I always had a thin build and flat stomach, but thins changed when I went through menopause around 5 years ago. I had tried Cool-sculpting years ago, but it was a waste of money. I really only considered two Drs, and had a phone chat with one, then a consultation with the second. I had know Dr Buford for about 6 years, because he use to do my Botox and filler, and I've still been going to hi office since, but getting treatment from a nurse.I knew he was the one immediately and booked my surgery that day!! I put down 20% on a no interest credit card, and I'm using Patientfi to pay the balance with no interest. My surgery was. a drainless tummy tuck, muscle repair, 360 Lipo, and Renuvion wherever Lipo was done!I am 13 DPO today and could not be more THRILLED!! Dr Buford gave me pics from the OR, and I knew I was going to love my result! Updated on 4 Apr 2025: I’m just over 7wpo and I’m feeling fabulous! Everyday things get better, so I’m excited to see where I end up!! Definitely worth every penny!!
Dr.Buford is an excellent surgeon. He has great bed side manner, is an expert in his field, and I had outstanding results with the surgery I had. The surgery I had was an implant removal and other surgeons previously said it would be impossible to remove them without a lollipop incision. When I met with Dr. Buford later he stated I could do a fat transfer and then not need a life with the state my breasts would be at. He was right! I look like my old self. Possibly better if I say so myself. He thinks outside the box to make his patients as happy as possible! His team is nice and caring. If you want a surgeon you’re comfortable with and can trust choose Dr.Buford!
Words can’t express how truly amazing Dr Buford is. I have been going to him for years to get Botox and filler. Anyssa also does my micro needling with PRP and is the best! I recently decided to have a breast augmentation and couldn’t be happier with my results. The entire experience from the consultation to the procedure was exceptional. Jennifer and Shanda are so welcoming and are great to work with. Thank you to Dr Buford and staff!
Dr Buford has impeccable bedside manner. He spends ample time in every pre-surgery and post-surgery appointment to listen to you without making you feel rushed. I visited several surgeons in the area and once I met Dr Buford I knew he was the right doctor for my procedure. His staff is also excellent. As for the procedure itself, Dr Buford performed a bilateral breast implant removal of 8 year old saline submuscular implants. The incision was smaller than I expected and healed very nicely. I had minimal discomfort after the procedure despite needing drains (to be expected).
I had a breast augmentation with Dr. Buford on 9-3-20 and can say with full confidence that I had a 5 star experience from start to finish! I considered a few other doctors in the area as well as across the country. Dr. Buford stood out due to his attentiveness to my needs, technique and knowledge. During my in-person consult, we discussed my goals, viewed my "wish pics", reviewed my lifestyle and took some measurements. Based on those things, Dr. Buford and I were able to decide on a size range to be able to accomplish my desired look. In the OR, Dr. Buford made the final decision on the size that would look best according to what we discussed. I am nearly 14 weeks post op (feeling amazing BTW) and can say that Dr. Buford chose the perfect size for me. My recovery was fairly easy; I have never had a major surgery before and any time I had a question or concern, Dr. Buford and Jen were there for me. I feel like these are the breasts I was MEANT to have from the beginning. I have been recommending Dr. Buford and his services to anyone that I can as I know they will have an enjoyable experience with a trustworthy and skilled provider.
I am so happy with my results! My breast turned out the exact way I wanted them! Dr. Bufford is fantastic. I like that he brings multiple sizes and fits them to your body. I wold highly recommend him.
I I had my Botox and filler appointment on Wednesday May 6! I was happy to be able to go since we've quarantined! I usually get 2 full syringes of Vobella paced about about a month apart but not this time. I told him I wanted both then so he put one in the top and the other in the bottom. Then he put, I think, just 4 units of Botox above my lip to give me the flip!!! I'm excited to see what it does but figure I'll see it between 1 and 2 weeks! It is supposed to keep your muscles from turning your lip under thus giving you a little lift. I'll include a before from before I ever got lip filler (tiny deflated lips) and from right before his in which was about 9 months after the last. Too long though because they practically disappeared. I'm going to space them out going forward to get like 1 syringe every 4 or 5 months to help maintain them! No to mention getting more Botox to keep my lip flip!! Dr Buford is AWESOME!!! He is a super down to earth guy as well as an artist!! I love getting my Botox (for face as well as lip flip) and filler from him since I totally trust him!! Plus he gives me a Cupid's bow on my lips which I don't have naturally!!! He rocks!!!! Updated on 9 May 2020: When I first did this I didn’t add pictures! Oops! I will put what day they are under them. I must say though I’m on day 3 and I really do think I’m starting to see the flip try!! Can’t wait to see them as I get loser to 2 weeks or even 1 week! I added some pink gloss today but I’ve just been using Vaseline. Updated on 9 May 2020: Wanted to post this comparison, so far, of smiling. Even with filler my lips would disappear when I smiled! Updated on 10 May 2020: I have some bruising still but I’m so happy!! Don’t mind the remnants of hard to remove lipgloss! I have Vaseline on top of it too. I included a picture of my lips before I ever had lip injections too. Small lips plus being older made hm deflated too! Ugh Updated on 10 May 2020: Jut want to add as many updates as possible to track what changes. Hoping I do see the lip flip hour I know it’s only a small change usually. Anything would help! Updated on 11 May 2020: Here’s today’s picture! They are still bruised for sure and swollen mostly around the border I’m thinking. Updated on 11 May 2020: Just wanted to add another! Updated on 11 May 2020: Ok, one more! Here is me smiling! Still have lips!!! When I usually smile, even with filler, the right idea of my lip disappears! Hoping for more improvement but this is good!! Updated on 12 May 2020: Lips feel a bit lumpy but not too different. I’m hoping the Botox is at least showing when I smile. I’m still hoping it makes my lip turn up some more. Updated on 12 May 2020: Updated on 14 May 2020: Jut wanted to give another update. Seems like most of the swelling is gone and I notice that I still have lips when I smile which I assume is the lip flip! Updated on 15 May 2020: Updated on 17 May 2020: I can really see the Botox Lip Flip now!! Don’t mind my messy lip color! I didn’t feel like fixing it! Updated on 17 May 2020: Updated on 20 May 2020: I’m very pleased with my results!! I do believe the lip flip helped!! Now to figure when I need to get it again! Updated on 23 May 2020: I’m really loving the lip flip! I wonder when I should get it again. I don’t want it to go away! Updated on 27 May 2020: No gloss or anything. Updated on 28 May 2020: Don’t mind my guard on my bottom teeth and the scabs on my lip! Ugh, I pulled a dry piece of skin off my lip and ripped a hole in my lip. Then as if that wasn’t bad enough I got a cold sore right above it. Thankfully I felt it coming so I put ice on it then started taking Valtrex and putting Abreva on it nonstop pot didn’t get big. I haven’t had a cold sore in years an always take Valtrex (the generic actually) before and after lip injections. I had stopped taking it then got one. No gloss just a little Vaseline Cocoa Butter Lip Therapy on. Really loving my lip flip!! Updated on 30 May 2020: Finally almost scab free and I’m really loving my lips! The lip flip really gives me just a bit more pout and I LOVE it!! And you’ve lips without liner and lipstick is awesome too!! Updated on 31 May 2020: Just another couple pictures! I’m very pleased an kept updating even though I realize no one really looks at my reviews. Updated on 2 Jun 2020: I made an appointment that is 2 months from my filler and lip flip appointment to get another lip flip. It’s just 4 units of Botox and my dr said to get it every 2 months. He said you don’t want to get too much or your lips get floppy! Updated on 3 Jun 2020: Updated on 6 Jun 2020: Don’t mind the fact that my gloss is mostly gone and I just have lip liner on! Updated on 7 Jun 2020: Just a photo of my lips wig my favorite gloss! Updated on 9 Jul 2020: Went in 2 days ago to get another lip lip. Just 4 units! Small price to pay for what it offers! Here is a picture from yesterday so 1 day after.
Dr Buford is phenomenal. He has corrected and beautified my lips after I had been going to a different place for my injections that caused me to lose my natural shape and look lumpy. Now that I’ve been seeing Dr. Buford, my lips look flawless, natural, and plump. The environment here is beautiful and everyone welcomes you so warmly. You know you’re in good hands the minute you walk through the front door. So many of my friends have been to him for breast augmentations and have loved their results as well! Would highly recommend!
My experience with Beauty by Buford has been amazing from start to finish. I have always been a small framed woman with a boyish shape and A or less than size breasts. After having two children I was left with a lot of loose saggy skin and deflated full C breasts from nursing. I had researched a mommy makeover for many many years and never thought it was ever going to be a possibility until my wonderful husband gifted it to me. I knew from all the research that this was not only a physical change it was mind, body and soul but to personally experience it was literally life-changing! I have never felt so proud and confident of my body- I am a whole new and refined woman. My years of researching I narrowed down to two surgeons in Colorado I met with both but from the moment of walking in the door at Dr. Buford’s and meeting him I knew immediately he was going to be my choice. Jennifer’s assistance and Dr. Buford’s attention to detail and professionalism are top notch. Dr. Buford was always upfront and honest, I was never fed any false beliefs or expectations of requested results. My experience and expectations for my procedures were by far reached. I would highly recommend Dr. Buford and Beauty by Buford for your cosmetic needs. Endless thank you’s to Dr. Buford and staff of Beauty by Buford.
My experience with Dr. Buford was nothing short of amazing. His staff is extremely friendly and took amazing care of me, as well as Dr. Buford. I would absolutely recommend anyone looking for an amazing doctor and staff for any of your surgical needs.
This is not an easy question to answer because everyone is different. Overall, fat grafting to the breasts is associated with a relatively short healing period and volume does not need to settle as it does when implants are placed because the pectoralis muscle is not involved. However, keep in mind that you will need to obviously undergo liposuction to harvest the fat and so there will be some swelling and possible bruising from that procedure. I would predict that you would be able to go back to modeling in a matter of a few weeks but it really depends on how close to normal you would like to be at that point and how you heal individually. I hope that helps and wish you the very best! -Gregory A Buford MD FACS PCEO Board Certified Plastic Surgeon Published Author of "The Boob Job Bible"
Great question! You are actually an ideal candidate for fat grafting to your breasts. While the traditional approach to Tuberous Breasts generally does involve a PA incision, because your areola are not herniated (and so do not require reduction), I don't feel that you would benefit from that approach. Instead, I would make a few very small incisions through which I would graft fat to your breasts to try and expand out not only the lower pole but also add upper pole volume. This is not a straightforward approach and so I encourage you to reach out to a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon who specializes in Cosmetic Breast Surgery to achieve the best results. From the photos that you provided, you do appear to be a great candidate for the following procedures: Fat grafting to the breasts Breast Lift The advantage of using fat for breast augmentation is that this allows for me to more precisely and more directly place volume exactly where you need volume as opposed to using an implant where you really can't guide the volumization. From here, the only question is whether you will have enough fat to actually place in your breasts. I encourage you to visit with a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon who specializes in breast enhancement surgery and discuss your goals and what you would like to accomplish. I hope that helps and wish you the very best! -Gregory A Buford MD FACS PCEO Board Certified Plastic Surgeon Published Author
From the photos you provided, it does appear that you would benefit from a combination of breast augmentation along with a breast lift. Your tissue is relatively lax and your areola are dilated and so doing a lift in combination with an implant would help you achieve a much more optimal result than with an implant alone.I hope that helps and wish you the very best. Let me know if there is anything we can do!Warmest regards,-Gregory A Buford MD FACS PCEOBoard Certified Plastic Surgeon and Published Author
First, be wary of a Plastic Surgeon who says that they "never" do a specific technique and always do it one way. Everyone is different and so different approaches and techniques may be necessary for different people. I personally use the anchor technique quite often because it reduces the distance from the nipple to the fold and creates (in my opinion) a much more stable breast lift than with a lollipop incision alone. That being said, I used to do the lollipop method almost exclusively but have changed my preference over the years. In your case, I would definitely do the anchor method and would also think about using mesh as an internal bra to help better support the lower pole of your breasts. I hope that helps and wish you the very best!Warmest regards,-Gregory A Buford MD FACS PCEOBoard Certified Plastic Surgeon and Published Author
