Do I Need a Breast Lift Along With Large Implants? (photo)
I'm thinking on having breast surgery and I'm going big, 700cc to 800cc silicone mod plus do you think my nipples will be to low? Do you think I will need a lift?
A: Do I need a lift along with large implant augmentation? On examining your photos it appears that you may not need a lift. But I would caution against putting in very large impllants. Inserting 700-800c implants seem too large for your frame leading to an unnatural result and possible skin breakdown and/or infection. An examination of your skin would be helpful in choosing the proper size.
How Realistic Is My Desired Outcome For BBL? (photo)
I have been considering a BBL with lipo and i want 700cc's each. i am 195lbs and believe this is possible as I have much fat to supply. A friend told me that I should aim for more cc's because I would lose some of the new fat. my butt is kind of square & i want it round with a shelf & volume; i dont want to look like i just got lipo instead of a BBL. I wabt some type of hour-glass/ S-Shape. How much would this cost & how realistic is my outcome. I added photos our me currently. Thanks in Advance.
A: Can I acahieve a good result with the BBL?The BBL is the preferred procedure for buttock enhancement. It has many advantages including the ablity to customize the contouring of the buttocks, that is transferring the fat where it would be most desired. The result is natural and the donor sites are also improved. Judging from the photos without actually examing you, it appears that would be a very good candidate. As to how much fat can be grafted at one time will depend on how your buttocks accept the volume to be determined at the time of surgery. You don't overfill to compensate for any absorption. That is only done when injecting small volumes, like into the face. Sometimes you have to peform a second graftin to obtain the rsults that you want. You need to have a thorough discusiion with your plastic surgeon
Normal To Wear Compression Garments After Fat Transfer to Butt?
hi, am i allowed to wear compression garments after fat transfer to my UPPER butt? i will be doing liposuction of my saddlebags and inner thighs, and transferring the fats to my upper butt to make it look perkier. should my compression garments have cut-outs?
A: Are compression garments necessary following the BBL?We always apply a compression garment following the BBL. The purpose is to try to minimize psotoperative swelling. It also provides a level of comfort. We generally recommend wearing the garment for 10-14 days following which we start a couse of massage and ultrasound sessions to the fat donor sites.
