I don’t write reviews but for DR Reish it had to be done. This Dr is the best in the world at what he does. For me to let anyone touch my 15 year old daughter’s face they had to be. The confidence and clarity that he delivered the facts along with the huge library he has collected of amazing work was all I needed. As a former patient, just trust me—you will be okay. Dr. Richard Reish is the surgeon who gave me not only my confidence, but my life back. After a devastating first rhinoplasty that left my nose crooked, collapsing, and unnaturally lifted, I spent years deeply uncomfortable with my own face. I avoided looking upward because I was terrified others would notice how misshapen my nose had become. I waited three years, hoping things would improve, but they only deteriorated. Eventually, a local surgeon confirmed what I already feared: my nose was collapsing. When I finally decided to pursue a revision, I knew I needed more than a quick fix—I wanted a surgeon who specialized in complex cases, performed them regularly, and had consistent, long-term results. That search led me to Dr. Reish. From the beginning, his approach stood out. He doesn’t do “Barbie” or trendy noses. He creates natural results that truly fit the individual. Doctor Reish and his team were an absolute dream to work with. From the first appointment to the day of the surgery, everything was clear and easy. Dr. Reish was the first doctor to tell me his opinion rather than what I wanted to hear, hence why I trusted him with my procedure. Results were absolutely gorgeous! Him and his team checked in with me a few days post-op to see how everything is going. Cant say enough good words for this practice.

Dr. Reich was the only doctor that I took my daughter to consult with. I followed his Instagram and saw some people that I knew in person who had used him as well and didn’t even need to look elsewhere based on all the results I had seen. If you are looking for rhinoplasty, you shouldn’t look elsewhere. Dr Reich does this every day and it is his field of expertise. And you can tell he is truly passionate about his work. I trusted his vision completely, and whatever he thought needed to be done as he’s the artist and the expert! His staff is so warm and welcoming, and there to answer any of your questions and Dr Reich himself is always checking in and always available even on a Friday night. While my daughter is still swollen right now we are so excited to see her final result once she is fully healed.

I had my rhinoplasty with Dr. Reish a little over three years ago, and I can honestly say it completely changed my life! It was my first time under the knife so I was a bit nervous going in, but the whole experience was extremely smooth, and I felt well-prepared for what to expect pre- and post-operatively. I have thicker skin, so my swelling took a while to resolve and my tip was initially a bit more upturned than I was hoping for, but it dropped over time just as Dr. Reish promised! While I was antsy in the beginning, I had complete trust in Dr. Reish, and I truly loved my nose more and more with each month and year. In the fourth picture, you can see my nose soon after cast removal and then two years later! Loving my side profile now :) From the very beginning, I felt like Dr. Reish had a clear vision, and he carried it out beautifully. I really respect that he doesn’t rely on computer programs or sketches to “predict” what your nose will look like post-op. As he explains, those tools can set up false expectations, and instead, he focuses on an honest conversation about what’s realistic and what will look best for you. We discussed my preferences and his vision, and I felt completely confident trusting him to do his magic. I understood going in that my nose wasn’t going to be “perfect” or an exact celebrity look-alike, but rather a more beautiful, balanced, and well-suited nose for MY specific face, features, and goals. I think cultivating that sense of realism is very important in a doctor–patient relationship, and I respect that he really emphasizes it, even when creating vision boards. Dr. Reish has an incredible artistic eye that not everyone is gifted with. He knows exactly what will suit a person’s unique features, and he combines that artistry with true technical mastery. My results are proof of what happens when a surgeon is truly at the top of their game. To me, he really is a force of nature — truly “The Nose God”! Another thing I’ve loved about my experience is the way Dr. Reish continues to care for his patients. I had regular follow-ups and steroid injections to help with swelling, and every visit with him and his staff was warm, positive, and something I genuinely looked forward to. Even years later, whenever I’ve had a question or concern, he has personally gotten back to me so quickly, which I really appreciate! Three years later, I’m still amazed at how this experience changed not only my appearance, but my confidence and the way I carry myself through life. I am endlessly grateful to Dr. Reish and his wonderful team. I trust him and respect him completely, and I couldn’t recommend him more highly!

I don’t think there’s another doctor more artistic and at the very top of his game than Dr. Reich. If that wasn’t enough, I also don’t think there’s a friendlier doctor with better bedside manner. This was a revision rhinoplasty for me — my first nose job one (butchered) was done 25 years ago (and took 40 min), and over time my nose drooped more and more, which made this surgery exceptionally important. I needed someone who could restore it while keeping a strong, masculine look, especially since I’ve seen some terrible results out there. I’m now just five days post my 3 hour surgery, and the cast came off today. Yes, there’s swelling, but I can already see the huge improvement: my drooping nose has been corrected, and I know it’s only a matter of time before the swelling fades and the full result shows. Simply put, I don’t think you’ll find a better nose surgeon in the U.S. I highly recommend Dr. Reich. I’ll update this review with photos (before, right after, and again a few months out) so you can see the transformation for yourself.

Dr Reish was extremely informative and relieved all of my daughter’s fears and doubts before surgery. He explained everything thoroughly so that we understood the process and was just lovely! Everyone in the office was delightful and tremendously helpful. Her nose is still swollen but you can tell already it is going to be perfect! We are more than grateful!

Wonderful experience with Dr Reisch. Had rhinoplasty years ago and it didn’t go well - but did not want to rush to a doctor I wasn’t confident could fix the issue. Found Dr Reisch through a YouTube interview with another doctor and was quite impressed, so I did a deep dive research and liked what I saw : the reviews as well as his demeanor, so I scheduled a consultation and met him with my husband. He exceeded my expectations in his much time he took to carefully explain his strategy and what I could expect - he answered all of our questions with care and compassion. We were very impressed- he even gave us his personal number in case we had any follow up queries. This was a five year long journey, where we did consults with several doctors and finally we found the one that felt “right”. We booked him and the team made sure everything was smooth sailing in terms of all the needed prep work. The procedure went smoothly and I’m recovering relatively smoothly. Even the first look after the bandage came off was a big improvement. I’m only 3 weeks out, but I feel it’s going the right way! Before I would shy away from pictures for years, but I can foresee those days being behind me.
