I recently had a hair transplant at Dr. Jugenburg’s clinic and wanted to share my experience. From the start, I found Dr. Pannu, Dr. Jugenburg, and the nursing team very pleasant and easy to talk to. They answered most of my questions promptly, and I always felt supported in the lead-up and follow-up to my procedure. Dr. Pannu, in particular, was lovely and made me feel at ease. The day of the procedure was longer than I expected — my booking was originally for 6:30 am to 12:30 pm, but the transplant took about 10 hours. While that was more tiring than anticipated, I understand that the length can vary depending on what’s required, and I did feel I was being taken care of throughout. The technicians who performed the transplant were very focused on their work. Communication with them was sometimes a challenge since they didn’t speak much English, but I could tell they were skilled and detail-oriented. Afterward, I did notice some differences between the written aftercare pamphlet and what I was told verbally (for example, how long I should sleep upright). It wasn’t a major issue since I clarified things with the doctor, but I think this could be made more consistent to help patients feel confident about their recovery. As for the hairline, the design was done freehand. While I personally might have preferred a bit more precision with tools, I trust the expertise of the team and am hopeful that once everything heals, the result will look natural. Overall, while the procedure itself wasn’t the most comfortable experience (as expected with something this detailed), I felt well looked after before, during, and after. I’m grateful for the care I received and am excited to see the final results as they come in.

Dr. Jugenburg performed a breast augmentation surgery on me. I had 450 CCs high profile silicone implants and he did the power boost method. I did a great deal of research before selecting a surgeon. Dr. Jugenberg came out on the top of my list. This meant I would have to travel for my surgery but I was willing to add the extra expense and time to my surgery as I was very confident and felt comfortable with the surgeon. The whole process from start to finish was amazing. The clinic and all staff are amazing. The first in person meeting you get to try out the different types and sizes and they work with you to choose the perfect fit. The next visit I met the Dr., he is so knowledgeable and has so much experience that I felt completely comfortable. Surgery day was so exciting. I booked a room at the Fairmont for the night following surgery and I feel it was a great idea. I was able to relax in the room before surgery. The surgery was done and upon waking from recovery the nurse took me to my room and literally tucked me into bed. My husband was there waiting as you have to have someone with you. Recovery was not nearly as bad as I had envisioned. I was able to return to work two days later. I work an office job so this will not be the same for everyone. Pain was not unbearable, I just had to be careful to follow the instructions given. Things like no lifting, do not put your arms over your head, no gym right away etc. Because I travelled the checkups are done over the phone and I send progress pictures. I will visit the clinic again for an in person appointment just so they can see and take proper photos of the results. I am 100% satisfied with the outcome of the surgery. I honestly do not think I could have had a better experience.

I couldn't have asked for a better experience with my breast augmentation with Dr Jungenburg! I had my surgery almost 3 months ago now and I can't say enough how incredibly happy I am with my results. I got 150cc saline implants filled to 180cc. When I originally came into the clinic, I was looking to do a fat transfer. I wanted only a cup size more, to go from a AA to a full A or small B, and thought that it would feel and look the most natural. I was also a little worried about putting something foreign into my body and think with some of my research on implants (I had read about Breast implant illness and women waking up with the wrong size implants from places in the US, that implants felt unnatural, etc.), I was nervous to consider that alternative. I was also recently diagnosed with EDS so I wasn't sure if they would even be willing to take me on for surgery. Dr. Jungenburg was told about my situation and agreed to do my surgery then brought me in for a consultation with him. He asked why I wanted a Fat Transfer, I explained it was just for breast enlargement and that I really loved the way my body looked otherwise. He talked me through the process of Fat Transfer and what he felt my results would be, or lack there of, because I didn't really have enough fat for them to take. Because I liked the way my body looked, he didn't feel it necessary to mess with it for a result that would be much more easily attained by an implant. He explained the process of surgery, he laid all the information out on the table for me to consider and offered his opinion on the best way to move forward. I am so incredibly happy he did this, as once I had all this information in front of me a saline implant was absolutely the best choice to get the results I was looking for without too much disruption to my body. It also seemed the safest, most straightforward option because if anything happened to the implant, for example a puncture, I would know immediately and have it taken care of and fixed quickly. When picking out my implant size I was never once pressured to go larger and the nurse helping me, Indu, was so incredibly patient and helpful in choosing the right size for me. I know a 150cc implant is a little unusual compared to the typical implant sizes that are chosen, but I just felt this fit my body perfectly. The surgery process, from booking to the actual surgery, was smooth and easy. The recovery process was manageable and the follow up appointments went well. Now 3 months in, I am in absolute heaven. My implants have brought me even more confidence and they look and feel very natural. The scars are extremely minimal, they're technically at their worst looking right now and are still quite difficult to see! I honestly can't say how truly happy I am with my experience at this clinic, with Dr. Jungenburg, and with all the incredible staff. The results are exactly as I hoped, and I'm so happy I went with the saline implant. I spoke with someone who has saline implants right before my surgery and she said she's had them for over 20 years now and is still in love with them. I have a feeling it will be the same for me!

I just had my Labiaplasty with Dr. Martin Jugenburg yesterday, and I can’t recommend him and his team enough! As this is a sensitive area and my first surgery, I was incredibly nervous, but from start to finish, the entire experience was exceptional. Nurse Olivia was fantastic—she made sure I was fully prepared leading up to the surgery and helped ease my anxiety. On the day of the procedure, Dr. Jugenburg brought me in, and I was under local anesthesia, so I was awake throughout. I was worried about being awake, but both Dr. Jugenburg and his nurse were so kind and calming. They kept me engaged in conversation, and we even laughed, which made the experience so much easier. Before I knew it, the procedure was over, and I didn’t feel a thing! Now on day two of recovery, everything has been completely manageable. I’ve been rotating between Tylenol Extra Strength and the T3s they prescribed, and I’m feeling good. The only regret I have is that I didn’t do this sooner! If you’re considering any surgery, I highly recommend Dr. Jugenburg. His knowledge, professionalism, and the care of his team make the entire process smooth and comfortable. I wouldn’t hesitate to book anything with him in the future!

I’ve had multiple plastic surgeries with other doctors in the past, and I can tell Dr. Jugenburg is one of the best I’ve seen. I did a full back lipo and upper arm lipo. I only had minimal discomfort during the recovery process, and only ended up with bruising the size of three toonies the next day. It was amazing! (Tip: Getting the VASER and J-Plasma options were worth it.) I’ve also consulted with other surgeons who would try to upsell me more procedures than what I wanted. Dr. Jugenburg was the opposite of that. He actually gave me realistic advice and talked me out of unnecessary procedures, instead of trying to sell me more things. I like that about him, and it made me trust his opinion even more. It also helps that Dr. Jugenburg has a good team working with him. Special mentions for Kim who coordinated my surgery seamlessly, and Nurse Sara who was so patient and kind. Everyone was great though, I just can’t remember the other names off the top of my head. I would definitely go back to Dr. Jugenburg for any potential procedures in the future. Thanks Dr. Jugenburg and team!

My experience with Dr Jugenberg and his staff was everything that I had expected. I am 100% happy that I made the choice to book my surgery with him. I had a BBL+Lipo 360, I am amazed with the results and the team is phenomenal, if you are unsure to go ahead with him, I am telling you!! I’ve heard a lot of stories of other surgeons around the world… if you want to have the best results book your consultation with him. In my opinion he is truly the best. I came from Montréal and my experience was good we stayed at the hotel for a few days. We drove about 4 hours and a half back and forth but it was okay. The nurses are super nice, very helpful, I felt well treated. I had no complications at all during or after surgery, everything went smoothly, I was a little worried about that because I have kids at home but like I said I think I made the best choice with him. I am super happy, confidence is way up! Thank you

A little bit of history for my case, over a year ago, I had breast fillers by a another Doctor in Yorkville who mentioned that large amount of fillers would help me achieve my goal and I will see the results right away. I honestly was hoping it would work and I did not have to undergo surgery but wow....that was an EPIC FAIL. 20k wasted in getting breast fillers with no results whatsoever. It was the worst decision ever. Fillers do not work and are more expensive than surgery. I was extremely upset, unhappy and thought there was nothing that I could do. Lesson to learn: Do not believe everything you see and read online. There are a bunch of scammers out there. Anyway skipping 1 year forward, after several hours of research and trying to find a genuine, honest and extremely experienced person...I finally found a Doctor. The experience I had with Dr. Jugenburg and team was awesome. I wanted someone who would understand my goal look and I am happy I chose Toronto Cosmetic Surgery, Dr.6ix's team. Currently, I am 6 weeks post-op, I feel great and I am already loving the result. The only thing I recommend is to try on more options during consultation if you are looking for a more larger prominent look. It is better to pick a larger option because after surgery you will be swollen so, you end up loving that look. After 2 weeks, the swelling starts to go down and you feel like they are shrinking but it is the fluff and drop process and they settle to their actual size. Go big or go home..Boob greed is real. Dr Jugenburg is truly an amazing "artist" surgeon. I am a 47 year old mother who has been eating healthy and hitting the gym for many years, everything was toned except my saggy stomach pouch and deflated breastfed breasts. I began to get frustrated because all the hard work I would put in, I felt went to vain and slowly started going to the gym less frequently. After extensive research, I decided to stop procrastinating and book an appointment with Dr. Jugenburg and his team to get a tummy tuck, lipo on my flanks and a breast augmentation. I felt supported and not judged in every aspect and step of the journey. The initial 2 months of the healing process after the surgery was the toughest part for me. I am 10 months post op, fully healed and the scars are fading. I can't even express how "free" I feel and no longer stressing about my attire and how to minimize the appearance of the "pouch" or my saggy breast. Dr J. exceeded my expectations!
