Assuming you are in good health and able to obtain medical clearance, you should be able to undergo mommy makeover with a tummy tuck and breast procedure. My recommendation would be to do liposuction with Renuvion or Bodytite for your arms so that you do not add a large arm incision which will limit your post-op mobility that is important in getting up and preventing blood clots after surgery. I would do the mommy makeover, see how the arms heal from liposuction and energy-based skin tightening, and if there is any laxity at 6 months you can consider an arm lift. Asked By:AnonymousANSWERS (1)Yes, it is possible to perform Fleur-de-Lis abdominoplasty alongside a pubic lift and a crescent breast lift, but several factors need to be considered to ensure patient safety, a great outcome, and a smooth recovery. Combining these procedures extends operative time significantly, and a longer surgery can carry increased risks. Therefore, making sure you are an ideal candidate is very important: you should be in good overall health (non-smoker, BMI within a safe range, no major medical conditions like uncontrolled diabetes). Medical clearance should be obtained.
Combining all three procedures will result in significant swelling in the abdomen, mons pubis, and chest, requiring careful postoperative monitoring. Compression garments/fajas are required and should be tailored to avoid excessive pressure on the incisions. will be needed, but they must be tailored to avoid excessive pressure on healing incisions.

Asked By:AnonymousANSWERS (1)Mommy Makeover can typically be scheduled within 2-3 weeks if you're generally healthy without any medical problems/issues, weight stable, and able to get medical clearance. Upon review of these photos, it appears you would be a good candidate for breast augmentation, tummy tuck, and flank liposuction. We recommend 2 weeks off from physically laborious work and 3 weeks in some cases for patients with more physically demanding work.

Although you have a low BMI, you may still be a good candidate for a BBL. However, you will likely require liposuction from multiple areas (including the arms, axilla, back, flanks, abdomen, and thighs) in order to harvest sufficient fat for a noticeable volume to be transferred to your buttocks. It is best to consult with a board-certified plastic surgeon who is experienced in performing skinny BBLs.

If you want a natural-looking BBL, the most important thing is for you to communicate your wish to your surgeon. In addition, it is helpful to have multiple examples of "wish pics" for the desired look you are hoping to achieve, so that you and your surgeon can share the same vision for your surgery. In my practice, I assess patients via an in-person consultation and ask them to give me input for the surgical plan to ensure fat is placed in the areas they most desire. It is also important to consider that early after surgery, the BBL results may look unnatural due to the fact that fat is typically over-injected in anticipation of some of the fat dying/not surviving the transfer. This is well tolerated by most patients, as the natural look sets in at about 1 month following surgery. As long as you maintain good communication with your surgeon, and both parties are transparent about what is desired and what can be reasonably achieved, you should end up with an acceptable outcome that you are happy with.

BBL is safe, even if you have muscular glutes. The important thing to consider is whether or not your surgeon is board-certified, experienced, and knowledgeable about gluteal anatomy so that they can avoid injecting fat into the deep plane of the muscle, which could lead to a fat embolism that would put the patient at risk of death. In general, when performed by a BBL specialist, with fat injection performed above the muscle, this procedure is tolerated very well and is safe.

Many factors can impact the final result of a BBL, including individual metabolism, changes in weight, and lifestyle habits such as alcohol and nicotine consumption. However, many patients will seek a second BBL because of inadequate fat grafting to achieve their desired look, or due to fat loss which always occurs to some extent and is unpredictable. In my practice, I inform patients that if they desire additional volume or contouring following BBL, this can typically be done in-office during a Round 2 BBL procedure 3 to 6 months after the initial procedure. I recommend consulting with a board certified plastic surgeon to see if you are a good candidate.

Asked By:AnonymousANSWERS (1)This bruise appears to be resolving well. A bruise on the buttocks alone, assuming you are otherwise in good health, is not a contraindication to getting a BBL. I recommend informing your board certified plastic surgeon about this prior to surgery. As long as you are feeling well, and not experiencing any pain or signs of infection, or worsening of the bruising, you should be able to tolerate the procedure well.

Great question, assuming you're in good health and you have been medically-cleared for surgery, you should not only be a good candidate to undergo this procedure, but should have a smooth recovery compared to someone that is not very healthy. The surgery and recovery for each patient varies, but in general it is safer if you have optimization and control of any underlying medical issues and a clear post-op/recovery plan in place per your surgeon and recovery team. Mommy Makeover in Denver
After a decent weight loss, I wanted a tummy tuck to remove a little bit of excess skin also to repair diastis recti. Additionally, I needed to get old breast implants removed and wanted to get a lift and some new implants. I went with a local board certified plastic surgeon in Denver and the thing that sets Dr Hasan and his team apart is that you can tell immediately when you meet him that he really cares about you as a person. He wants you to have good results, and he's also very personable and remembers specific details about you and your family members and that was really important to me because I know he has a lot of patients. The fact that he remembered my particular situation really stood out to me. When you meet him, you immediately feel at ease. I had multiple consultations and his before and after pictures were by far the best. His belly buttons are hands down the best and his goal is to make you as natural looking as possible and he definitely excels in that-my scars look great-healing was great. I think aftercare is extremely important when choosing a plastic surgeon and Dr. Hasan knows not just a lot about surgery, but also his staff and he are very experienced with after care (he has had lots of experience with surgery and reconstruction). They will respond to you after hours and on weekends, even Dr. Hasan himself, and they will let you know how to take care of any questions you have post op. He called me on Christmas Day to make sure I didn't have any questions prior to my surgery the following day-which was so reassuring. I posted a few before and after pictures and if anyone has any questions, please feel free to reach out. Could not recommend him or his staff more. You can tell they are going places!!

I Had an Amazing Experience with Incredible Results
Dr.Hasan has changed my life. I’ve done a few procedures in different stages with him. First we started with a breast augmentation (under the muscle) and lipo 360 with jplasma skin tightening. This was done under general anesthesia. This was my first ever surgery and he made me feel so comfortable and at ease the whole time, not to mention my results were incredible. Then we did a mini tummy tuck. I was awake for this procedure and it was actually such a fun time. Zero pain and I was able to be present during the procedure. I would absolutely recommend doing a procedure awake because the recovery is so minor compared to dealing with anesthesia. I used to cry over my body because I hated it for so long, but now I cry over my body because for the first time in my life I have positive body confidence. I look incredible and it’s all due to Dr.Hasan and his impeccable skills.

I would highly recommend Dr. Hasan and his team. They have been nothing but incredible since my first consultation. I did extensive research and consulted at 3 places. I chose Dr. Hasan and his team because I immediately felt welcomed, valued, and heard. His entire team, medical and office professional were and are 10/10. I have had two children, my last being almost 10 lbs really stretch me out and messed me up. We love our children, but they really can reak havoc on our bodies and self confidence. Most Natural Breast Augmentation
Dr. Hasan from the moment I met him he had a vibe about him that made me feel safe and cared for. Best Experience I’ve Ever Had!
