I had an absolutely amazing experience with Dr. Reish and his team. From my very first consultation, I could tell I was in the best hands. Dr. Reish took the time to really listen to my goals, explain the process in detail, and make sure I felt completely comfortable and informed. His approach is incredibly thoughtful and precise — you can tell he truly cares about achieving results that look natural and perfectly balanced for your face. If you’re considering rhinoplasty, I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Reish. He’s not only a skilled surgeon but also an artist who truly understands aesthetics. This experience exceeded every expectation I had.

Let me start by saying this, I AM BLOWN AWAY and YES, BOOK HIM! I got my primary rhinoplasty back in 2022 and it was a nightmare. It seemed like everything that I stated I did NOT want I got which made me very self-conscious, often hiding behind a mask. I tried to avoid surgery by getting fillers which absolutely did not change the fact that I NEEDED a revision and thus the hunt began! I had several consultations with numerous surgeons in NYC most very reputable, but discovered something was always off after our consultation --it was either their technique/vision wasn't aligned with mine or their bedside manner was in the pits, both of which are very important to me. Thus the hunt continued... In doing my scrupulous research I stumbled across Dr. REISH's TikTok page. I found myself watching one video after another, often nodding in agreeance with his techniques. I then went over to view his official portfolio where he had hundreds of before and afters. I WAS IMPRESSED. I quickly booked my consultation and the rest was history. He addressed all of my concerns without me having to say a word, which is totally impressive coming from a revision girlie, IYKYK. He uses MTF cartilage for revisions if you do not have enough of your own-- which was important to me because I did NOT want to get cut in the various places other surgeons suggested in order to harvest tissue. He also does not lean toward doing alar reductions which was super important to me. I had several other concerns but this review would be 3 pages long. Dr. Reish is knowledgable and reputable, but what completely sealed the deal for me was his bedside manner. This man is one of the sweetest people I have ever met in my life. He listens, gives you positive reinforcement and is very attentive. When discussing your concerns he sits at eye level and practically holds your hand throughout the process (without holding your hand lol). This was all very important to me especially as a medical professional. To top it off his staff are all so sweet, kind and helpful, esp my girl Simone at the front desk. I cannot sing her praises enough. From start to finish their customer service remained a consistent 10/10. They also had very good things to say about Dr. Reish. Surgery was smooth and recovery was smoother! I had no bruising post operatively with minimal right eye swelling for one day. Both he and his team checked in with me all throughout, which was comforting. And when it was time for cast removal I was/ am (because it was today) so happy. it's swollen but not as bad as I thought it would be....can you say SHOCKED. I am African American with thick skin... Need I say more?! All in all, I am super grateful for Dr. Reish and his staff for making this a remarkable experience for me. I truly wish I wasn't so private because I would have posted my pictures, because honey the proof is in the pudding and for anyone debating on booking.. DO IT.

I am a few days post op from a rhinoplasty with Dr. Reish and he has been amazing every step of the way.. As well as his staff :) his bedside manors are 10/10 gives you his personal cell and answers! So far I am very happy with my results and have some time before healing but I am in love with my new nose.

I am a little over two weeks post-op from my primary rhinoplasty with Dr. Reish, and truly cannot say enough good things about my experience! I was insecure about my nose my whole life and remember first researching a rhinoplasty when I was around 15. Seven years later, after lots of back-and-forth due to nerves, I finally went for it and am so glad I did! Dr. Reish's extensive gallery of incredible long term results & wonderful reviews of his bedside manner made me decide to go with him. I was so nervous the week leading up to my surgery, particularly the day before, but to my suprise once I got to the office I felt so much calmer. Everyone I interacted with, from front desk staff to nurses to the anesthesiologist, was so kind and reassuring. There was nothing scary about the experience, even laying down in the operating room his anesthesiologist and nurses were joking and chatting with me, which made me feel so much better! Dr. Reish spoke to me before my procedure and gave me a thorough rundown of what to expect, including making sure I understood that my thick skin would lead to more swelling and that it might take longer for me to see those final results than patients with thinner skin. He gave me a realistic idea of what healing would look like while reassuring me that the final result would be beautiful. I'm sure recovery is different for everyone, but I had a great experience and was truly surprised by the lack of pain. Sure, its uncomfortable, but nothing unmanageable. I flew in to see Dr. Reish from out of state, and by the third day after surgery was walking around to sight-see and shop in NYC! At my cast removal, I was crazyyyy swollen, but Dr. Reish & his wonderful nurse assured me this was very normal, especially considering my thick skin. I'm thrilled to report that just over two weeks later, I already love my new nose and know it's only going to get better! My side profile swelling has gone down so much and already given me a sense of confidence I never had before. I tried to keep my expectations very realistic beforehand and remind myself I probably wouldn't love my nose for months, so it's been incredible to feel this good about it so early on! If you're considering rhinoplasty with Dr. Reish, I say go for it!! I'm so glad I did. He gives you his number to text him anytime during recovery with questions/concerns, which I really think is going above and beyond. Just knowing I could reach him easily if needed set me at ease, especially in the first week. Overall a wonderful experience and I can't wait to see how my nose improves as time goes on!

I had a rhinoplasty with Dr. Reish about 2 months ago. I was VERY nervous because I don’t take surgery lightly- especially when it’s going to be for my face. For that reason, I did TONS of research all over the internet to find the best surgeon. After going through countless websites and reviews, I noticed that Dr Reish was mentioned time and time again. After thoroughly viewing his instagram for his patients results - I decided he was the right choice. Everyone looked natural, he had plenty of before and afters, and they were all LONG TERM results (as he says this is the most important factor to choosing a surgeon). This was one of the determining factors for me because other surgeons only posted on table results which is confusing because you don’t get to see their final result. I didn’t even choose to have consultations with other doctors because I had a gut feeling that Dr. Reish was going to be the right choice and I was correct. And although this procedure is very expensive- if you’re 100% sure of your decision- it’s worth it. It’s been 2 months and I’m very happy- still some swelling happening but it will continue to subside with time and either way I’m already happy. Also, be prepared to have a mental crisis after getting your cast off. Personally my nose was very swollen when I got the cast off- more swollen that I could’ve imagined- but after about 2 weeks I looked much better. Now at 2 months I finally feel comfortable in my own skin and am very happy with how everything turned out and any uncertainties I was feeling have also subsided. I have plenty of healing to go but I’m confident that I made the right choice by going to Dr. Reish.

Dr. Reish is an amazing person and surgeon. From the beginning of our interactions he was flexible, understanding, and extremely competent. Being a physician myself I have seen countless surgeons operate. He is the best at what he does. It’s just an added bonus that he also has excellent bedside manner.

One week out from my rhinoplasty with Dr. Reish, and I'm already so happy with my decision! Of course, there's still swelling and the initial healing process, but even now I can see the amazing work Dr. Reish has done. The care I've received has been top-notch, and the doctor and staff have been incredibly supportive. I'm excited to see the final results as the healing progresses, but I already feel more confident.
