38F, 2 kids, Small A Cup to 545cc Mentor UHP OTM
Had always been a small A cup, started sagging more after breastfeeding 2 kids. Wanted upper pole fullness and a large breast size. Agreed on 545cc, ultra high profile, over the muscle. First 3 days were very tight on the chest, lots of pressure, hard to breathe. Lots of burning pain under the ribs and in my back. Skin is very tight with numbness to the breasts and nipples. Updated on 21 Aug 2025: Very happy with how they settled out. They’re very soft now and have moved more

Always a Great Outcome!
I have seen Dr Humenansky for several procedures but just had Sculptra with her for the 1st time. As always, she’s so helpful in deciding what treatment would be best for me. She’s always professional, honest and she truly is a caring and honest Doctor. I do not feel she suggest anything I did not ask for or about. She’s also always on time for our appt! Finally Have my Confidence Back!
Dr. H is very kind and listens to her patients. I’m so glad I chose her for my procedure and I’m SO happy with my results! The front office staff is great, very nice, & are quick to get back to you if needed. After two c-sections, it was time to get back to my old self. When considering a breast augmentation, one of my top priorities was to find a female surgeon. After seeing Dr. Humenansky’s work, I knew she was the one!
