My first step for every patient during the initial consultation is to learn your individual goals for the changes you wish to make to your nose. Every patient has different views of what they want and it is so important to understand this prior to planning surgery. My goal for surgery is to create a natural looking result which complements the rest of your face and does not appear "overdone." I always advise my patients to make sure you specifically look at before and after pictures of real patients who have had this surgery performed by your surgeon and not just a computer animation system. You should be able to view numerous pictures of actual patients with noses similar to yours performed by your surgeon. My goal for breast augmentation is a natural looking and feeling breast. With careful selection of implant size and meticulous surgical technique, this can be performed with a small incision approach. I always like to take a team approach with my patients and all decisions regarding implant selection are always based on a detailed discussion with equal input from my patients and myself. My goal for a tummy tuck is to help patients achieve their body goals after weight loss, child birth, skin laxity, and numerous other individual reasons. My major aesthetic goal is a low and short incision, all completely below the bikini line. The belly button is truly one of the most important aspects of this surgery and can be designed to look natural and have no scars on the exterior. I frequently perform muscle plication, resulting in a flat abdomen. All patients are given my personal cell phone number and can contact me directly any time after surgery.
