Dr Vath and his team were incredibly professional and friendly. Dr Vath greeted me in the waiting room the day of my consultation with a warm smile and handshake which really impressed me. He listened to me, explained to me the procedure with a drawing, and showed me real patient before and after pictures. He explained what the procedure entailed with great detail and time lines. The same day I met with a friendly team member who explained the financial side of it which included the surgery and all pre and post appointments so there were no surprises, and from there felt comfortable to pick a surgery date. On the day of surgery the team was professional and put me at ease. Post op appointment a week later went smooth and then saw Dr Vath a few weeks later and could not have been more happy with my results. I am a very private person but I felt compelled to describe my amazing experience with Dr Vath and his team.

In 2010, I elected to have a supracervical hysterectomy. I developed a life-threatening post-surgical hematoma that solidified, as well as a Strep B infection. The hematoma was surgically removed by cutting me from hip to hip with no consideration for its appearance or my emotional health. Every time I looked or touched the scar, I was devastated all over again. It was a long six-month bedridden recovery. To make me feel better, my husband suggested utilizing the time to find a plastic surgeon to remove the hideous scar. At the same time, I decided to inquire about a tummy tuck and breast augmentation. I thoroughly researched the internet until I found Dr. Vath and scheduled an appointment. He was sympathetic to everything I had been through. He was also considerate, knowledgeable, enthusiastic, and reassuring. He took the time to make me feel confident in him and his abilities. I was upfront about my medical history so that he could provide the best, realistic care possible because I also have Rheumatoid Arthritis. I was 36 years old, so Dr. Vath required me to have a mammogram to move forward. At the time, women did not typically have a mammogram until age 40. The mammogram revealed three lumps on my right breast that had to be biopsied. The results of the lumps were benign, so I proceeded. My husband and I viewed a lot of pictures of tummy tucks and breast implants that Dr. Vath performed. The procedures went great, and quite frankly, it was the easiest recovery I had ever experienced. All these years later, the scar is barely noticeable, and I have forgotten about it. I cannot feel the scar, and my breast implants were amazing. I went from a B cup to a D cup. Some years later, I considered a different and less invasive procedure, so I went to Dr. Vath. He was upfront with me and very clearly expressed that I would not be happy with the outcome and that my expectations would not be met. So, I declined to proceed. Now, I am 52 and had a full hysterectomy in 2017. Menopause is evil. I gained about 40 pounds and hated looking in the mirror. I combined a healthy diet, workout routine, and, honestly, incorporated tirzepatide for ten months. It made me feel great to lose weight, and I decided I wanted to replace my breast implants (with smaller ones) and complete a breast lift. I made another appointment with Dr. Vath. Once again, he was sympathetic, considerate, knowledgeable, enthusiastic, and reassuring. However, this time, I knew I wanted to do smaller implants and reduce them by at least a cup size. I asked Dr. Vath to use his professional judgment to select the implant size because he was the expert, I had a more than satisfactory history with him, and I TRUST him. He performed my breast implant exchange and lift at the end of September 2025. I absolutely love the results. He picked the perfect size, and according to my husband, they are PERFECT!!!! The recovery is longer than it was in 2010. To date, I am five weeks out, but I am not experiencing anything other than what he said I would. Thank you, Dr. Vath. You are the BEST.

I had a C section 37 years ago and have wanted a tummy tuck since then. After lots of research I didnt want to have a surgery that I would have to empty drains. I also could spot a belly button a mile away as they looked fake. Dr Vath doesnt do drains and his belly buttons are perfection!! I didnt realize how much energy was going in to me tucking my excess skin in my underwear ( no matter how thin I got) and always covering my midsection ( even for my husband). I have two friends that have signed up to get a TT from Dr Vath this year as they saw mine and arent waiting any longer. Recovery was easy and I highly recommend! 100/10 :) Pictures to come!

I couldn’t be happier with my explant and lift—Dr. Vath did an incredible job. My recovery went smoothly, the scarring is minimal, and my overall shape has exceeded all my expectations. His staff and nurses are also exceptional. He also went out of his way to help me revise some scars from a previous surgeon and they also turned out wonderful. I would recommend him to anyone I know.

I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Vath. He performed a lift/reduction on my natural 32G breasts at the age of 47. I told him I still wanted to have some boobs and remain a full cup when all was done. I had enough natural tissue and didn’t need an implant. He gave me exactly what I wanted, and I’m around a 34D/32DD now. His staff was great, and my recovery was easy. My scarring is normal for the surgery performed but hard to see. I was extremely happy with my experience and highly recommend Dr. Vath!

Dr Vath was not my first consultation for my breast reduction/lift. He was, however, the first consultation I had where he spent close to an hour going over my desired results, medical history, body history and realistic expectations. Surgery date went great. The nurses who took care of me pre-op were very attentive to my needs and advocated for the management of my (anticipated) nausea. My recovery went smoothly, I was up and walking around the next day. I was able to discontinue all pain meds less than 24 hours. Best of all, Dr Vath performed miracles and my results are amazing! I couldn’t be happier.

I had lower face lift in early December 2024 with Dr. Vath. The whole experience with every level at Center for Cosmetic Surgery was outstanding. Every employee so professional and well trained and nice and the processes re what to expect and protocol to follow after were exceptional. From initial consult to pre op and post op. Usually I get a couple of opinions for this type of personal surgery but I did not this time. Met Dr. Vath and team and was really excited and comfortable to proceed. Dr. Vath surgery skill sets re stitches which matters in recovery time just amazing. Also he seems like a really sweet caring guy in general. It was the best experience and I am so happy with the results.

Dr. Vath is such a talented surgeon and has such great bedside manner (and I am a healthcare provider myself, so I’m picky!). My procedure went seamlessly and the recovery was so much easier than I was anticipating. He honored (and honestly encouraged) my wishes to go with a smaller implant when other surgeons were pushing me to go way bigger than I wanted. My boobs are perfect and I love my new belly button! So impressed and so grateful- worth every penny. Thank you Dr. Vath!!

I waited 22 years to get the muscle damage from my twin pregnancy with messy c-section repaired. I have suffered from back pain since then. I am so thankful to have my stomach back and feel stability in my core. I can’t wait to go backpacking this summer and see the difference it makes… and, I can’t wait to jump in the lake with everyone when we get there instead of hiding myself like I have in the past!!!
