I always had a thin build and flat stomach, but thins changed when I went through menopause around 5 years ago. I had tried Cool-sculpting years ago, but it was a waste of money.

I really only considered two Drs, and had a phone chat with one, then a consultation with the second. I had know Dr Buford for about 6 years, because he use to do my Botox and filler, and I've still been going to hi office since, but getting treatment from a nurse.

I knew he was the one immediately and booked my surgery that day!! I put down 20% on a no interest credit card, and I'm using Patientfi to pay the balance with no interest. My surgery was. a drainless tummy tuck, muscle repair, 360 Lipo, and Renuvion wherever Lipo was done!

I am 13 DPO today and could not be more THRILLED!! Dr Buford gave me pics from the OR, and I knew I was going to love my result!

Dr.Buford is an excellent surgeon. He has great bed side manner, is an expert in his field, and I had outstanding results with the surgery I had. The surgery I had was an implant removal and other surgeons previously said it would be impossible to remove them without a lollipop incision. When I met with Dr. Buford later he stated I could do a fat transfer and then not need a life with the state my breasts would be at. He was right! I look like my old self. Possibly better if I say so myself. He thinks outside the box to make his patients as happy as possible! His team is nice and caring. If you want a surgeon you’re comfortable with and can trust choose Dr.Buford!

Words can’t express how truly amazing Dr Buford is. I have been going to him for years to get Botox and filler. Anyssa also does my micro needling with PRP and is the best! I recently decided to have a breast augmentation and couldn’t be happier with my results. The entire experience from the consultation to the procedure was exceptional. Jennifer and Shanda are so welcoming and are great to work with. Thank you to Dr Buford and staff!

Dr Buford has impeccable bedside manner. He spends ample time in every pre-surgery and post-surgery appointment to listen to you without making you feel rushed. I visited several surgeons in the area and once I met Dr Buford I knew he was the right doctor for my procedure. His staff is also excellent. As for the procedure itself, Dr Buford performed a bilateral breast implant removal of 8 year old saline submuscular implants. The incision was smaller than I expected and healed very nicely. I had minimal discomfort after the procedure despite needing drains (to be expected).

I had a breast augmentation with Dr. Buford on 9-3-20 and can say with full confidence that I had a 5 star experience from start to finish! I considered a few other doctors in the area as well as across the country. Dr. Buford stood out due to his attentiveness to my needs, technique and knowledge.

During my in-person consult, we discussed my goals, viewed my "wish pics", reviewed my lifestyle and took some measurements. Based on those things, Dr. Buford and I were able to decide on a size range to be able to accomplish my desired look. In the OR, Dr. Buford made the final decision on the size that would look best according to what we discussed. I am nearly 14 weeks post op (feeling amazing BTW) and can say that Dr. Buford chose the perfect size for me. My recovery was fairly easy; I have never had a major surgery before and any time I had a question or concern, Dr. Buford and Jen were there for me. 

I feel like these are the breasts I was MEANT to have from the beginning. I have been recommending Dr. Buford and his services to anyone that I can as I know they will have an enjoyable experience with a trustworthy and skilled provider.

I am so happy with my results! My breast turned out the exact way I wanted them! Dr. Bufford is fantastic. I like that he brings multiple sizes and fits them to your body. I wold highly recommend him.

I I had my Botox and filler appointment on Wednesday May 6! I was happy to be able to go since we've quarantined! I usually get 2 full syringes of Vobella paced about about a month apart but not this time. I told him I wanted both then so he put one in the top and the other in the bottom. Then he put, I think, just 4 units of Botox above my lip to give me the flip!!! I'm excited to see what it does but figure I'll see it between 1 and 2 weeks! It is supposed to keep your muscles from turning your lip under thus giving you a little lift.
I'll include a before from before I ever got lip filler (tiny deflated lips) and from right before his in which was about 9 months after the last. Too long though because they practically disappeared. I'm going to space them out going forward to get like 1 syringe every 4 or 5 months to help maintain them! No to mention getting more Botox to keep my lip flip!!
Dr Buford is AWESOME!!! He is a super down to earth guy as well as an artist!! I love getting my Botox (for face as well as lip flip) and filler from him since I totally trust him!! Plus he gives me a Cupid's bow on my lips which I don't have naturally!!! He rocks!!!!

When I first did this I didn’t add pictures! Oops! I will put what day they are under them. I must say though I’m on day 3 and I really do think I’m starting to see the flip try!! Can’t wait to see them as I get loser to 2 weeks or even 1 week! I added some pink gloss today but I’ve just been using Vaseline.

Wanted to post this comparison, so far, of smiling. Even with filler my lips would disappear when I smiled!

I have some bruising still but I’m so happy!! Don’t mind the remnants of hard to remove lipgloss! I have Vaseline on top of it too.

I included a picture of my lips before I ever had lip injections too. Small lips plus being older made hm deflated too! Ugh

Ok, one more! Here is me smiling! Still have lips!!! When I usually smile, even with filler, the right idea of my lip disappears! Hoping for more improvement but this is good!!

Lips feel a bit lumpy but not too different. I’m hoping the Botox is at least showing when I smile. I’m still hoping it makes my lip turn up some more.

Don’t mind my guard on my bottom teeth and the scabs on my lip! Ugh, I pulled a dry piece of skin off my lip and ripped a hole in my lip. Then as if that wasn’t bad enough I got a cold sore right above it. Thankfully I felt it coming so I put ice on it then started taking Valtrex and putting Abreva on it nonstop pot didn’t get big. I haven’t had a cold sore in years an always take Valtrex (the generic actually) before and after lip injections. I had stopped taking it then got one.

No gloss just a little Vaseline Cocoa Butter Lip Therapy on. Really loving my lip flip!!

Finally almost scab free and I’m really loving my lips! The lip flip really gives me just a bit more pout and I LOVE it!! And you’ve lips without liner and lipstick is awesome too!!

I made an appointment that is 2 months from my filler and lip flip appointment to get another lip flip. It’s just 4 units of Botox and my dr said to get it every 2 months. He said you don’t want to get too much or your lips get floppy!

Went in 2 days ago to get another lip lip. Just 4 units! Small price to pay for what it offers! Here is a picture from yesterday so 1 day after.

Dr Buford is phenomenal. He has corrected and beautified my lips after I had been going to a different place for my injections that caused me to lose my natural shape and look lumpy. Now that I’ve been seeing Dr. Buford, my lips look flawless, natural, and plump. The environment here is beautiful and everyone welcomes you so warmly. You know you’re in good hands the minute you walk through the front door. So many of my friends have been to him for breast augmentations and have loved their results as well!
