Is 405cc SRM Natrelle too much for my petite frame? (Photos)

Question

I'm 5'2 115 lbs, bwd of 14. I breastfed 4 babies and are left with deflated 32/34 b's. I do not really want a lift. I want more volume and some upper fullness (basically just want more fuller beautiful breasts after bf). I tried on sizers yesterday and the final recommendation when I left was 405cc SRM Natrelle. The large number scares me, even though I understand my bwd is on the wide side. Will these make me look top heavy? Will these fit my petite frame nicely? I was hoping for a moderate plus projection to give me more oomph but she recommends moderate. I want some cleavage and fuller breasts. I do not want a super fake augmented look. I am just concerned with sizing and profile and need more clarification on it all and how they will probably look afterwards if I do choose 405s. Thank you

It is very important that you feel comfortable with the sizer chosen. If you really liked the 400cc sizer and felt comfortable with it in place, it is very unlikely that it will make you feel 'top heavy.' If your goal is to avoid a lift and want upper pole fullness, I strongly suggest that you have at least a moderate natrelle, but a full profile would help you achieve your goals even more. At 115lbs, are we sure that your width is a 14cm? If you are any narrower, the likelihood of fitting into a full profile is better.

Choosing the right size and profile breast implants for you. After I measure and discuss goals with my patients, we then look at pictures of women (my patients) with similar measurements with different size and style breast implants. They also get to see what they would look like when the breasts have fully dropped and fluffed and in clothes. Mildly Sagging Breasts: If your breasts are mildly droopy, a saline or silicone gel implant placed behind the pectoral muscle might help create the illusion of perkiness. That’s because as the implant fills out the top of the breast, it also fills out the bottom, making it look as if the nipple has moved higher. It hasn’t. Size determination is one of the most difficult roles for a plastic surgeon and their patients. That's why I rely on sizers and three dimensional photographic simulation. You can see what each implant could likely do for you. If your surgeon does not offer this service, I'm sure there is one near you who does.
