I currently have 275 CC moderate Natrelle implants. I have a contracture on one side. I have consulted a trusted surgeon and am scheduled for a revision. He is suggesting a GalaFlex to help with stability since I have very little natural breast tissue. I have had significant weight loss and have maintained about 115-120 lbs for 3 years. My first implants were put in two years ago, and there was a lift at that time as well. He is recommending an additional lift. He generally uses Motiva in his practice. I like the firmness of the Natrelle and he said he would use those if I desired. I would like to achieve a more full and round look from both the front and the side. I like the firmness of the cohesive gel in the Natrelle, but am willing to consider Motiva brand. I can't find any research on Natrelle and the Gaylaflex specifically. If I choose the Natrelle, do you think they would be robust with the mesh? And, do you think the mesh would help to reduce the risk of additional capsular contracture? Additionally, do you think 340-345 CC Full would be a good option? Thank you.

I'm a fit , 5'6 125 pound, 59 yr old woman hoping to get a tummy tuck & face lift before I retire in a few years, & have working income to pay it off. I have 30 yr old post partum stretch marks with lax abdominal skin that I have wanted to repair forever but have not had the $. This is a big deal for me & something I have thought about forever but could not afford due to family responsibilities. Am I too old for a tummy tuck with expectations of bikini worthy abs? The stretch marks are pretty deep. Also, where are reputable surgeons with great track records that I can realistically afford having this done? I want my confidence back but I don't want to over leverage myself financially & risk my health as well

I had a mini tuck in 2021 and it looked great at the time. But now at 55 in 2026, I see loose skin above my belly button and I am well aware a full tummy would have addressed this unforeseen issue. I have reached out to my plastic surgeon and he said it would be able to do a full tummy tuck with a couple verticle scars. However, I also reached out to another plastic surgeon and she suggested a) Tightsculpt, Endotight, PDO Threads for $10,200. And another option: J-Plasma, Vaser, Tightsculpt under local for $11,350. I saw this before and after (on Google search) on Morpheus laser. But I'm hearing so many conflicting reviews on Morpheus, SylFirm, etc. It's confusing to make a decision based on various opinions. But if tummy tuck is the only real solution, I would consider it. Just bummed because my scars from the mini TT are fading. But if I were to get good results from laser, I would be more open to that more. I really don't want to go the surgery route but would like advice on what would get good results.

Hi, I was hit on the bridge of my nose about 5 months ago. Immediately after the injury, I noticed the sides of the bridge widened or flattened, my right profile looks more like it used to but the nasal bone on the left side doesn't have the height that it used to. Also, the front changed and looks like in the pic. I'm wondering if the trauma could have displaced my nasal bones. I don't have pain I did start having trouble breathing but after using flonase I don't anymore. What treatment options do I have after this amount of time?

I was left with stitches and a small buldge of skin at tje left tip of my nostril post rhinoplasty. Dr said it would heal on its own. Now years later this is what i am left with. While my nostrils have never been symmetrical this scar tissue makes it look so much worse considering the arlar retractiom that also occured to this nostril. Are there any in offoce procedures that may help reduc or remove this scar tissue entirely amd help make the width of my nostril more porportionate to the other. While i understand revision might be best i truely want a quick fix if at all possible

Hello, I have had a high WBC for most of my life. I have see di d inc a hematologist but no one has been able to pinpoint what the problem is. I am scheduled to have surgery on 5/26. Is there a chance that the doctor will still do the surgery ?

Hello 12 years ago I had a breast augmentation and lift. 2 yesrs after, I had to have capsuluar contraction surgery to fix the R breast. Come present, I had a revision done in 2024 and replaced the implants due to some drooping. 3 years later, capsular contractions again. My question , I’m planning on having surgery to fix the capsular in the R breast again, but since I have to have surgery again, I want a reduction. I have 350cc’s presently, but was wondering if it’s possible to have a breast reduction surgery and have implants (smaller) to achieve the desired “perky” results ? And am I a good candidate for this procedure? I’m currently a D (possible DD) cup and would like to be a B cup. I’ve always had a lot of breast tissue and never wanted to have Big breasts, just back to my youthful self after 3 kids. So having a lift with implants is what my doctor recommended. I feel that I don’t even notice the implants with the extra breast tissue that I have.

I had a red about 8 years ago and would like to go smaller. My goal is to narrow the breast and remove side fullness, I would like to not have to wear a bra..…so maybe a small b cup.

I get quite a sore/tender swollen lump in my left side, it’s to the left of my implant. This pain only comes before menstruation starts and it lasts for about a week. I understand that a lot of girls get breast pain around this time, but mine is incrredibly bad and only localised to one spot inside my breast. I have had my implants for over 2 years now, they seem fine and I dont think I habe any issues specifically with the implants, I’m just concerned about the lump and what it may be. Its quite large too, about the size of a grape

Hi- I'm 5'2" 125pounds and my BWD measured a few times by me and my husband is 18cm. I made sure I did this nipple to nipple, using the right side of a flexible measuring tape. I am concerned that my BWD seems so much larger than other women's. My bra size is a 34AA. I would like to get motiva mini implants so that I can fill out a bra and be a full 34A size. Is this reasonable? Or will I need much larger implants because my chest is so wide? Thank you

Hi I’m 27 years old 5’5 122 pounds I want to get a breast augmentation. Skin stretch 2. PCSEF 60%. Base width 11.5 at most. I want something noticeable but natural. Not sure what size/profile to go with. I don’t want to look BIG. I’m a pretty fit person I have a good amount of breast tissue, I’m a small B cup. I do want some upper pole volume and overall breast fullness but I don’t want to look overdone. Any advice would help.

I'm a 41yo with diagnosed lipoedema in my upper limbs. My BMI is currently 30, but I am aiming to lost another 10kg before any procedures. I need to have liposuction to remove the lipoedema fat, and I'm wondering if lipo plus Renuvion skin tightening would give a good enough result, or if I definitely will need an arm lift with the lipo. There is obviously a big cost, recovery and scar difference between the two options. I don't want to go for the more severe option if its not neccessary, but I also don't want to go with the less invasive option and be disappointed with the results. I mostly want to be able to wear tshirts with the arm not being tight and wear sleevless tops without being embarrassed.

Hi doctors, I had a breast augmentation last year and have since developed mild capsular contracture on one side. In addition, I was not fully satisfied with the overall look, as I would prefer a slightly fuller and softer result. My surgeon has recommended fat grafting to improve both the contour and fullness. The plan is to harvest approximately 300cc of fat in total (around 150cc from each inner thigh), with a small amount potentially taken from the outer thighs if needed. My main concern is that I truly love the current shape of my thighs and legs. I work out regularly, maintain a very healthy lifestyle, and have good skin quality, so I would not want to compromise their appearance in any way. I would really appreciate your input on the following: • With this volume (150cc per inner thigh), what is the risk of developing dents, waviness, or contour irregularities in the inner thigh area? • How predictable are results when performing liposuction in the inner thighs, given that it is considered a delicate area? • Can this amount of fat removal noticeably change the overall shape or contour of the thighs? • Is it common to not require compression garments after this type of liposuction, or could that increase the risk of uneven healing or swelling? • In your experience, is fat grafting an effective approach both for mild capsular contracture and for achieving a fuller, more natural-looking result? For reference, I am 29 years old. Thank you in advance — I want

Hello! I am 26 and unfortunately in the last year my face sagged down so fast (didn't lose any weight, don't smoke nor drink etc.) i became unrecognizable. I have now visible marionette lines, deep nasolabial folds and the fat loss in my face is so severe my eyebrows sagged down along with the eyelids and i can't do eyeliner like i used to a year ago anymore. I really want to look normal for my age but i don't know which procedure would be best

40M. I have hollowing under my eyes, which i feel is normal for my age. I had cheek fillers, whcih I was told would help the hollows (made them worse on the right side in my opinion) Wondering if a lower bleph would help me at all? I dotn thinknits necessary, but just seeing if anyone thinks it would eb beneficial

My eyes protrude a lot and I would love surgical recommendations on how to minimize or fix it all together! thank you in advance! For all I can remember growing up my eyes have always been pretty buggy and stick out way to much, but I feel like it looks worse now in some way, any advice is welcome thank you.

I’ll be turning 45 this summer, I’ve also had four children and l lost over 100lbs two years ago. I have always had one “lazy” eyebrow bur it had become more pronounced and I’m self conscious of ir and the hallows of my eyelids themselves. Would a cosmetic procedure be appropriate right now?

I’m looking for some advice. I had an upper bleph + ptotis repair. I’ve had a final post op review and she informed me that the maximum amount of skin was taken off/that there was no fat to remove; however, I don't see much difference. I was also informed that my eyebrow has dropped as a result of the upper bleph and I received confirmation that the ptosis was unsuccessful as the measurements were the same pre-operatively to post-operatively. I’ve been given one option - A revision on the ptosis repair which I’m happy to go ahead with but I do still feel there is some excess skin/fat (again, I’ve been told this is not the case and that it is just brow drooping). I trust my surgeon as she seems very knowledgable, but the purpose of seeking further advice is to keep my expectations realistic and also to ask the correct questions prior to my ptosis revision.
