I'm 26 years old. And I'm uncomfortable with the way my tip looking, when I smile it gets wider and from the side droppy. But my tip ifof nose is slightly thick skin and also every morning my nose swollen, and my question is if iI can get the exact look like at the picture.

Yes - your nasal tip can be narrowed.
It might not be able to be refined as much as your "photoshopped" image, but it can be narrowed by scoring or cutting the upper lateral cartilages, folding the domes and suturing them into position.

Thank you for your question. You are an excellent candidate for rhinoplasty, open or closed based on your surgeon's preferences. I think it is one of the most beautifying surgeries that we do as plastic surgeons. A large portion of my practice is dedicated to rhinoplasty surgery. It is important to only see plastic surgeons with extensive experience in rhinoplasty, ie perform at least 6 per month and have performed hundreds of cases. Also, critically evaluate on-line galleries to see if their art form resonates with yours. Rhinoplasty is definitely a grey-haired plastic surgeon's sport. Yes, your nose can be improved. However, no physician can guarantee results identical to the photograph you provided. It is an achievable goal. Your limiting factor is the thickness of your skin. You have large cartilage in the tip and that will need to be reduced.

Hello and thank you for your question. Based on your photograph, you may benefit from a rhinoplasty. A surgeon can accomplish this by trimming, suturing, and reshaping the cartilage in your lower nose. Fascial grafts may also be used to help improve tip refinement. Make sure you are going to a surgeon with hundreds of long-term before and after pictures on their website with standardized lighting and standardized backgrounds. With good surgical technique, you could have an outstanding result. I recommend that you seek consultation with a qualified board-certified rhinoplasty surgeon who can evaluate you in person.
