I have been wanting a lift for years but was too chicken to actually go through with it until now. I got a breast augmentation and lift a week ago and my healing has gone well. The first night was rough but after the next day I felt a lot better and I was only on the pain meds for 4 day. I knew when I had my consultation my mind was made up to do it and Dr. Heistein and his staff were so friendly and answered all my questions. The day of surgery I was put under general anesthesia and woke up to new boobs.

My primary care doctor recommended Dr. Heistein and I am so glad she did. All the positive reviews are true. He has that gift of making you feel comfortable from the start by his kindness and professionalism. I was confident, after the first visit, that he was going to be able to solve my problem and that I was in good hands. I had breast implant issues that needed to be addressed and the surgery was a complete success! I have had little discomfort after the surgery and I am so pleased with the results. Dr. Heistein is truly one in a million and I would highly recommend him to anyone seeking his services.

It’s 6 weeks after surgery and I could not be more pleased with the results. Dr. Heistein is a wonderful man who I related to within 5 minutes of him coming into the room on our first consultation. He was examining my past right Mastectomy side and spoke out loud the different ways he would approach replacing and reconstructing the area. I understood every word he said and made the appointment right away. The entire staff is highly personable and full of smiles and compassion. They know what they are doing and I highly recommend going there for surgery. P.S. I Never feel rushed, they all take time explaining in detail what to expect.

On an unrecalled day in April 2024, I rode up the elevator with a random physician who would become my surgeon. Neither of us knew that we were heading to the same office (LOL).

Dr. Heistein and his Staff with a special kudos to Gina, Karisa and Julie are the best! The Dr. Heistein and Staff offers an environment of sincerity and compassion. During the consultation, Dr. Heistein was thorough and informative about the procedure and expectations. He has the best bed-side manner ever. He checked on me personally later in the day after my surgery. Highly Recommend!

I am still in the process of my breast reconstruction following a double mastectomy. The moment that I met Dr. Heistein during my consultation, I knew that he was the Dr I needed on this journey. He was kind, caring, took the time to explain my options, and made me feel at ease with my decision. Dr. Heistein and his entire staff are warm and compassionate and extremely helpful. I have no doubt I chose the best team to be part of this journey. No one wants to ever receive a cancer diagnosis but if you find yourself in my shoes, Dr. Heistein will take amazing care of you!!!

You will not find a better doctor out there, Dr. Heistein is a class act. I had a brest reduction and it literally changed my life, no more back pain, I can work out again, and I just feel so much more confident. Not only did he make me feel so comfortable during the entire process, he was so incredibly kind take the time to explain every bit of it to me when I had questions. Genuinely such a great person and you'll be so glad you had him as a doctor!

Also let's shout out the incredible nurse's and office staff, the NICEST in the world. You know you've found someone awesome when they've surrounded themselves with such a great team AND that team loves him too!

After 10 years of having twins, I finally decided to look into having a tummy tuck. My abdomen was weak, my skin was stretched, and my confidence was dwindling. The day I had my babies the diameter of my stomach measured to 4 inches shy of 5 ft in circumference. And now that they were 10 years old and I was done having any more children, I was ready to make a change.

I had never undergone any type of plastic surgery before and to say that I was nervous was an understatement. But finally, I was ready to at least get more information on the procedure. I had a friend who worked at a medical facility that sent patients to Dr Heinstein regularly and she spoke highly of him based on what the patients had told her about their experiences. I researched his reviews and they were great. I knew that I would at least start with a consultation.

Going into the visit I would say that I felt like there was a 25% chance that I would actually book the surgery prior to leaving the visit, it was such a big decision and I thought that I was going to need even more time. However; at the end of the consultation with Dr. Heinstein I had NO doubt that this was the doctor that I was going to let perform my surgery. I felt extremely comfortable, I never felt pressured, and he and his staff never made me feel embarrassed or judged. They all assured me that what I went in there looking for was exactly what I was going to get post surgery. To my own surprise, I immediately booked my surgery prior to walking out of the consultation. They were even okay with me booking it out 7 months, since I told them that is when it worked best for my schedule.

The morning of my surgery the staff was great and as soon as Dr Heinstein arrived in that morning he popped in my room just to say hello, before sitting with me. The anesthesiologist, the nurses and everyone there were very comforting and did a great job.

The surgery lasted about 2 hours and immediately following, Dr. Heinstein met with my husband to inform him that the surgery was complete and it went great.

I was able to go home a couple of hours later. To my surprise, after many hours of rest, later that evening, I received a phone call, not from Dr Heinstein's office but from Dr. Heinstein himself. He called me and asked how I was feeling and just to check on me. I have never experienced a doctor call his patients to follow up after a surgery. Dr. Heinstein's bedside manner, the way he makes people feel comfortable and his amazing work makes him the best doctor for the job.

I would recommend Dr. Heinstein to any friend or family member. And if I ever decide to have any other procedures, without any hesitation he will be the doctor I go to.

The best plastic surgeon I’ve been to. His office personnel are terrific and caring. They will answer your questions and no judgement if you’ve ask a million times before. Dr. Heistein wants nothing but the best for you. He is so professional and meticulous. He does beautiful work. His picture gallery says volumes. I had surgery for implants that had gotten hard- they were too big. He removed the old , reduced the size and did a lift. I’m so happy with the results. I feel 100% better and love how they look. I am so glad I found Dr. Heistein to do my nipple sparing mastectomy and tummy tuck. Because my mother and her two sisters had breast cancer, and I had just lost my younger sister to breast cancer in March 2023, I had done research on nipple sparing mastectomies. I began researching doctors in the Fort Worth area that did the surgery and I liked his patient reviews, and the before and after photos of women that had had the same surgery. He himself was very patient with all my questions before surgery, and after having the surgery I am so pleased with the results! Dr. Heistein and his staff made a difficult procedure easy. I had been considering a breast implant removal for many months due to some complications and recalled 6 year old Allergan Naturelle implants. I had 5+ consultations around the city trying to find the right person to do an explant and total capsulectomy. I knew when I met Dr. Heistein and his staff that I was in the right place. Kind, compassionate, and effortless, the entire process from booking to post op has been wonderful. The surgery was quick and thorough, I woke up without much pain and no nausea. My results are wonderful and I already feel better and it’s only two weeks post op!!
