I am feeling very self-conscious about the skin under my chin after lipo+laser and another round of just laser treatment to correct. Any advice for someone on a budget trying to fix it?

I understand why this would feel frustrating after two procedures. In my opinion, the next step should be an in-person exam, because loose skin, scar tissue, residual fat, platysma bands, and skin quality can all look similar under the chin, and photos do not show how the tissue moves or feels.
Options may include more time if the most recent treatment was recent, energy-based tightening, small revision liposuction only if there is residual fat, or a neck lift/platysmaplasty if the main issue is lax skin or muscle bands. I would review the operative details with your treating surgeon before planning another procedure, especially since budget-friendly treatments can still be disappointing if they target the wrong problem.

Based on your photos and description, you should consider a neck lift procedure to address the laxity in your neck. Some patients with limited skin excess and normal skin elasticity can achieve adequate results with a submental neck lift which only requires an incision beneath the chin. For patents with more laxity and/or poor skin elasticity, a formal neck lift removing skin behind the ears will produce a better result. Seek out a board certified plastic surgeon for consultation.

Liposuction only removes fat but does not tighten the skin.  Even laser did not work.  The excess skin can be surgical excised through a chin incision or a facelift incision.

Based on the submitted photos the best option would be a neck lift.  Non surgical options aren't powerful enough to treat this degree of laxity.  They are more designed for mild to moderate laxity.  A neck lift would surgically remove excess skin and recontour the area.
