For nearly three decades I have performed vaginal rejuvenation procedures, including labiaplasty (inner lip reduction), labia majora (outer lip) reduction or injections, clitoral hood reduction with and without setback of the clitoris (clitoropexy), clitoris reduction, monsplasty including liposuction and lift, and vaginal tightening. I invented the central wedge or “V” labiaplasty technique in 1995, revolutionizing labiaplasty surgery. This procedure removes triangles of tissue from the labium, preserving the normal anatomy. I published the first, most extensive paper on labia reconstruction in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery about 10 years ago. Today, approximately 40% of the surgeries I perform are revisions of other surgeons’ labiaplasties, correcting suboptimal results. I also developed the clitoropexy (repositioning of the clitoris), to reduce the clitoral hood. The doctor was an OBGYN who falsely represented her qualifications and actually had no training in plastics, so performed the trim technique like a 2 year old using scissors for the first time. This was my third surgery my first one was botched, my second was done with Dr. Miklos and Moore they were able to reconstruct one side, but the other side separated.
