From your photographs, it seems you are and excellent candidate for a tummy tuck. You could expect a very nice improvement of your extra skin and muscle looseness. Is not a good idea to expect that the tummy tuck will help any of your medical problems. Good luck with your tummy tuck if you go ahead with it!

it depends on the type of injections as some can cause fat atrophy at the injection site. It is best to consult your plastic surgeon and get his opinion.

The incision used for a breast lift by itself does not allow us to “pull up” the stomach skin.
