Dr. Steinwald and his team are exceptional to work with! I am so happy and have a lot more confidence with the results of my breast augmentation. Dr Steinwald is a true artist, from the consultation to the surgery he communicated and made you feel comfortable in your decisions and answered any questions you had at any point during the whole process. I would recommend all my family and friends to Dr Steinwald!!
My experience with this practice was excellent! I had an implant replacement with a breast lift and Dr. Steinwald did an amazing job with a much better outcome than I thought was possible! I was referred to Dr. Steinwald by my ob/gyn PA and drove a significant distance from another city to have the procedure done at the Center for Cosmetic Surgery. Dr. Steinwald, the office staff, and the surgery center staff were all professional, friendly and did a great job. Highly recommend!
The experience I had with Dr. Steinwald, as well as, his staff was nothing short of amazing. I felt comfortable from the consultation (which Dr. Steinwald addressed any fears I had and my expectations), to the follow-ups. I went through a great of research finding a surgeon who gave me a realistic approach to what I wanted and what was doable. I love my results and would highly recommend Dr. Steinwald and his team.
I had an amazing experience with Dr. Steinwald. Love my results. I had a mommy makeover which consisted of a tummy tuck, implant exchange with mastopexy, and liposuction in various areas. My results couldn’t be better. I loved my outcome so much I came back and had a blepharoplasty, which also turned out amazing. I get compliments on my eyes daily. Will definitely be back!
Dr. Steinwald and his entire team are amazing. Dr. Steinwald is an exceptional surgeon. I am beyond happy with my results. It feels great to be proud of my body and confident in who I am again. I encourage anyone who is considering a procedure with him to go for it!
I'm a trans man and needed top surgery for a B-cup. Dr. Steinwald felt confident and straight forward to me, taking good care of my surgery. I'm a couple years out now and never have to worry about binding again. My scars (inverted T) have healed up great and are barely noticeable. Dr. Steinwald's staff are awesome, so caring and helpful every time I visit. My post-ops are speedy and easy. Highly recommended!
I had a mini facelift procedure done. I am extremely happy with the results. It has changed my life for the better. Dr. Steinwald is wonderful and did an incredible job. He is so professional and can be trusted. I think he is the best plastic surgeon you could ever get to help you. I feel much more confident now. I will be forever grateful to Dr. Steinwald for his fabulous work.
Dr Steinwald is truly a master at his craft! I'm in love with my results, have the cutest belly button and a very thin scar. The nursing staff and patient coordinators are also spectacular, and the whole process from consultations to recovery was supportive and efficient. At 8 weeks post-op, I'm slowly working my way to the intense activity I did before surgery, and I look great doing it! I couldn't imagine a better outcome or recovery--thank you Dr. Steinwald and the fabulous Center for Cosmetic Surgery staff!
I had an excellent experience with Dr. Steinwald. The entire team was wonderful and professional and I am thrilled with the results. I was nervous about the procedure and it went very smooth. I would highly recommend Dr. Steinwald
Dr Steinwald and his team at The Center for Cosmetic Surgery provided a personable, smooth experience for my chest masculinization procedure. They were with me for every step and provided great communication during recovery to make sure healing was a breeze. Would highly recommend this team to anyone!
. . . for resolution of edema and scarring. If there was any ischemia (scabbing due to poor blood flow) you may have a thicker scar with is a bit more difficult to treat, but almost always these can be flattened out via a peripheral (edge of "areola") scar revision under local anesthesia only at 6-12 months post-op to determine what you really need, and when scars have matured/settled enough.
. . . but your best option is probably a lateral browlift, from what you are describing. At your age you probably have an excellent hairline to hide scars (minimal if done endoscopically).
. . . via someone with experience in this matter, of course. Only limitation may be how much scar tissue is in the "recipient" zone for successful fat placement/take (but can almost always find donor fat!)
. . . although swelling may be a limitation. The only two procedures I don't think go well together with respect to this would be lower eyelids and an infracturing rhinoplasty, which requires a splint. Would be selective with what matters most to you, however, and not try to "pack it all in"!
. . . but ultimately, I would address the rosacea with a dermatologist/skin care specialist to bring this under control; if successful, you may not need a rhinoplasty at all! But if "thicker" skin issues persist (at your young age), perhaps a refinement of the tip cartilage could help (although it doesn't appear you had this issue to begin with, so this appears to be a skin management issue more than anything . . . ) You have nice features, think carefully about more invasive procedures, at least early in your process.
