i had arm lift done 4 years ago due to weight loss, i have lost more weight, i was considering another arm lift. can i get another arm lift? i have loose skin.
It is always difficult to discuss revision or re-do surgery. Your weight loss after the procedure most definitely influenced the recurrent laxity. It is safe to redo the procedure , but I would reccomend you see the prior surgeon or get the operative report to a new surgeon, so they know how the lift was performed last time. Good luck.
I have lost about 100 lbs and I have super loose arms and arm-pit skin to the point that I look like an 80 year old woman and I am only 23.
I really want to get rid of it but am weighing the cost of having a major scar down my arm verses the extra loose skin. Is the scar as bad as people make it out to be? Is there something called and arm pit tuck to tighten the skin between the chest and arm pit?
Brachioplasty procedures involve a trade of scar for contour. Have your surgeon draw on you where he intends to place your scar and look at before and after pictures before proceeding.
i can't stand my lunch lady arms and i'd like to have them gone! what kind of money are we talkin about here for arm lifting?
The cost of any procedure is dependenet on surgeon's fee, anesthesia fees, and facility fees. These cost vary from region to region in the country and often from praactice to practice. Anticipate that the procedure will cost $4500 to $7000 in total.
