Can my nose tip be refined to be pointier and less round? (Photo)

I have a pretty round nose tip and a long columella. I have pretty thick skin from my understanding and I was looking to get a simple procedure done ideally mostly to the tip. I do have flaws in my bridge but I want to keep them since Im looking for something subtle. My goal here would be changing the shape of the tip to something pointer and less round and shortening the hanging part. Im not really looking to make it any smaller outside of that. Is that a realistic goal ?
