Dr K and her entire staff are warm and lovely. Procedure was in office under local and I felt nothing - we chatted during the procedure. I never needed pain killers stronger than Advil and was really just a little swollen and sore. And it looks cute ????????. Wish I did it sooner.

I ended up getting the motiva Demi round 285cc for each breast over the muscle. Recovery was okay pain was mild sleeping on my back was a killer but I survived. Breast are soft and they feel real. And my scars are very small

I think I used all my luck in finding Dr. Karanetz. I'm currently 2 months post-op and not for a second did a feel a moment of anxiety or doubt before or after my surgery. I cannot recommend Dr. Karanetz enough! Dr. Karanetz performed my breast augmentation using Motiva 300 cc implants, and I’m beyond happy with my results.
