Everthing was so last minute a different doctor canceled on me due to medical issues and sent me to doctor crane so I hadn’t established a relationship nor did I know his work so you could imagine how I was freaking out but all rest assured the professionalism within 3 days of a cancellation I already had my bags packed and decided to make it a surgery slash vacation I was so stressed out but the staff were amazing they were so helpful with me finding a nurse to get me a checked out for pre op care long story short got my surgery done yesterday love it he lowered my hairline over a inch best decision ever no doctor could have been more attentive and patient. I never seen any of his hair line lowering patients so I feel the need to post myself to show he’s legit.

I cannot express how happy I am with my results from Dr. Crane, Board Certified Plastic Surgeon! One thing thing that drew me to the office was how inclusive the before and after photos are on the website. They were able to represent all kinds of people from different backgrounds. When I first came into the office I was met by the front desk girls with such a great energy, they immediately brought me back into a room and got me checked in.
The office itself is so clean and beautiful it made me feel very comfortable. The moment I met Dr. Crane he was extremely personable and was able to explain the procedure to me in detail. Talking to him made me feel more at ease and confident in my decision to go with Inspire. During every visit he had a great assistant in the room with him that made me feel more comfortable.

Erika my surgical coordinator made it so easy to choose a date that worked for me. She also explained the payment options including financing which was easy to navigate. The night before my procedure both my nurse and anesthesiologist called me to calm my nerves and discuss the procedure in detail. The day of the procedure went smoothly and I woke up from surgery happy!

Recovery was super easy, I saw Dr. Crane the next day for my post op visit and then I was back to work within 7 days! The only side effect I have is the super high self esteem.

From the tele consult to post-surgical calls, texts, and follow-ups, every facet of working with Dr. Crane and the Inspire staff was great! Setting up a video call consult was facilitated by Erika, one of the patient coordinators, and she made it all very simple. I had consulted with several other doctors in different areas of the country and was impressed with Dr. Crane’s results, but knew for certain after the consult I wanted him to do my surgeries. He is very personable and takes care to explain his recommendations, as well as every aspect of the surgery and our goals. My breast lift with augmentation was a bit more difficult than others due to my asymmetry and the need to remove skin for the lift (as I wanted a pretty full result) and while Dr. Crane kept my expectations realistic, he managed to safely and beautifully carry out my goals for my lift with augmentation. As for my abdominoplasty, he did an AMAZING job, and I now have the smooth, flat belly I’ve always wanted. The suturing on all of my incisions was beautiful, so the scars are as minimal as possible. I had some concerns the weeks following surgery, and every time, Dr. Crane was quick to respond and discuss things with me. He was always caring, informative, and professional. All of the office and OR staff I interacted with were always kind, knowledgeable, and professional as well. I really expect in the coming years that you’ll have to book months and months ahead to see Dr. Crane because he is THAT good. Do not hesitate to book with him!

If you’re debating about having a procedure done, this is your sign to do it. You will not regret it if you go to Dr. Crane!! Schedule a consultation with him and I promise you’ll want to book before you leave! My Botox injector, Peri (who you should also go to!!), suggested Dr. Crane to me for my breast augmentation. I’m so thankful that she did. I ended up scheduling my procedure just after my consultation! I can honestly say this was the best decision I’ve ever made. Dr. Crane’s charismatic personality made it easy to bring up any questions or concerns my husband and I had. His responses and explanations were expressed genuinely and honestly. We felt heard which made us confident with our decision to go with him. Erika (patient care coordinator) and Elise (front desk specialist) make everything run so smoothly. Between my appointments (which they are very good about booking around my odd schedule), to random questions that pop into my mind, they are always available to answer everything! This entire staff truly goes above and beyond for you. I’ve never experienced anything quite like it. I’m completely in love with how my breasts turned out! It’s not always about just having the biggest breasts and filling out your clothes. For me it was about feeling comfortable, confident, and sexy in my own skin. I cannot thank him enough because he was able to give me all of those!! There’s a large difference between surgeons that do it for the money, and ones that do it for their patients happiness. Dr. Crane very clearly does it for his patients. He is someone you would trust to send your mom, sister, aunt or wife to. Book the consultation with him and you’ll see what I mean!

Upon first meeting Dr. Crane at my consultation I knew I wanted him to do my mommy make over. (Tummy tuck, Lipo, BBL and breast reduction) His knowledge and confidence in the procedure left me with no hesitation to book my surgery that day. I am absolutely blown away by my transformation and am forever grateful to have had the opportunity to have Dr. Crane be my surgeon. Literally life changing!

I got breast implants from Dr. Crane in march and I could not be any happier with the results. I was extremely nervous for the procedure and I had absolutely no pain afterwards, just sore and tight. It felt like a really tough upper body workout, again with no pain at all. The recovery was so easy I would do the surgery again every 6 months if I had to. Dr. Crane made me feel more than comfortable and listened to all the questions I had in the consults. Erika V. Was my coordinator and she also went above and beyond to answer all my questions in office and over text before the surgery. She made sure to check in on me after the surgery multiple times and always is a pleasure to be around for post-op appointments. Erica H was my nurse before surgery and she as well was just as amazing. She stayed with me before I went in the operating room and kept me distracted and comfortable. She even came with me into the operating room and held my hand and kept me calm before I went under. This staff is truly amazing all the way from the doctor down. Dr. Crane does exceptional work and is friendly and kind to be around. I couldn’t recommend him and his staff more, truly. Can’t thank them enough for their work and kindness.

TL;DR: I had a world-class experience with Dr. Crane and Inspire. I am 100% pleased with my experience and results, and I can not imagine a scenario where I'd be any happier. Dr. Crane is a talented surgeon who I trust.

Surgery- January 2023

Procedures: Lipo 360 w/ Runevion. Lipo to neck and chin

I had a vision of what I wanted; I needed a surgeon to partner in making that happen. Patient outcomes are improved when a doctor engages in professional development activities. I found the breadth of Dr. Crane's experience impressive. His background in reconstructive surgery and recent experience in a plastic surgery fellowship piqued my interest. He has an excellent bedside manner, actively listens, and his approach is consultative and empathetic. I was comfortable with Dr. Crane from the start. I felt assured that I was in skillful hands.

I'm curious by nature, and Dr. Crane has always responded positively. He makes himself available to his patients. I leave each interaction feeling more knowledgeable and encouraged to reach out whenever. Erika V. was my patient coordinator, and I can not say enough great things about Erika! During the early stages - initial consultation to surgery day- Erika was my main point of contact. She coordinated visits and managed the lines of communication between myself, Dr. Crane, and even the physician who performed pre-op clearance. Erika was organized and attentive to details. She was timely in her responses and kept the process moving along swimmingly! Every single person I interacted with at Inspire was helpful and friendly. The nurse anesthetist called me the day before my surgery to explain the procedure, ask questions, and hold space for me to ask questions. I met staff in Delray and Ft. Lauderdale, and the experience was consistent.

I followed Dr. Crane's pre and post-op orders closely. I did not deviate from his guidance. I decided to receive lymphatic massages as part of post-op care and worked with a recommended practitioner. In addition to regularly scheduled check-ins, I consulted with Dr. Crane whenever I had questions regarding my lymphatic treatments. It's been about 2 and a half months since the surgery. I love my results. They are 100% worth everything I put in- time and money. No hiccups or complications. I'm living for my results!! I would not change a single thing about my experience. When people speak of great South Florida surgeons, I anticipate we'll all be hearing Dr. Crane's name more and more in the coming years.

There are no words to describe my gratitude to Dr. Crane and the Inspire staff. I underwent a breast revision surgery the week of Thanksgiving. I met with four surgeons surgeons prior to meeting with Dr. Crane. I knew immediately I wanted to undergo my procedure under Dr. Crane’s care. He’s a talented surgeon with exceptional training. On top of his expertise, he’s incredibly kind, empathetic, and patient. Dr. Crane took the time to listen to my concerns and answer all of my questions. He possesses a positive energy and an eye for aesthetics.

Operations day was perfect. The nurses -incredible!! They said the nicest things to me when I was coming out of anesthesia and took good care of me as I was prepped for the operating room. After surgery, Dr. Crane came to check on me and he called to check in the next day.

I’m two months post op and thrilled with my results! My breast look amazing and I got my confidence back!
