Drooping Breasts After Major Weight Loss, Do I Need a Lift With Implants? (photo)

Hello, I am 25 years old, 5'2" and weight 112 pounds. I've lost around 70 pounds over the past 10 years and my boobs have noticeable gotten saggy and I have lost breast mass as I lost weight. I have gone from a 36C to a 32C/34B. I would like to get full C Cup perky breasts. In my case, is a breast lift and implants recommended? I know I'm pretty young and have not had kids yet. Does the current state of my breasts indicate how my breasts will change as I age?

A: Need implants

Thanks for your inquiry and congratulations on your weight loss.  Seeing you desire to be larger, you will need breast implants.  I would reccomend submuscular silicone implants.  You do not have to have a lift.  Get an opinion from a board certified surgeon.

Do I Need a Breast Lift Along With Large Implants? (photo)

I'm thinking on having breast surgery and I'm going big, 700cc to 800cc silicone mod plus do you think my nipples will be to low? Do you think I will need a lift?

A: Trying to avoid lifts with larger implants

Thanks for your inquiry.  I do not think you have to have lift, but I have concerns about the size of implant you are considering.  Please get a few opinions with board cerified surgeons before proceeding.

Do I Need a Lift? I Just Want Implants. (photo)

Hi i am terribly upset, i have had my consultation today and have been told i need a lift! i am only 20 and am not prepared to have the lollypop scars as i really feel i dont need a lift. I am after a small D cup hopefully (but would be content with a c) I just want a much rounder look. Round and fake looking but not set high up on my chest.

A: Breast asymmetry

Thanks for sending your photo.  I think your plastic surgeon was correct that you need a breast lift because of the breast asymmetry you have.  Your asymmetry will only worsen with implants.  Good luck.
