Great doctor and office. Loved his demeanor, approach, etc. I also really enjoyed working with everyone I interacted with in his office. They were all helpful and knowledgeable, and not pretentious at all, like a lot of people in aesthetics and plastic surgeon offices. Overall, I am happy with my nose, the bridge is more refined the nostrils are smaller and the tip isn’t as bolbous. I do think he expected my nose tip to drop more than it did, so it is more upturned than I would have preferred. I am now 3.5 years post op. It is definitely better overall but we discussed aiming for a more structured nose bc of my tall height and other features. However, my nose is very “soft” at the tip and overall the nose is shorter than he was shooting for, I’m assuming he expected it to drop in healing (this can happen in the 2 years post op). My goal pictures were post rhino Gisele bunchen- still a strong nose but more refined, and more like my original nose. We have similar pre op noses- slightly bolbous and down turned but not overly large. I did not want an upturn at all or button nose. I do consider sometimes trying to get the tip redone. Maybe I am just too critical. I’d say I’m still 80% pleased.

I recently had the privilege of being under the care of Dr. Shervin Naderi, and I can't express enough how wonderful my experience was. Initially, I needed to have my deviated septum repaired and hadn’t considered a Rhinoplasty before. I'm incredibly grateful I went through with it, as my quality of life has improved immensely, and I couldn't be happier with the aesthetic results. I wanted an expert in the field, and Dr. Naderi exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I stepped into his office, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism from both him and his staff. He took the time to explain potential outcomes in detail, ensuring I felt entirely at ease and well-informed every step of the way. His approach is not only compassionate but also incredibly knowledgeable, which immediately put my trust in him. His attention to detail is impeccable, and I never once doubted his expertise. What truly sets Dr. Naderi apart is his genuine concern for his patients' well-being and satisfaction. He goes above and beyond to ensure their comfort and happiness throughout the process. His dedication to delivering the best possible outcomes is truly commendable. I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Naderi.

I have eagerly anticipated writing this review for the past month and a half, waiting until I had some postoperative pictures to provide the most detailed feedback possible. If you're anything like me and have scoured the Internet for information, I hope this review proves helpful. Let me begin by sharing that I have a rather anxious personality, having gone through surgery in the past, with the outcomes not always aligning with promises and complications arising during healing. It's important to note that these complications were not necessarily the surgeon's fault but rather the way I healed.  That led me to look for a surgeon who could overcome any circumstance, an expert among experts. I interviewed numerous plastic surgeons in the DMV, California, and New York. Without a doubt, I can confidently say that Dr. Naderi is the epitome of excellence when it comes to rhinoplasties. I imagine him walking out of his first rhinoplasty, saying, "This is what I want to do for the rest of my life," because I genuinely believe no one else is as skilled as him, nor could they excel in any other field quite like he does with rhinoplasties.
 
I began my journey summer of 2023, leading up to my surgery in October. Dr. Naderi surpassed all my expectations in every aspect, from the procedure itself to the healing process, his bedside manner, and the final results. His staff is exceptional, demonstrating thoroughness in their instructions, and I experienced ZERO complications.  Some advice is to be 100% honest with Dr. Naderi about any concerns or health issues you may have. I had a few concerns that I initially felt embarrassed about, but he was so understanding and sympathetic.  Disclosing them was important, and I encourage you to share everything upfront.
 
Another piece of advice is to follow Dr. Naderi’s instructions meticulously. I initially questioned some parts of the pre-operative regimen, like the weird diet, but following every instruction made a significant difference. Trust me, you'll be grateful in the following days when you experience minimal bleeding. Additionally, be prepared for some uneasiness in the weeks following the surgery, especially with restrictions on touching your nose. It will feel strange not being able to touch or blow your nose, but these are minor inconveniences compared to the remarkable results.  It's important to note that each person's healing progress is unique, and comparing yourself to others may not be helpful. In my case, the swelling took a bit longer to subside, becoming a noticeable difference around weeks 5 and now at 6 weeks.  Despite this, my love for the results grows every day, and I couldn't be happier with the decision to trust Dr. Naderi with my rhinoplasty.  If you choose to have a rhinoplasty you HAVE to trust your surgeon implicitly. Even my mom, who is typically critical when it comes to matters of vanity, couldn't help but marvel at how incredible and beautiful I looked after the procedure.  His passion and expertise shine through, making him a true master in his field.

I had an incredible experience getting a preservation rhinoplasty (septoplasty) with Dr. Naderi. It is one month post-operation and I am so happy with the results.

He did perfect work and gave me exactly what I had in mind. It looks completely natural! Swelling is very minimal due to keeping it wrapped consistently. Imaging and the surgery results one month out look the same, and I personally feel that it looks even better than the imaging.

I am so happy I chose him as my surgeon. I would recommend him to friends and family. Thank you! Best decision I ever made going with Dr. Naderi.

Dr. Naderi truly creates miracles! I am so blessed and fortunate that my friend worked with and recommended Dr. Naderi! Fortunately, I work as a surgical tech and have many surgical nurse friends. My friend informed me that Dr. Naderi solely specializes in nose jobs and works on people all around the world! He had a nose job himself and gave his own wife a nose job! I wish I could have afforded to do this sooner! I finally feel great about my face. I can turn my head in photos and I feel like I finally look normal! Once you get your nose job you will finally get over the stigma of “oh but it’s not real” because you will LOVE YOUR FACE! New acquaintances can’t even tell you have had work done. Do yourself the favor of getting that nose job you always dreamed of with Dr. Naderi. You WILL NOT REGRET IT. I only had to take two weeks off of work. He recommends a month but we can’t all do that. I was fine, just careful. The recovery wasn’t painful, just can’t breathe or bump your nose. Couldnt nose breathe well for the first few months. I can actually smell things now and I couldn’t before! Dr. Naderi and his staff are always available to answer questions. Worth every cent. Thank you so much, Dr. Naderi.

This man truly fixed my nose! I am so happy I finally feel normal! Thank you! Almost three years later and I still don’t regret it! Don’t let people shame you into not getting plastic surgery because it makes you phony or whatever else! I wish my parents could have afforded this for me as a kid and that I could have afforded it sooner! Lucky to have been referred to a doctor who is passionate about his work! Considering coming back to his practice for laser hair removal.

I wanted to share my experience on here because this site truly helped me get through the journey of rhinoplasty (and I want to highlight how incredibly talented Dr. Naderi is!!) .When they say its a journey .. they mean it! I leaned on patients who were experiencing the same emotional roller coaster I did and it helped tremendously.
Like most of you, I have wanted a rhinoplasty for as long as I can remember. I would avoid taking pictures from certain angles, I would constantly be changing my body positions to make sure no one was looking at my side profile, ect. I finally decided that this is something I was going to do and booked a consultation with Dr. Naderi. I know several people who had amazing results with him, and I absolutely loved his before and after pictures. I scheduled my surgery the day of my in-person consultation - he was extremely knowledgeable, realistic, and confident that we could get the result I was looking for. He is a true expert in his field and it shows in every aspect of his work.
My actual surgery experience was much easier than expected.. I had no pain, zero bruising, and overall healed great. The mouth breathing is in fact the most obnoxious part of the healing process but completely worth it. My biggest fear going into the surgery was pain and I had none! I was nervous on surgery day but Dr. Naderi has a vey calming bedside manner and I trusted him completely.
The worst part of rhinoplasty, for me, was the cast removal and the week that followed. I heard over and over again that I would be swollen.. but it didnt hit me until I had a potato on my face. Dr. Naderi prepares you for the healing process in every possible way, but all of that went out the window when I was staring in the mirror for the first time. I was expecting to have tears of joy when the cast came off but instead thought I made a huge mistake. Dr. Naderis staff was very helpful throughout this time assuring me that the swelling would go down and the nose would "settle" overtime. That's when I turned to this site the most and realized most patients feel the same way.. it was an emotional shock BUT if you are reading this early in recovery it will go down!! Week 3 is really when I started to love my nose and I can say this was the absolute best decision I have ever made.
I am now about 6 weeks post op and I am absolutely thrilled with my results. My goal was to keep a very natural nose and Dr. Naderi did just that! No one can directly pin point what I had done, but I have been told several times my eyes look so much brighter. Dr. Naderi is a true artist and so skilled at what he does, I wouldn't trust anyone else with such a life changing procedure. I cant thank him enough and highly recommend him to anyone considering rhinoplasty!

I am 7 months post op and am absolutely thrilled with my decision! I would choose Dr. Naderi again and again, he is an absolute artist. I cant thank him nor recommend him enough. He delivered on exactly what I asked for and I would do it all over again :)

Let me start by saying I have been wanting to get a rhinoplasty since I was a junior in high school, and I have had my eyes set on Dr. Naderi for a few years now. So you could imagine my excitement when I finally got to meet him virtually on March 3rd!

Naderi was very nice however, the consultation didn't leave me as certain as I would have hoped. I was sure that I would be a candidate for surgical rhinoplasty but Naderi sort of shot that idea down. He told me my nose wasn't that bad and told me I could achieve a more elegant nose with a non-surgical rhinoplasty. I have looked at his non-surgical work and it is very good, so I'm still excited to be under his care. However, I was kind of adamant about being a candidate for surgery so he said he'll take a closer look at my nose when I fly down to Maryland to further discuss that option. 

I really appreciate how candid he is and if he really feels I'm not a candidate for surgery I appreciate his honest opinion because it shows integrity. I was willing to pay 10K for a nose job but if I go the non surgical route I'll only be paying $1,800. So it shows that he won't recommend unnecessary items just to make more money. 

I'm so excited to be taking the first steps to something I have been wanting to do for so long. I fly to Naderi in June I'll keep everyone updated.

My main concern is the tip of my nose. I think it’s slightly too bulbous and I would also like a more defined bridge.

Sorry it’s been a while since my last update! So to fill you in I actually had to reschedule my meeting with Naderi to September 2nd. It sucks I have to wait a few more months but it was the next date available.

To clear some things the last picture in my review is a wish picture (which I clearly state in the caption) I took from the Instagram of a doctor in Turkey. I never claimed it was Naderi’s work, nor did I ever claim it was the work done to my nose. Please read before jumping to conclusions!

So this is where I’m at in my journey! Just thought I clear the air and give you all an update! Thanks for following!

I wanted a rhinoplasty for over a decade, but I have always been able to spot a nose job from a mile away and was so fearful of looking fake and having a nose that didn’t match my face. I went to 3 top surgeons in Chicago and never felt comfortable with any of them.

After years and years of research, I decided to move forward with Dr Naderi because he was one of the few surgeons whose patients “After” photos didn’t scream nose job to me.

I came into my meeting with Dr Naderi with an entire album of photos of noses I love, nose jobs I hate, my fears for the end result, etc. but quickly learned that I cannot pick the nose I want. Dr Naderi had a very clear vision and understanding of what the end result would look like for me, and I had to just trust it which was really scary. I was super anxious but decided to move forward and I am SO glad I did.

The recovery from surgery was a 2 on the pain scale, took 1 Tylenol max a day and was working remotely the morning after surgery. I took the pre surgery diet seriously and only had one tiny bruise, and I am thick skinned and a bad bruiser!

I am now 2 months out and my nose looks extremely natural and beautifully fits my face. There hasn’t been a moment since surgery that I regretted this decision, this was truly the best thing I’ve ever done for myself! I am so much more confident now.

I have such a very long list of praises to sing about my experience at the Naderi Center and, specifically, with Dr. Naderi himself that I almost don’t even know where to start with my review! Although I am currently 32-years-old, I have known that I wanted to get a rhinoplasty for about 10 years now, during which time I lived in Maryland, California and Germany, which allowed me to research surgeons from all over the world: LA, Paris, New York, London. As there were no results throughout the globe (literally) that compared to the beautiful and natural results that I saw on Dr. Naderi’s website/Instagram, I reached out from Germany and easily scheduled an initial Skype consultation, where Dr. Naderi’s wisdom, in addition to his evident skill, immediately assured me that this was the surgeon for me. He explains complex medical terms in understandable language and legitimately takes the time to listen to the concerns of his clients. For example, I had this Skype consultation over 8 months before my in-person consultation, and, despite the length of time between our talks, he still remembered my primary concerns about my nose’s appearance. Additionally, the level of care I received at the Naderi Center was unparalleled. Communication with the Naderi Center’s staff is a breeze, as they remained always available to answer any question I’ve ever had. Mary and Emily, who I had the pleasure of talking to most often, are two of the most considerate, kind, professional people with whom I have ever come into contact. Next, the center in Bethesda is beautiful, tranquil and EXTREMELY clean. I went for my in-person consultation during the Covid-19 pandemic, and they enforced every proper and possible safety procedure to ensure the continued wellness of their clients. On the day of my surgery, all my nurses, who worked at a separate surgical facility and, therefore, do not technically work for Dr. Naderi, raved about the results they have seen from his clients. In regards to my personal results, I am currently two weeks into the long healing process and, despite obvious swelling, I am already thrilled with my initial results. I read recently that rhinoplasty patients should avoid taking selfies for 6 months, so as not to become concerned with the slow progress of healing, but I have literally already taken selfies and felt great about the results even this early on! My mother, who had a rhinoplasty decades ago, was amazed at my swelling: because there was virtually NONE. All I had during the entire first week recovery process was a barely noticeable, pale, tiny yellow bruise under one eye (which, incidentally, I did not ice as much as I did my other eye and forehead, so that one is on me!). Minus the bandages, you could literally not tell at all that I had just had invasive facial surgery. On cast removal day and, even though there was quite a bit of noticeable nasal swelling, as is normal when the containment of the cast is removed, I can honestly say that I loved it already. I am so thrilled at the initial look!! Originally, I had an idea of what I wanted, which Dr. Naderi explained couldn’t exactly be done and look normal/natural, due to my existing nose shape and size. So, I just trusted him. I didn’t show him a single picture of “dream noses” or have any kind of request, other than telling him some things I didn’t like about my old nose. And, ironically, what I got by just giving Dr. Naderi complete control of the reins was far better, more natural and more flattering than anything I had originally pictured. I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Naderi for anyone interested in getting a rhinoplasty: this was one of the absolute best decisions of my entire life!

Dr. Naderi is a MASTER FACIAL INJECTOR of botox and fillers. He is extremely careful with my face and I have NEVER HAD BRUISES in the days following his treatment. I can get injected the day before an important meeting and no one is the wiser. I was referred to Dr. Naderi 6 years ago when 2 different doctors made a mess out of my face. I was hiding my right eye with my hair and not looking at people in the eye. I was really depressed. 

Well, Dr. Naderi is a teaching doctor so he knew how to fix the mess under my eyes-my tear troughs. It takes a really skillful doctor to put filler under your eyes, not anyone can do it. Dr. Naderi fixed my under eye problem with injectables and brought my self-confidence back. 

Since then, he's lifted my cheeks with filler, filled my smile lines, filled the nasty lines between my eyebrows (inherited family trait) and put botox not just on my face but in my scalp line. In the days following his injections, I notice improvements in my face where he did not inject. Dr. Naderi knows where to inject (the scalp line?) and then I notice my eyebrows are a little higher---the horizontal cracks in my forehead simply disappear. 

An amazingly skilled facial injector/artist, no fake, overfilled face or lips here. He steps back to analyze your whole face-and then improves it. So it's you, just a more youthful version of you. I booked my next 2 appointments before publishing this review--now I'll submit it!

Dr Naderi is truly MY NEEDLE NINJA!!
I went to see him at he end of September, 2020. He always asks me about my concerns and is a great listener. I have these two pesky vertical lines between my eyebrows. Dr. Naderi was explaining to me how he has to be careful when injecting those vertical lines horizontally because of the risk of a vascular problem. I have total confidence when I go to Dr. Naderi because I know I'm putting my health into the hands of a doctor who is extremely knowledgeable about the medical side of things. On top of his medical knowledge, he is an artist with the face! Every time he injects, I have NO BRUISING the day of or the day after.
It's like it never happened. But my friends say to me things like "did you have a nap today" because you look great! I had a couple of injectors before I found Dr. Naderi. One messed up my face, another tried to help but referred me to Dr. Naderi. Dr. Naderi is a teaching doctor. He teaches other doctors how--he injected under my eyes to fix another doctor's mistakes. Underye skin is the thinnest and most fragile skin on the body. He must have injected me at least 30-40 times under my eyes to correct Dr. W's mess. And guess what? No bruises, no pain. Just beautiful correction and my self-confidence back. Dr. Naderi is definitely MY NEEDLE NINJA. This dude knows exactly what he is doing!! He is irreplaceable!!!
