I’ve looked at thousands of before and after. Sometimes results are… less than ideal, even from the same surgeon who has photos of cases of amazing transformations. What are the major factors that will affect final reaults? Age/skin elasticity, I suppose. Does it look like I can expect great results even without implants? I really don’t want implants. But I also want a nice round shape. Is it a realistic expectation?
Answer: Results? From the photos it appears you are a good candidate for a lift with a small reduction. Skin elasticity and breast tissue qualities play into your results, among other factors. You may be a candidate for a lift with auto augmentation to give you some upper pole fullness. I've included a video on this that I hope you find helpful. Meet with a board certified plastic surgeon near you to discuss your concerns and what you can expect in terms of results.

Answer: Fat grafting Hello from Istanbul! Certainly, you can achieve pleasing results without implants. I'd recommend considering fat grafting to the upper portion of the breast. However, keep in mind that while this can enhance the shape, the consistency won't be as firm as with implants. Myriad of factors come into play in each plastic surgery, from skin elasticity (as you correctly point out), anatomy, patient's lifestyle choices (such as smoking, drinking, etc, which directly affect healing) to the surgeon's skill. Therefore, it's best to find a surgeon you trust and follow their recommendations. Hope this helps.

Answer: No need of implant Hello, as you have a nice volume of breasts, I would not recommend implants. Age and skin elasticity is a factor that affects the final result yes but the more major factors are weight and hormonal fluctuations which almost all women have during the years. Pregnancy is one of that major factors. Time is also a factor that affects the result. Post operative 4th year would be definitely less ideal than 6th month. I can also say breasts with implants are more stable if we compare with the breasts without implants. Best regards

Answer: Reduction/lift. What are the major factors that will affect final results Yes, a surgeon could do the same procedure on twenty different women and the final appearance after six months could be very different for each of them. Many factors such and skin and breast tissue quality affect the final outcome. This is not always predictable, but your surgeon can provide an educated prediction after a careful physical examination.

Answer: Bellesoma Breast Reduction The technique I recommend is The Bellesoma Method. This will reduce and reshape your breast tissue creating upper pole fullness without implants, elevate them higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. The weight of the breasts is transferred to the underlying pectoralis major muscle resulting in pain relief without excessive reduction. Vertical scars are avoided, nipple sensation (in 95%) and the ability to breast feed are maintained. Best Wishes, Gary Horndeski, M.D.
