifted artist and physician. From the moment I chose Dr. Lee as my surgeon, I knew I made the right decision. There is an organized process in place which the Perk team (all fabulous!) and patients follow from beginning to end. All questions regarding expectations and surgery details were answered by during my consultation, but it did not end there. Based upon what was agreed during the consultation and follow-up conversations with Dr. Lee, a detailed “a la carte” plan provided a breakdown of each procedure (along with the cost) which really helped. Besides being an amazing person, the thing I loved most about Dr. Lee was that she did not impose her opinions about what she felt I needed. She offered recommendations and was extremely thoughtful, asking me what I was looking to achieve and offered options on how to reach my goals. Seven months later, I am ecstatic with my results and have since returned to Perk for additional non-surgical and in-office procedures. This surgery was a game changer for me. I feel like my natural, youthful self returned which gave me the motivation to get in the best physical shape of my life. I could not be happier!

I could not be more pleased with the results and the process of having my neck and face lift with Dr. Lee. She and her entire staff were incredibly attentive and helpful with all parts of the process. I was nervous to have the procedure and what Dr. Lee did was nothing less than magic. I was a little nervous visiting Dr. Lee’s office because it was my first time getting filler, but her staff was absolutely informative and helpful. I sought out Dr. Lee because when doing my research for a breast augmentation/fat transfer she was highly regarded in her field. One thing that stuck out in the consultation is her approach. She didn't say, this is what I can fix for you. She asked me, what do you want to improve about yourself. She provided me with honest feedback and very useful information to make an informed decision. This level of care is not only consistent from the consultation to after the surgery it radiates throughout her staff and surgery center. Everyone I had the pleasure of interacting with was caring, knowledgeable, and professional. My results were more than I ever imagined. Because of this I will continue to go to PERK for all my cosmetic needs.

Dr.Michelle Lee and her staff are amazing! I drove down from San Francisco and stayed in a hotel for 10 days simply because she was the best in all of Beverly Hills, Dr 90210. I interviewed plenty of plastic surgeons because picking the right one for a male facelift is huge, since it’s way different than a female facelift. Dr Lee and her staff were incredibly professional, and her work is perfection. I am ecstatic with the results of her work and my only wish is that I would have found her years ago. She listened to me and took time to explain the entire process for my procedure. She answered questions and helped me prepare for surgery to ensure that my body was healthy, and that the outcome would be wonderful. Her staff is also amazing.
