I cannot recommend Dr. Karanetz enough! Dr. Karanetz performed my breast augmentation using Motiva 300 cc implants, and I’m beyond happy with my results. She truly listens to what you want, while also bringing her own expert opinion and deep understanding of the female anatomy. I never felt rushed or talked into anything, only informed and fully supported. She even investigated a breast cyst from my mammogram results and gave me an excellent referral for removal on top of my cosmetic surgery. My augmentation recovery was incredibly easy, with no complications at all, and I felt cared for every step of the way. I’m so glad I chose her and would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking for a skilled, thoughtful, and trustworthy surgeon. I also highly recommend motiva implants. If you’re looking for a sign to choose Dr. Karanetz as your surgeon, girl this is it. I had a breast reduction and lift, plus lipo of my underarms and bra-roll area, and the entire experience was nothing short of magical from start to finish. Everything moved so smoothly, from consultation to scheduling to surgery to recovery, it all felt aligned and divinely timed. Her whole team is immaculate. Every one was sweet, welcoming, patient, and so patient for someone like me who is naturally shy and anxious. I never once felt rushed, judged, or confused. Just held, supported, and genuinely cared for. Dr. Karanetz is genuinely a dream of a surgeon. Brilliant, compassionate, attentive, and the definition of a girls girl. She checked on me often, made sure I was comfortable, and even took the time to meet my mom after surgery, which meant the world to both of us. She asked me questions too about what I wanted, how I felt, what I envisioned, and helped me truly understand the process and the possibilities. It was such an empowering, honest, collaborative experience. For anyone curious about costs, my breast reduction and lift were covered by insurance, and her team made the approval process super smooth and pretty quick. I chose to add lipo of my underarm and bra-roll area, which I paid for separately at $2,500, and it was so worth it. Through all of it, they took such good care of me and made everything feel easy and supported. The surgery was a complete chef’s kiss. I had way less pain than expected, more like soreness and fatigue, and I felt supported every single step of the way no matter how many questions I had. Now I’m two months post-op and OBSESSED with my results. My scars are already fading beautifully, my confidence is blooming again, and the physical relief is unbelievable. I can sleep better, breathe easier, move lighter, exercise comfortably, and I don’t wake up in pain anymore. She is the most talented, caring, patient doctor I have ever dealt with. Her staff is patient, caring , and available 24 hours on phone if there is a question. I had breast implants and uplift and the result after two and a hand months is awesome.

Dr. Karenetz is a highly skilled surgeon. I had my surgery about 7 months ago and I have had a great outcome. Apart from her technical skills, she is a good communicator and listener. Each step of the process was clearly explained and I knew what to expect with the healing process. Her staff are also responsive and easy to work with. I travelled to Dr. Karanetz despite having closer options in NYC because of her great reviews, and I’m glad I did.

I'm in my late 30s and have been wanting to get a breast augmentation as long as I can remember. I was always scared of the surgery and to have unnatural looking results. I've done tons of research and ended up at Dr Karanetz' chair for a consultation. She is absolutely amazing and a true professional in her field. She is very confident and knowledgeable, answered all my questions and addressed a whole list of concerns I've had. I'm a working mother and being able to recover quickly and back to my busy life was on a top of my list. I also wanted the most natural looking enhancement, to feel confident in my own body without over- exaggerating look. Dr K was very attentive to all my concerns and needs. She suggested to go with Motiva over the muscle which got me worried since all I've been hearing that over the muscle doesn't look as natural as under the muscle. But she reassured that it's very individual and provided her expertise. I went with it. I can't simply put into words how happy I am with results. I was so so so nervous. The surgery itself was a bliss, I was unsure how it's possible to feel this ok post surgery. I only have taken Tylenol for first couple days and was driving 3 days later. The pain was very manageable, recovery was smooth. Dr K and her staff were constantly checking on me. And results are absolutely insane. You'd never tell they are not real. She did a phenomenal job and I can't recommend her enough. Dr K gave me exactly what I asked for and then some. The results exceeded all my expectations.
