I had my first reduction just ovr10 years ago now, my surgeon took me from a G to a C cup. I’m 5ft tall and currently around 135lbs, my weight has gone up and down in the past but I want to say even at the time of the first reduction I was probably around a similar weight, maybe a 5-10 lb difference I don’t remember. Anyway, Ive been at a consistent weight for about a year now, I’ve gone back up to a D cup bra, but my left is at least a whole cup size bigger than my right, and also has a lot of sideboob that I hate. My right breast is a C cup still. Im also having some neck and shoulder pain again, which is how I was able to get my first surgery covered by insurance. Would I Be able to go through insurance again? Can I be reduced to a B cup and get an internal bra? I do not have my previous records sadly as my surgeon’s practice has been closed for some time now, would I need to find out how to obtain those?

Considering a second reduction 10 years later - could I be reduced from a C/D cup to a B cup and add an internal bra?

Consequently, implant placement alone can provide upper pole fullness and achieve a natural aesthetic outcome. Also your goal is D cup size, we should use big size implant with a round shape . If you have no additional medical conditions or medications you are taking, all of these surgeries can be safely performed. Your implant stays higher place but your own tissue becomes pitotic by the time.You had a donut lifting, ı thınk thıs ıs inadequate lifting.ı think you have sub pectoral implant this give us stability. so you have a snoopy deformity and you need revision surgery. I recommend you change your implant pocket to the subfacial plan and perform reverse T mastopexy.This will be more stable and long lasting result.

Hello, thank you for your questıon; You need a revision surgery.I recommend a new pocket; subfacial, new size; maybe moderate plus profile 300 cc, and finally ıf we need we can add mastopexy surgery.I also recommend fat transfer. This will be more stable and long lasting result.

325cc high profile implants, submuscular, procedure done in 2022. I had saggy, empty breasts after 4+ years of pregnancies and breastfeeding. Looks absolutely horrible. I asked for a review in 2023 with no solution but to keep wearing the band I have the feeling the pockets were not done carefully, breasts never dropped, torpedo looking and nipples looking down. They have suggested another mastopexy with implant replacement, lower profile and smaller in size. I want some fullness in my breasts, I am looking for 300cc moderate profile but I think they want to go the easy way. Do I have capsular contracture? Iupper pole is full and hard, if I press my hands and push my implants, the result would be good. Makes me think there is no need for another mastopexy.

Hello ; thank you for your questıon. ı recommend you sub nasal bullhorn lip lift. you are a good candidate for this procedure. You will have a scar but at the end of 3 -6 months ıt will be less visible.

Hello; I recently had a consult regarding a lip lift and was told I am not a candidate due to thick skin and potential for scarring. I absolutely hate my long philtrim but trust the plastic surgeon's advice. I am curious if there are other procedures, such as a sub nasal bullhorn lift that would potentially make me a candidate? Age 46, no health conditions, fair skin, prone to scarring. I live in a smaller city centre so there is no one locally who performs this type of lil life.

I am on a weightloss journey and have lost 75 lbs with about 30 more to go. I am 5 ft 1 and weigh about 155 currently. I have always had a “B” shaped belly whether I was at my highest weight or lowest. Is a tummy tuck the best option to correct this shape?

That needs to be corrected. We can offer you the option of a new breast lift surgery with new implants. I had my breast implant and mastoplexy surgery 4 years ago. My right implant is basically in my arm pit and can cause residual swelling at times to surrounding area. Im in discomfort a lot but it does not feel rock solid like im told is a contracture. Also my left side seems to be bottomed out? Im at a loss. 595 cc. My right never settled properly but I was told to just keep waiting and massage. here we are years later and I am devastated. Any advice?

Hello, thank you for your question. You have just finished breastfeeding. I generally recommend waiting at least 3 months for breast surgery. Waiting 3 to 6 months will always yield better results. You have asymmetry and, particularly, sagging in your left breast. If you wait, this may recover somewhat. After it has recovered, since you do not want scars, we can opt to address the volume deficiency with only an implant. Please wait for at least 3 months. After that, hopefully, you will not need a lift, and we can solve this issue with only a breast augmentation surgery.

just finish breastfeeding one month ago and no more milk comes out but they might deflate a little more. I really don’t want a lift because of the scars

Hello, thank you for your question. Unfortunately, there is no option other than surgery to correct this situation. I would recommend another breast lift for you. Additionally, you cannot achieve stable, long-lasting results with saline implants. You need a more stable implant, such as a silicone gel implant, and a new breast lift.

Last year i had a breast lift with silicone implants, replacing saline implants. My main concern was getting the breasts lifted and the skin in between the breasts tightened or moved closer or something so that the breasts did not appear droopy from the front angle. The lift did nothing to help that skin or droopy look from the front angle. Is there anyway to fix that and is the only way to fix it, another surgery?
