Differing opinions from surgeons - do I need a lift? If so, what kind? (Photos)

I’m feeling super conflicted on what to do. My deflation/ptosis came from weight loss only and I might still have kids, which could ruin a lift. My breasts look extremely saggy to me and I thought forsure an aug alone wouldn’t be an option. However, 2/4 surgeons said I was borderline and could do without until I have kids, though I wouldn’t be as happy with the result as if I got a lift. One surgeon told me I don’t need a lift, and he would not perform one. One wants to do a donut lift and said an aug alone isn’t an option and he won’t do it. I don’t want to do nothing because I’m super self conscious of my current situation, but it just feels like I’m in a no-win predicament. Ive also heard some not so great things about donut lifts. My notch to nipple measurements are 21 and 22 cm and my ptosis levels are 1 and 1.5 according to the surgeon who said I need a lift. Any input is greatly appreciated!
