He transformed me into exactly what I was looking for

Dr. Rumalla is such an artist!! I was an extreme case of having NO breasts and he transformed me into exactly what I was looking for. Something natural but also working with the constraints of my small body size. He put Galaflex mesh to create where the implant would sit which no other Dr had recommended. Overall, he is genuinely dedicated to finding the best option for your exact situation...

Excellent surgeon & office! Removal of 15/16 year old breast implants, 1 rupture

I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Rumalla. I got implants about 15-16 years ago. One had ruptured several years ago. I have ALS so I knew removing implants that were causing issues with cramping in my ribs from heavy bras squeezing and pain in my shoulders and back would be a different venture. But it needed to be done for some relief in comfort. Dr. Rumalla was incredibly helpful,...

1093 Q&A

Q: Could I be experiencing capsular contracture 6 months after my breast lift with implants? (photos)
Answered by Dr. RumallaMarch 24, 2024

A: Thanks for your inquiry and pictures, but without an exam it is harder to advise. Your implants generally fall over the first few months, and now at six months they may not move much more. You either have implant malposition or bilateral encapsulation left worse than right. Please discuss with your surgeon your options.

Q: Wound healing problem. Do these openings need to be stitched back together? (Photo)
Answered by Dr. RumallaMarch 24, 2024

A: Thanks for your inquiry and pictures. Wounds like these are not generally sutured closed as that might promote deep infection. Discuss with your surgeon's office about wound care instructions. These scars may heal well, if not the scar can be revised in several months, good luck.

Q: 425cc, round silicone, 5'3, 6 months post-op - what has gone wrong here? (Photos)
Answered by Dr. RumallaMarch 18, 2024

A: Thanks for your inquiry and pictures, I hope you are seeing your surgeon to discuss. At six months post-op it is unlikely the implants will fall much. Again, discuss your goals and expectations with your surgeon which may lead to revision surgery, good luck.

Q: How do I fix my asymmetrical, sagging boobs? (Photo)
Answered by Dr. RumallaMarch 18, 2024

A: Thanks for your inquiry and pictures. Your choices include a breast reduction lift on the left to create more symmetry to bilateral breast lift with two different implant. It is unlikely insurance will help in this case. Best you seek the in person opinion of a board certified plastic surgeon.

Q: One implant dropped, the other hasn't yet. Should I be concerned?
Answered by Dr. RumallaMarch 12, 2024

A: Thanks for your inquiry, without pictures it is hard to comment. You should definitely see your plastic surgeon to be evaluated. At this visit you should discuss strategies to encourage the implant to fall, or if it will fall, best of luck.
