I am 22, I weigh 56 KG, my bra size is 36 A but I don’t fill it out. I have had 2 consultations for my breast augmentation and I’m left feeling like I wish I could go bigger, however, the first doctor I consulted with said 275 CC under the muscle is the biggest he would go, my second doctor said 230 CC over the muscle is the biggest I can go My breast width is 11cm I really don’t feel like either of these sizes will truly give me what I want. Any suggestions?

To maximize projection on an eleven-centimeter width without exceeding safe anatomical limits, high or extra-high profile implants are your best option. Because profile dictates forward push rather than base width, a high-profile device utilizes your specific measurements while delivering significantly more noticeable fullness and size. If your current consultations leave you feeling unsatisfied, seek a third opinion from a specialist experienced with petite frames. They can evaluate high-profile options or alternative projections using in-office sizers to help you safely achieve your desired volume.

breast implant type and sizing selection is a complicated process and requires a detailed consultation that includes a discussion of your goals, a detailed examination, and a lengthy discussion. But the decision will always start and end with the patient. 
When it comes to sizing, we have all of our patients find 3 photos of their desired breast size. We ask for naked breast photos because clothing can obscure the true size (push up bras). Next, we consult with patients and go over the photos and take detailed breast measurements during a physical exam. Next, we using a sizing algorithm to determine a range of implants that will work based on the exam and the measurements.
Lastly, during the operation, we use silicone sizers in the operating room to see how the size actually looks in the breast. We sit the patient up in the operating room, while asleep of course, and compare the sizer result with their desired look photos. If it is too small, we start the process over with a slightly larger implant. We don't stop until we get the perfect match.
Of all of my breast augmentation patients, every one of them has been happy with their size due to this detailed and meticulous process. You don't want to invest time and money into a result that is either too big or too small.
You should discuss your concerns with a board-certified plastic surgeon and make sure that your surgeon understands your goals.

At size 36, each 200 cc of implant corresponds to 1 cup size change. Most patients usually go up about 2 cup sizes bigger. I recommend 300-400 cc implants, high profile in the retro-pectoral position.

It is very important that you try on sizers and be a part of the sizing process. At 11cm in width, you should be able to achieve upwards of 400cc in a higher profile implant. If you feel that the current sizing recommendations will leave you desiring more, it is important that you consult with other board-certified plastic surgeons.

It totally depends on the size you want to go and the look you are trying to achieve.  Roughly speaking 150 cc is about a cup size although there is no standard bra sizing.  As a general rule 250 cc is the minimum I recommend for anyone so 275 cc would be completely reasonable.  This will give you a relatively natural result.  Just so you have some idea in the mentor range for a BW of 11 cm the maximum in a round with ultrahigh profile it 455 cc!! I hope this helps.

After 25 years of doing just breast and body procedures, one lesson I have learned is to avoid placing an implant that is too big for the patient's tissues to hold. Doing so risks all kinds of problems that often require more surgery to fix.

Sizing is a very individualized process based on physical exam, "trying on" implant sizers with your surgeon, and making a  team decision on what is best for your body type and your goals.

Thank you for your question. The reason both surgeons gave you conservative numbers is your breast base width of 11 cm - this is the single most important measurement in implant selection. An implant wider than your natural base will sit unnaturally and increase the risk of side fullness, rippling, and long-term tissue stretch. For an 11 cm base, implants in the 250-300 cc range with moderate-to-high projection are typically the anatomic ceiling, which is consistent with what you were told.
If you want a fuller look within your anatomy, the variable to change is not width but projection: a high- or extra-high-profile implant of the same base width adds volume forward rather than sideways, and can give noticeably more fullness at 275-300 cc. Submuscular or dual-plane placement is usually preferable in slim patients with little native tissue, as it gives better upper-pole coverage.
I would encourage you to have a sizing session with 3D imaging or rice sizers rather than fixating on a cc number - a 40-50 cc difference is often less than a shot glass and rarely visible in clothing. An in-person consultation where your tissue elasticity and chest dimensions are measured together will give you the most realistic picture of what is achievable.

When considering a breast augmentation begin by visiting with a board certified plastic surgeon.  She/He will discuss your goals for surgery and take your breast measurements.  This is different than bra sizing.  This information will be combined to help determine a range of implants that are recommended for you.  As you are petite you surgeon must consider the space available to safely place the implant without risking complications such as blood supply issues or malposition of the implant.  I encourage you to visit with your surgeon and discuss your goal look and discuss what you can expect in terms of results from the recommended implants.
