I’ve had an outstanding experience with Dr. Casey Anderson and the entire team at North Texas Plastic Surgery. I had an extended Arm Lift, Breast Lift, and Breast augmentation. I lost 180lbs and my large arms in contrast to my small breast have always been my biggest insecurity. From my first consultation through post-op care and the steps in-between, their professionalism, prompt communication, and attention to detail have gone far above my expectations. I am absolutely thrilled with my results, better than I ever imagined! The North Texas Plastic Surgery team operates at a level of professionalism that’s unmatched, and I’m so grateful for the care I received. Dr Anderson is truly a master of his craft. Dr. Anderson and his team are amazing. My experience was top notch and my results exceeds my expectations. The whole process from the consultation to recovery was great. He set reasonable expectations and answered all questions during my consultation. He was professional, warm, and very thorough. The aftercare plan is extremely thorough and he and his team made sure I was prepared and had everything I needed. I highly recommend!

I interviewed 3 Doctors in a year's time. I asked about everything from pre op care to post op care. Dr Andersons office is amazing and the after care even better. They answered all my questions and still continue to even after I had my surgery addressing any concerns I had big or small. I had my surgery 10/30/24 and as an older female over 50 I should have done this years ago. Thank you for giving me my life back and my belly button is the bom.

Stats: 29 years old, mom of 2 5'2" 135lbs I'm so excited! I have always had big boobs with a smaller frame but they BLEW UP during my pregnancies and breastfeeding journeys. I gained and lost a little over 200 lbs in the span of 4 years between two pregnancies and I breastfed both my kids collectively around 2.5 - 3 years. By the time I was done, I was literally head of the orangutan titty committee lol...think tennis ball in a sock style. My end goal is to have upper pole fullness and to fill in the amount of skin that I already have. I do know that I'm probably looking at an anchor lift! My pain was managed really well and everything went so smoothly in Dallas. Updated on 24 Sep 2024: Here I am looking *so fine* in my compression socks headed to my post op appointment. Definitely have some frankenboob going on but so loving my results. Updated on 24 Sep 2024: Three days post op on my thirtieth! Updated on 24 Sep 2024: Around 5dpo, I was extremely bloated and very very itchy. My breasts were looking a little bit irritated! I ended up having an allergic reaction to the dermabond. Updated on 24 Sep 2024: Dr. Anderson had me remove the dermabond at home around day 5 or day 6 (my incisions are AMAZING!) My bloat went down overnight… my body was just super inflamed and angry. I ended up on a steroid to beat the rash/hives and it cleared up over two rounds. Updated on 24 Sep 2024: Days 6 - 13(ish) of incision progress. The scars are going to be AMAZING. Updated on 24 Sep 2024: SOOOO HAPPY They are starting to drop, the upper pole is rounding out and they are getting softer on the bottom as well! They’re gorgeous. I will continue updating occasionally. I am so happy with the projection, shape, and position. GET THE BOOOOOOOOOBS GALS Updated on 4 Oct 2024: They’re looking pretty freaking great and slowly getting softer! I still have some bruising and numbness on the bottom pole and nipple on the right side. Other than that, I am so, so happy. The scars are amazing and I haven’t started scar care - I am ordering my gel tonight. 10/10 would do this over and over again!

NTPS is the only place I would highly recommend to all my friends and family for any procedure to perform. My experience was above and beyond what I had ever experienced in a medical and even other plastic surgery clinics in the area. From the first call I made to NTPS, just to get a second opinion, I was 100% sure they were the right choice. They went above and beyond in all the areas other surgery centers had failed. Dr. Bosworth and his team helped me through pre and post surgery process making the unknown much more manageable. But the most important thing is I felt completely comfortable with Dr. Bosworth throughout the process of my breast reduction surgery. After surgery (which was really scary for me), I could get feedback anytime using their awesome app and was given Dr. Bosworth’s phone number for any serious concerns. This whole process went very smoothly and my results are better than I could have ever imagined. He knows what he’s doing! I tell anyone even thinking about plastic surgery to make a consult at NTPS and I know they won’t be disappointed!! I’m almost a year out from my surgery and I couldn’t be happier:) If you want the best, you will find it at NTPS.

Working with Dr. Bosworth at NTPS was a fantastic experience. He made me feel confident in the outcome from the first time I met with him, and the results were exactly as we discussed. After my surgery I had several questions about the recovery process, Dr Bosworth was quick to respond and made me feel that he was personally invested in the successful outcome. Amazing experience from the very start! The consultation was fantastic, they were very informative and kind and remained that way all the way through the whole process. Dr. Bosworth is an incredibly talented surgeon. My tummy tuck and breast augmentation turned out way better than I anticipated. I felt cared for and safe throughout the entire process. The Doctor and staff are all kind, patient, and organized.
