Love the results! I noticed others (like celebrities) with similar procedures often had visible stitches. What I appreciate most is that there are no visible stitches and I enjoy the outcome every day.

I had a revision rhinoplasty in September after years of research and consulting with many ENT's. There was major obstruction to my nasal airway and I couldn't breathe out of the lest side of my nose. It was causing restless nights, bloody noses, overall lack of confidence, it was really interfering with my life. At first, I went to the ENT and I had a septoplasty and they inserted nasal implants to try and open the nasal airway and that didn't work. Finally, the ENT referred me to Dr. Buckingham from the reviews and testimonials they had heard. When I first came to Buckingham Center it was just so comforting. The staff was so welcoming, they listened and cared for every part of the process, and that's just the staff. Then I had the opportunity to meet Dr. Smith and it really felt like being home. She gave me that confidence that she was really going to take care of me and cared about what I wanted and what the end goal was for me. Most doctors just want to take control, but she was truly caring, you can tell she has a genuine passion for this. I knew I was in the right hands when she said,"I am so excited for you!" You can tell she truly believed in herself and me that this was going to work. The pain was so mild, the nose was just a bit tender. I would do this twenty times over again for the results. This has changed my life

I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Buckingham and his staff! From my first consultation, it was evident how much they care about their clients and how well they perform. Dr. Buckingham is super receptive, and listened very attentively to all of my concerns and goals. The morning of, he also sat with me again and we walked through everything together. That evening after my surgery, he personally called to check in on my recovery. I had a septoplasty/rhinoplasty/turbinate reduction surgery with Dr. Buckingham and the results exceeded my expectations beyond anything I could have imagined. Everyone here is so friendly and professional. I am allergic to lidocaine so I had to undergo the procedure without numbing and still felt almost no pain at all and was very comfortable the whole time. This is my second day after the procedure and the swelling was minimal, plus I have no bruising and I already love the results. This was my first experience at a plastic surgery clinic and I had such a great experience. I honestly can't wait to go back and highly recommend Buckingham, especially for anyone who is nervous about getting filler for the first time.

I met with several doctors before deciding on Dr. Buckingham for a lower facelift to help me in achieving my aesthetic goals. He has great bedside manners, impressive credentials, listened to what I wanted, and so many people recommended him to me - all factors that made me choose him at the end. I had a crepey neck and wanted to look a bit younger in that area. I'm 66 and wasn't trying to look 20, just wanted to improve my neck area. Dr. Buckingham performed my surgery on October 9th and has left me very happy with the results. The entire recovery process was explained, so I knew what to expect already, though I was surprised by how easy it was. Before the week was up, I was already running errands. Dr. Buckingham and his staff are great and provide amazing care. I've already recommended the doctor and will continue to do so, he's an excellent physician.

I had a reconstructive procedure done post Moh's surgery to remove skin cancer. It was on my nose, in a very tricky spot and I was very anxious and apprehensive and had never gone to a plastic surgeon before and truly didn't know what to expect. Now I know that was because I have just been fortunate enough not to ever have needed one before. Dr. Buckingham was recommended by my dermatologist as THE BEST facial plastics surgeon around and only person she would trust and she was right. He masterfully corrected the hole left and today I got my stitches out and can already tell that in a week or so no one will even be able to tell anything happened. It looks amazing. His team was great, he was professional, caring and is truly the best. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND, especially for something as delicate and non voluntary as a reconstruction post cancer removal. Dr. Buckingham performed my rhinoplasty and septoplasty 7 years ago. To this day, I am still very pleased with the result and I am so glad I chose him after careful consideration of different plastic surgeons in the area. Everything from my consultation to the follow-up exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend Dr. Buckingham.

Astounding results! I had facial fat grafting and could not have wished for a better outcome:

I'm 48 now but was 46 when I had the fat grafting so my review is based on not just the immediate results, but longer term results.

First and foremost, I look natural and when I tell people what I had done they are shocked as they think I look significantly better (more rested) but could never pinpoint why .... and you can see the wheels turning as they look at my face in awe that they still can't see exactly what was done in any one place. They see I look better overall, but just can't grasp what I am telling them with their eye.

Point being, the results are superbly subtle but life changing. I'm a thin person and knew as I aged losing fat in my face would not only age me, but make me look sickly. And that's exactly what happened. I did not want to necessarily look younger, but look healthy. Dr Buckingham achieved that result perfectly. Except I do look younger - but naturally so.

I want everyone to know I did years of research before having this procedure. In the wrong hands this can be devastating and disfiguring ... I consulted with 3 other doctors (none were in Austin). I even drove to Dallas to visit a highly recommended surgeon but ultimately found Dr Buckingham to be the most well-rounded in everything I was looking for: talented, experienced, realistic, cautious, gentle, effective, informative, honest, open, and no ulterior motive being his priority that I could find (such as $$$).

I have to say I was very nervous about having the procedures that Dr. Buckingham had recommended in my initial consultation, but after looking at many of the before and after photos from other patients online, I decided to go forward and have them done. It has been a little over three months, and I have to say the results have been pretty amazing. My biggest concern was that the procedures I had done would be natural looking and they are!
