I Have a Pitted Scar from a BCG Vaccine from Childhood, How Can I Minimize Its Appearance? (photo)

Hi, I have a BCG scar on my upper left arm that seems to be getting bigger every year. It is pitted and a little lighter than my skin but it definitely stands out. I would say its about 1cm in diameter. How can I minimize its appearance (surgery/lazer/topical treatment etc)? Also, will working out control its size? Thanks.

Fractional co2 laser for scars

These are very difficult scars to improve. I would recommend the fractional co2 laser to just make the scar better, but it will not make it disappear. Raffy Karamanoukian, Los Angeles
