I hate the way i look in jeans and clothes, i want a more bigger butt with out implants, what is it a Brazilian butt lift but how much fat will i need, i dont want it super huge just bigger to fill out my bottom half of my body how much would does that kind of surgery cost?
Brazilian butt lifting, or fat grafting to the buttocks, is a no implant way to make your butt more filled out. You have to have enough body fat to remove with liposuction, to have enough fat to inject into the tissues around the buttocks area. Depending on your metabolism and exercise patterns, this fat can be maintained for a good while. Consult a local plastic surgeon to find out their rates for this procedure.
Good luck,

One doctor said I should put on 15 to 20 pounds of weight before the Brazilian butt lift surgery. The other doctor said he is willing to perform the surgery and he only needs to lipo my love handles (which are flabby that look like a muffin top) and the bottom part of my back over the butt. I asked him about the front of my belly where I do have some extra fat and he said, there was no need to do that because I have enough fat. I just need to know how much fat is needed to see the results of a Brazilian butt lift?
AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE, It doesn't take much time to harvest from different areas and my patients have always been happy with having some removed from their tummies or thighs even if I don't use all of it for the butt augmentation. Go with the surgeon with experience and who is planning on taking more.
First of all I just want to say thank you to all the doctor that has been answering all my question, it helps a lot. I heard that after Brazilian butt lift and I gain weigh, I will most likely to gain at my butt since there is more fat there and that fat will enlarge if I gain. You see, if I gain weight now it only go to my stomach, never to my thigh or butt. So, if I do get Brazilian butt lift by using the fat from my stomach, back will that fat behave like it use to? Will I only gain in my butt
If you gain weight after liposuction or a fat grafting type of butt lift the weight will go where the fat cells are. I tell my patients that after lipoplasty procedures have settled down they will gain weight uniformly in the areas of fat cells. I did have one patient who told me that after a tummy tuck and some liposuction that she gained size in her bust and she was ecstatic. I wouldn't bet on that though!
