Hi, For many years I’ve had this excess facial skin, it makes my face look more fatter than it actually is. It’s not due to weight loss as I’ve more or less remained at a steady weight during my life. is there a procedure that can remove this excess skin on my face and under my neck. I’m 33, I understand I’m still young but I’ve had this excess facial skin for at least 10 years.

What stands out in the photos is fullness and soft tissue laxity around the lower face and under the chin, but photos alone cannot tell how much is skin, fat, muscle position, or facial anatomy.

At 33, a full facelift is not automatically the best first choice. If the issue is mainly submental fat or neck fullness, options such as neck liposuction, skin tightening, or a limited neck procedure may be considered. If there is true loose skin and early jowling, a lower face and neck lift may be more appropriate, but this depends on skin elasticity, jawline structure, and how the tissues move on exam. An in-person facial analysis is needed before choosing between non-surgical tightening, liposuction, a neck lift, or a facelift.
