Breast reduction, lipo and BBL on a petite women (4’8, 113lbs) - can this be done in one procedure? (Photos)

I’m 24 & had 4 kids. I want to get a breast reduction (im a 32g) I also want to get a liposuction & add some of the fat to my butt & hips but make it look natural not too extra. I wanted to see if it’s possible to do a breast reduction, lipo & maybe a skinny bbl all in one procedure? & if i qulaify? My bmi is 25.3 Idk what would look better on me? Help please!
