I got my BBL done back in 2018 I believe. I always knew that I wanted/needed a TT but just couldn't afford it at the time. As the months and years passed, I set a goal that I was going to get my darn TT! So in 2022 I switched jobs from a hospice nurse to a contract nurse and a state prison. The pay was considerably different, thus I saved my money in record time. I started doing my research on Miami doctors because I planned to have my round 2 surgery in 2023. I went to Spectrum Aesthetics for my first surgery, and Dr. Chang slayed my BBL! Absolutely love my results. I just didn't love the process at spectrum. IYKYK. I can't remember how I came across Miami Life Surgery Center..wait..yes I do...this chick off TikTok was promoting them. So I went to check the results. And I loved them! OMG! So excited. So I contacted them mid 2023..maybe in July August time frame. Paid deposit of $250 and scheduled my TT with Dr. Daniel Kaufman at Miami Life. I was booked for December 18 2023. Updated on 10 Jan 2024: Updated on 27 Jun 2024: Hey y’all hey! Here I am just enjoying my results provided by the GOAT dr. Daniel Kaufman from Miami life plastic surgery! It was a rough journey this surgery. But I came out on the other side more grateful than ever! Plus my results are fu*king amazing! So 3 weeks after I got an infection in my belly button and on my incision line. I am allergic to the antibiotics they tried prescribing preop and that said ABT would have killed the infection that I had. But since I was given a different one it didn’t kill the infection I ended up having. It was a lengthy process to heal but my shit looks tf good now!
I got a bbl with Dr. Chang on 8/16/2023. I added ab etching which was $4,000 + $6,500 bbl (Lipo 360 w fat transfer). Dr. Chang is the absolute GOAT of bbl's on the East coast. My bbl is perfect. I was worried because I had loose skin and stretch marks on my stomach from having a baby. He hid every incision, you'd never know I had a bbl. He took every bit of fat he could and made my butt big while keeping it natural. If you have the funds and means to book with Chang, DO IT !!! The only down side I will say is , Spectrum Aesthetics is a effing nightmare!! All of the staff is so rude & not helpful at all. If you were expecting some sort of comfort or help with your surgery at all within the office , you're gonna be so disappointed. All of the doctors are too busy/high up to even get back to you or talk to you or comfort you. So if it's something you really want you'll get a great result. If you're too scared or reluctant, don't do it. Thanks dr chang !! I'll definitely be booking a round 2 with you !! Please get your own office , Spectrum is scary as heck coming from a first time plastic surgery customer !!!
After years of joking about it, I finally said what the hell and booked my surgery with Dr.Chang in February 2023 for July 6th of 2023I like to think I have a pretty good foundation. I can see where I would have a small waist and a butt if I just worked out, but after gaining 30 pounds of relationship weight it's time! Im 5'7 and 174 lbs. I was worried I wouldn't be able to get a bbl because I had 60 CCs of SedyFill hyaluronic acid injections in each hip July of 2022, but Dr.Chang was the only doctor at this clinic who would see me which was the only doctor I wanted!! So I really took that as a sign that it was meant to be. I'm so excited for my new body. Updated on 10 Jul 2023: 1 day post op wasn’t too bad, but the soreness and stiffness on day 2 was rough. During my consultation with Dr.Chang I kinda got nervous and forgot to tell him what I was looking for. He told me that since I am so skinny he would put fat in my butt first and if there was anything left he’d put it in my hips. I wanted to emphasize that I prefer booty to be a little bigger/heavier towards the bottom and I don’t care to much for “shelves” as it tends to look big and flat. I have a nice amount of roundness now and I know it’s way too early to judge my final results, so Im not stressing about it because my ass is nice and fat now. I have my second post op appointment with him tomorrow, so hopefully he thinks everything is looking good. Updated on 17 Jul 2023: At one week, I was feeling pretty good. I know I still have swelling still so I don’t want to get too excited about my shape cause I’m sure more of it will disappear. So I try not to stare at my body too long. Updated on 18 Jul 2023: Here are some more photos of my first week. I was 4 day post op here. My right side from the front has always been my “good side” to me while my left side from the back is naturally curvier. So I still see that asymmetry, but it doesn’t bother me too much. Maybe I should’ve pointed it out to him before hand. Updated on 23 Jul 2023: I’m feeling really down today because my pubic incision that I was originally draining from still hasn’t closed. And yesterday my incision in my upper butt crack split open too. I keep them bandaged with Neosporin, but my faja doesn’t allow them to have the air they need to dry out and heal. On top of that I have the WORST faja rash ever in my inner thighs near my vagina that i have no clue how to prevent. Warning it’s very gross and scary looking Updated on 17 Aug 2023: Here are some photos from 4 weeks when I first started wearing my stage 2 and some photos I took recently. If I stare at my reflection too long I think I look the same or that my butt is small so I need to really just stay positive. I went back to work after a month which is mainly sitting so i have these lines on my stomach from where my skin creases. I don’t know how to smooth them out and I don’t want them to stay there forever especially that I’m allowed to sit now. Any recommendations? It’s hard to keep the skin taut in that area since it’s so low and moves around when I move in my faja. Also my incision are closing and looking good, and my rash has went away. Updated on 24 Aug 2023: Everyone wants a bbl until you have to take in all your clothes. Thank god I have a sewing machine and know what to do! This dress was swallowing me and now that I can see my shape out of my faja Im so happy. Still learning to love my new body and not nitpick at everything. Updated on 24 Aug 2023: Updated on 7 Sep 2023: Cant believe it’s been 2 months. I’m sitting down for the most part but I sleep on my back and sides in moderation (1-2hours) before it gets uncomfortable. Sitting also still feels weird after a while but otherwise all my incisions are healing and I feel great! Updated on 7 Sep 2023: Oh here’s another photo I took yesterday I wanted to include. Still working on getting the bottom line in my stomach to disappear but it’s hard cause I’m sitting more often Updated on 7 Jul 2024: I am so grateful for Dr.Chang he gave me my dream body that I am so confident in. Overall my overall healing process was very smooth with minimal stress. My scars are well hidden and have been fading with the help of creams. I try to work out 3 times a week for upkeep and to keep myself active. Overall, I absolutely love my results
I am happy with my results from dr Chang. I had 360 lipo and bbl. Recovery wasn't bad as I though. Besides waking up on my ass after surgery and wheeling me out so fast, like I was sneaking over. Why try to sit me on my ass to wheel me out. Results: I don't need another but so happy I did it.
I worked with a plastic surgery consultant to figure out what surgeon to go to she pointed me to multiple doctors including Dr.Chang I started my surgery journey in 2018 and have since done multiple procedures Dr.Change gave me a base next is my projection stage I am so happy with my results just wish I had drains I feel I would have had less fluid/ manual draining. He was so educated loved that! His team directed me to a post op care Girl in nyc to help me her ig was the plastic plug I love her !

Updated on 7 Jan 2022: Hey guys this is from a week in up to close to 60 days postop. Obviously it’s so scary at first but within just weeks there’s a huge difference. Before I got my surgery I kept looking up pictures of “drop and fluff” so that I could see what it was. I couldn’t find any good pictures I understood the concept but not the best pictures to go with it. But then I saw my own pictures and thought OK this is what it looks like lol. To be honest I still didn’t “feel“ that they had changed much, they still felt high up and tight but looking at pictures made me realize how much they were changing and settling in nicely.
Dr. Chang did my surgery February 2020 and I was in love with my results!!! He literally gave me everything I asked for and more!! He is really the goat! He made me feel so comfortable and he listened to all my request! He was also very kind. The staff at spectrum was amazing as well the whole staff made me feel super comfortable and calm. Definitely going back!
Dr. Chang did exactly what I wanted he is very nice and willing to work with my needs. This pic is one day post op. I feeling a lot better now the first 24 hours after surgery are the most painful but after a couple of days it gets better.
I'm scheduled for November 2021 for a BBL with Dr Chang. I've done a ton of research and have waited patiently for years. I'm 40 years old now with one grown kid and another on the way out. It's time for me to start doing things for myself. This is the first of many. The BBL will come first with Lipo 360, then I'll get a tummy tuck next year. I'm nervous, but I can't wait to see my results.
I’m 1 week post op and I’m in love with my result, everybody love my body, when they see me they ask me who’s your doctor. I’m feel bad because in the post op appointment today with him i forgot to tell him thank you so much for my body, he’s the goat in Miami
Based off your photos - you have looseness of skin due to deflation over time. Some of the excess skin can be likely salvaged with increasing muscle tone in those areas - glutes, possibly medial thigh. I would recommend you try to put on some muscle weight - increasing caloric intake with high protein diet, using the gym to build back some more muscle tone for the glutes and legs then see a surgeon to see what needs to be done. Likely a little fat transfer to the glutes, an inner thigh groin lift possibly or you can try bodytite first to see if results are what you were wanting to achieve prior to committing to an inner thigh lift. But I would do it in that order to achieve best results.
Based off your photos - you have asymmetry (which is normal) and ptosis (drooping of the breast and the nipple is below your breast fold) which means a lift (mastopexy) is needed with an implant to redrape the breast tissue over the implant properly and potentially create a little more symmetry. The lift likely would be the lollipop incision vs the anchor incision (even with much larger implants). Seek out a few surgeons with different opinions and then decide which you match best with prior to making a decision.
Based off your photo, fat transfer to the breast would be a good start before cutting anything. Those creases on the bottom of the breast likely will resolve post fat transfer once done healing. The volume and fullness as you once had with implants will never be achieved via fat transfer but maybe more than one round of grafting can achieve more projection and help smooth out the lower pole creases. Seek out a few opinions and choose your surgeon based off the consensus of the plan and outcome.
Based off your photos - that is a common section for excess skin to accumulate and is operated on quite often. Since your skin from your elbow towards your shoulder from the side view seems to be very little or no laxity - you could benefit from a modified mini arm lift. The incision ideally would be hidden in your axillary crease and maybe a little onto the proximal part of your inner arm. Seek out a few opinions and decide on a surgeon you are comfortable with. (Keep exercising and toning your arms to avoid more excess skin in the future.)
Symmastia is a difficult problem to address (whether born with it, or happened post procedure) - requires a new division to be created between the breast, which is not easy. There are certain techniques that can be tried, and maybe could provide some improvement but hitting a home run on the result is a tough one (even in experienced hands). Recommend seeking a few opinions - but there can be a combination of lipo and suture techniques that can be tried to see an artificial division can be created, but other than surgical attempts - likely won't have many options.
