Will Local Anesthesia to Remove a Mole On My Chest Puncture my Breast Implant? I have mole on the inner breast cleavage area and need to have it removed. Since I do not know the size or exact location of the mole on your breast it is difficult to tell you the exact risk of implant rupture. But with a board certified plastic surgeon who has knowledge of implants and breast anatomy performing the mole excision would carry little risk of implant rupture. Hypertrophic scars in this area however, are known to occur.
