I’m about 1mo post op (lipo 360) and already down 7 lbs! I was terrified, at first but that didn’t last long. I remember going to my first post op, he laughed and said “i sucked a LOT of fat out of you!” He made me laugh, his staff Linda and Alicia were great. honestly, I was having a hard time with the compression garment. I was so swollen, I couldn’t tolerate the one I had on, so I have taken it off. If Alicia hadn’t helped me put it on during the post op, I probably would have gone home and thrown it away, ruining my results. i’m still puffy here and there and have some lumps but i know it’s normal. today I wore a pair of jeans that I had been saving for years, hoping one day I’d be able to fit in them again! when I first went in for a consultation, he asked me what my goals were, I honestly just wanted to feel like myself again. And not cry because things didn’t fit the way they used to pre-baby. I am more than happy with my decision to go through with it and so glad i chose Dr Younai.

I'm a 41 yo female with a complicated medical history. We met with ten surgeons, and decided Dr Younai was the absolute best fit for us and I'm thrilled that we did!

His care has been absolutely top notch! He was amazing the day of surgery and reassured all my overzealous questions.

I had an extended tummy tuck, lipo to flanks, muscle repair and a mons tuck.

My biggest fear, aside from the regular fears was being left with a "fat cat" Dr Younai did an amazing job! However he performed his work has truly blow my mind. I don't have the dreaded fat cat. No more severe overhang from my pannus.

He lets you choose to use a pain pump after surgery. Get. It. It's worth every penny! The first week was the hardest. He left the jp drains in for a little over 3 weeks so we could get all the fun stuff out and have a great recovery.

I'm only a month out and spend most of my time walking around. Being normal. Which is crazy fore because I used to be wheel hair bound due to the pain caused by the pannus.

Dr Younai removed over FIFTY pounds of skin and diseased fat!

He has absolutely changed my life for the better and is an absolute rock star!

I would do it over again in a heart beat!

I went from 248 lbs to 204 (I still have some swelling but I'm working hard to keep this momentum going)

I was a size 24W and I'm now just a 14!

I had plus size liposuction and a plus size abdominalplasty (tummy tuck) and Dr Younai was incredible. Perfect results! He removed over 25 lbs with lipo and 70 with tummy tuck. No one is better in the plus size category. His nurses and staff will also treat you like family! No one is better!

I’m healing 5 times faster than every review I’ve seen while researching the procedures. I was almost upright within 4 days of the tummy tuck. My incision is almost healed within 2 weeks.

I can’t recommend Dr Younai and his staff more. They are incredible!!

Dr. Younai is a godsend. He’s a very patient person who genuinely cares about his patients. He always takes the time to explain things to me in terms that I can understand. He’s diligent in making sure my body lift is the best it can be.
He recommended getting several plastic Surgeon's quotes/opinions. He showed be before/after photos of the lower body lifts he had accomplished. I have hypertension. In order fir me to be cleared for this major surgery, I had to be cleared by a Cardiologist...you know what? Those are the things that convinced me that I wanted Dr Younai to be my surgeon. All of the above! I'm six weeks post op. My scars are healing beautifully to. I'm really amazed at the transformation that Dr. Younai preformed for me. I'm thankful for the Anethesiologist! He did a phenomenal job to insure my health and safety was intact...They never get credit! His surgical team was very supportive too!

Dr. Younai, is my first plastic surgeon. He made my first experience the best ever. His team is very kind and they make you feel so comfortable. They really take care of you. I don’t ever want another Dr. I look amazing my tummy tuck gave me my life back. I got my confidence back. I was hiding from the world now I want to go everywhere thanks to Dr. Younai. I’m going back to him for a BBL.

Dr. Younai is a very good surgeon. From the moment I met him at my first consultation to the day of my surgery, he was professional and reassuring. I explained my goals and he was honest about what to expect. On the day of my surgery, his staff was incredibly patient and made any anxiety I had minimal. Also big shout outs to Kim and Valerie who coordinated all my administrative needs

My actual surgery seemed fast once I was wheeled into the surgical room.

I am only in Day One but I can tell my results will be amazing.

High-tension TT with liposuction of the flanks, lower back, and bra roll. My procedure is scheduled for the first week in April (next week). I'm nervous and excited. I am trying to keep my expectations realistic at best. I have included some before photos as well.

So I have been watching Dr. Younai for well over 13 years. I had a couple of consults but decided to go with Dr. Younai he seemed very confident that he can give me a more proportionate look. He also explained to me his method and that I wouldn’t loose feeling in my breast. Dr. Younai has the skills to back up his claims. If I have to nitpick I would say the surgery coordinator wasn’t very efficient or effective at anything. She hounded me for the $1000 deposit but never bothered any seer my emails also she didn’t bother to call me to schedule my preop appointment. The only reason that got scheduled was because of my primary care physician she needed to know something about the clearance letter. So I called them to clarify and that when she noticed I didn’t have a preop appointment scheduled. I just expected a little more follow through from the coordinator as far as what to expect for a first time to surgery maybe a printout or something of things to have and what to expect but alas that was not to be had.

However, that was my only criticism DR.YOUNAI did his freaking thing. I look like I lost 100lbs lol and all I did was get a breast reduction. They are so beautifully done nurse was like I want mine done now I’m still in bandages now not when I’m healed I’ll post the pictures. I have not lost any sensations in my breast at all.

Dr. Younai, is really knowledgeable about his work and goes above and beyond to make his clients feel comfortable. I have 3 hernia's and am terrified of getting a mesh-implant - Dr. Younai helped me get around this. With his innovative technique of combining two procedures, I will be hernia free, my muscles will be fixed post baby, and best part - NO MESH!

Since I started with the Large Scale Lipo and Sculpting, I figured I would get my neck done too while I'm at it. Next one is going to have the hernia's removed, muscles fixed, and if I feel needed a tummy tuck - but Dr. Younai and I are hopeful that I will not need the tummy tuck! 

I am 3 weeks past the one procedure in and next one is coming up in April - I feel great! First procedure went off without any issues and my recovery is going great!

Dr. Younai is the best! Anyway, I went in to have diastasis recti repair along with fixing a ventral hernia, and to do this correctly I would have to have a tummy tuck. So we had a couple of consults and I felt good about it so I scheduled the surgery. 

Being older,  like 58 yrs old I had to have an EKG and bloodwork done, and then the EKG came back abnormal so we couldn't do the surgery until I had a heart ultrasound to make sure my heart could handle the surgery. 

So after that, I had my surgery and my follow up appts. I couldn't be happier. I now have a body of a much younger man with my abs showing. I would highly recommend dr. Younai for any of your needs.
